We arrived and needed to organise to extend our visa and check onward travel. They were able to help us & were so friendly aboyt doing it. Nothing was too much hassle! They also booked us our tour with an elephant sanctuary was the best thing! So delighted that we chose here to stay! Will definitely be back!
Tata, Jeffrey and the rest of the staff are extreme friendly, helpfull and polite. They speak very good English and gave us good tips about Chaing Mai. Junior House staff, thx for the great stay:)
Location and staff
We stayed in this location for 2 nights Jeff welcomed us upon arrival and was beyond helpful! Him and his staff are excellent! We had such a great time here. We are looking forward to coming back! They are amazing and the place is affordable.
Rooftop terrace was under construction
Small balcony, spacious room, location next to the north gate, friendly staff, quiet place, had a good sleep
WiFi and mosquitos
Nothing. My stay was pleasant.
Tata, (pls correct me if I spelt your name incorrectly) thanks for showing me where to take the transport to Doi Suthep. You had helped me save quite a fair bit of money. And thanks to all for being helpful to me.
Nothing negative to say about this guest house.
The staff really went out of their way to be helpful - cheerful, excellent service. They booked our onward journey for us, as well as a local safari - genuinely interested in our welfare. The location was excellent, in the north of the old city.
The staff go above and beyond expectations. It's my home when I am in Chiang Mai.
Friendly and helpull staff (Thanks for all Tata). Short walking distance to many tourist attractions. Comfortable bed, clean room. Affordable prices
The people at the reception are very very nice, helpful and gave me touristic informations No noise in the night
The bathroom could have been updated.
Great guesthouse on a budget. Stood here for 7 nights. We felt very safe here. Restaurants are in walking distance. The staff had great recommendations.
There wasnt much I didnt like about this place except for the wifi was non existent at times!
The staff were very friendly and helped us with tours and the location is quite good.
Location a little out of the way unless enjoying walking or willing to spend on tuktuk.
Very friendly, welcoming & knowledgable staff. Clean room, no issues with wifi.
breakfast they waited for our late arrival to show us to our rooms
Nothing. Can't think of a single bad thing to say
Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the old city . definitely value for money. I would recommend anyone going to Chiang Mai should stay here.
Bed a bit hard Balcony on ground floor is more like cellar
Location Friendly staff Free airport pickup Good price for rooms
7mins walk from a local authentic night eating market, from song tauw main station for going to Doi Suthep, from Wat Chiang Man, n shops that locals frequent for food n grocery. Cleanliness of room, toilet can flush.
Location and condition of room...stone bed and pillow, dark and dirty "balcony"..dusty windows. So, price=condition of room.
The free wifi was frustrating. The guest house was full at high season, so there may have been too many devices to let us connect.
They call it "Junior House" to project a youthful attitude. Tata and Jeffrey immediately engage you with smiles. They hosted a Christmas BBQ, and helped with all our needs for getting around in Chiang Mai. Inexpensive and 2 blocks away from Wat Chiang Man.
The water in the shower, the bed sheets, the WiFi didn't always work
Nice Staff, good location. Low price
Had to buy your own toilet roll bed was hard Cigarette burns in the bedding
Location staff free pick up from town on arrival
I can't say a bad thing about this place except for the pillows were rock hard and uncomfortable.
Friendliness staff I met on my travels. It just made this place so much more enjoyable. Felt like I was at home! The hostel was great value for money, clean with fast wifi (hard to come across).
Tata - the guy at the reception was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful, recommended to us great elephant trip and spoke brilliant english. Very tasty banana pancakes for breakfast. Good position - in walking distance to the centre.
the facilities are a bit old
the staff here is very helpful, always able to help you find what you want.Location is also good, located in the old city and not far from the Sunday Market, 600B per room per night is a very good value for money in the old Chiang Mai
