it's like a home away form home!
The owner was very helpful. Rooms are small but clean and although we had a separate bathroom it was clean and with hot water.
It was a little far from the centre but was close to bars and restaurants.
the situation, very close to saturday market and old town
the cleanliness was ok but don't expect too much, it's a small guesthouse, sometimes it smells drains.
A great place to stay...very nice and helpful staff.
The owner and staff are so helpful and nice, they really make the place a home away from home. Wifi in my room was very good, had no problems with it.
Bed is a bit hard
Alan is amazing! And so is Chnom the dog! Very welcoming! Everything was nice and clean! There was a wardrobe to hang up your stuff and a TV to catch up on some news!
The bed was a bit hard for me and there could be a bigger mirror in the bathroom!
the dog is so cute， and the host is very nice，we Really have a good trip
the only thing that could be better is the hot water，it is a little bit weak for Chinese.
Alan the owner of the guesthouse (kiwi) is super nice! He has a cute dog called Chnom and is very welcoming! The room was spacious with a wardrobe TV aircon and a fan (not that I needed to use them!) the room was cleaned regularly and towel changed.
There could have been a larger mirror in the bedroom.
Very clean and in good location. The staff was very helpful.
We stayed here one night. We really liked this guest house, room and bathroom were basic but comfortable and clean, the wooden patio on the front is really cozy, the location is perfect for exploring the city (you can walk everywhere), and the surroundings are nice and lively. Staff was nice and helpful. Great price. Recommended.
It's 2min walk to Chiang Mai gate and the night market, very convenient to all. And the staff and the boss were very friendly and very helpful, they really think for all customers' need. There are plenty of information about all kinds of activities at the reception. I was really pleased by the desk in my room so i can write. I love the place so I extend my stay with them, and definitely will visit again.
My bed makes loud noise, so I hardly dare to move during night. Due to thin wall, I hear other ppl cough at night, so am sure other ppl would hear me turning on bed. My shoulders were stiff at mornings as remained one position. Apart from that, everything else is perfect.
nice owner, helpfull, coffee and tea self-service at reception for only 10bath, good location very close to old city
if you need quite to sleep, forget this accomodation. the windows are not tight, so it is like sleeping with open windows above very noisy street..
Simple clean and in a great location - great value for money
The staff at Nonni are great, nothing is too much trouble and are always willing to help with tour info and arranging transport :-) The day i left the owner himself even took me to the airport :-) Great location off of chaing mai gate, Fantastic choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and streetfood. Can recommend Joma bakery, cozy cafe and le petite.
That i had to leave :-(
The toilets are clean, and the location is near the chiangmai gate, have the market to buy fruit and food.
The standard room is small to walk, and very noisy from the opposite travel agency in the midnight.
Alan the owner is simply a legend and staff extremely helpful... All in all I have never been made to feel more welcome at any accommodation, unbelievable value for money.... Thank you guys will be back soon... Brian
The owner is very helpful. hotel bed is good. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Very quiet. The AC works just fine. The bathroom is good as well. The hotel location is great because it is a little (1 block) far from the main road. Which makes it fairly calmer and not noisy. The hotel has an area at the entrance that u can chill out with other travelers. Pretty good.
During our 5 night stay we had to ask twice for cleaning the bathroom. But that's ok. It was cleaned after that.
staff was excellent, helpful and caring
wifi-connection was not always running perfectly, but when it was it was fast
Staff were very helpful and friendly, which made for a most pleasant stay.
Nothing to dislike.
The location is right next to places to eat. Just on the outskirts of the old town. Some rooms are small and a bit dated but functional and clean. Good value for the price. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The guesthouse had a very nice location. It took a 10 minute walk to go to the old city. The rooms were simple, but comfortable and clean. Also many thanks for the great owner, Allan, for helping us with booking our excursions and his patience for answering all of our many many questions!
Allan, the landlord is a nice guy, offered us a discount because he had to make us change room. Hotel is very good, clean, comfortable. Appreciate the terrace. Close to the old city, good restaurant just next to the gueshouse.
Noise from the street if you take a room street side.
Staff - Allan is so welcoming, makes you feel at home straight away, the other staff are really kind and sweet too! Rooms were super clean, air con and fans worked perfectly! Free wifi added bonus! Location is perfect, no need for taxis, can walk to the old city in literally 2mins! Restaurants and bakery's around the guesthouse - cosy cafe across the road was perfect for breakfast! The dog is the cutest thing ever and joined me for breakfast across the road one morning!
Excellent staff. The manager is a man you can trust
small room with air-conditioner，near saturday night bazaar and 5 minutes walk to chiangmai gate where there is a market for locals，selling all kinds of food and drinks
the alley is a little out of the way，and it's dark when night comes，acared
