The friendly staff, the location and the room

The owners are very nice, the hotel is in a quiet street and you can walk from there everywhere in Chiang Mai. There is a nice roof where you can lie down during the day. My room had a small balcony and the guesthouse is charming.

Maybe the lack of mosquito veil because I was in a non air co room and it was war : ) Otherwise, it was really a nice stay, I stayed there for 4 nights.

Place near to any tourist spot, and the staff helpfull

This is a wonderful place to stay we booked for 3 nights and stayed for 9! The staff are pleasant and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the food is fantastic. There's a wonderful atmosphere here and it makes your stay very enjoyable. The location is great too everything is just a short distance.

Spend a bit more and take air con room. Rooms can get very hot! Fruit salad was not good.

The owner and all the staff are very friendly and always helpful. Level of english is very good. On site: restaurant (very good menu selection) - served downstairs at the lobby or in the room; laundry (normal and express); travel services; good wi-fi. I'll stay there again mainly because of the hospitality.

The staff was the best of all the hotels we stayed in Thailand! The free pick up at the train station was really apreciated. The staff did not push us to buy any tour, but when we aske information they were super helpful and offered competitive prices. They also arranged laundry service for us, 30 Baht/kg: we left the clothes in the evening at the reception and in 24h we picked them up clean. We spent 1 night in a room with a fan and 2 nights with a/c. For us the fan was enough as in March it was not too hot in the evening.

The rooms would need some renovation to look nicer, but they are completely fine for the price (we paid 300 Baht for the room with fan and 500 Baht for the room with a/c). I would definitely come back here and recommend this place.

Rooms are simply but it's ok for the price.

Great fun and helpful staff. Location inside the city is good and with scooter, which house staff will be more than helpful to get for you, is everything very close.

We had a room with streetview and lights from the street wasn't very pleasant.

Jeff who ran Junior House and the other staff were great. Very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Will help you organise trips out, and onward journeys. The room was basic but clean. I've booked to go back for one more night.

They stopped serving drinks and food at 8pm - but that's no big deal really.

The hotel staff was really friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to check-in a little early and made available maps of the city. The room was a great value for 600THB which had a comfortable bed and bathroom. There wasnt anything luxurious about the room but was a perfect place to rest at night.

The spa wasnt full of water but besides that all else was good.

The staff of Junior House is friendly, available and funny. They provided us a lot of suggestions. We had a quiet room with balcony, fan and a/c, so really fresh all day long. They easily arrange motorbike and bicycle rental, as well as trekking plan. The Guesthouse is also in a good position, in the historical centre of the town.

It's was à good hotel but no cleaning en no toilet paper.

The owner and stuffs are so friendly. The hotel is quite clean. The location is very good, walking distance to Sunday and night market. There are lots of interesting temples nearby. Hotel arranges free pick-up service for the guests. Everything is good. I am quite sure that I will stay in the same hotel if I go to Chiang Mai again.

The Owners of the hotel are very friendly and always there to help. Never had this kind of personal attention in a hotel!

Bit far walking distance to city centre. No fridge.
