room space is huge. service is very bad,,check in/out ,pool service is the worst..the hotel room service is not good,our shower water and bath is dark water (it is dirty)during living,according hotel speaking,they are change pipe.only 3 shutter bus every day to city shopping center,but not deliver back,you need to walk or by ypur way. |

Only stayed for 1 night so it is hard to coment on Kandaburi as only relaxed in our room in preparation to head home. However staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food from the restaurant was delicous. |

I would like to have a good European Italia,Swiss,French menu and middleeastern Arabic Food.A good dinning @ beach side will make the place more live since most of the day visitors spend time swimming and beach view.Would also like to have more choices of fresh juices since Thailand is a land of fruits have observed most of the hotels have no much choice for fresh drinks.Otherwise overall the place is excellent in service and location. Need color signs to get to the room specially when its dark at night as i was in room 432 you need to walk till close to the sign board to read since its black and white prefer to make it with reflected colours.No basket of fruits if need to request in the Room service Menu. |

The room was very big and comfortable,the staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was very quiet but not too far from the center just 10 minutes walk.The pool was realy big and nice . is better to order rooms seaside because our room was on hillside a bit far away from the pool and sea. |

The room was beautiful and well maintained. The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accomodate my wife and I. The hotel also provided a high quality breakfast each morning. The hotel charges a very high fee for providing guest services. Everything from laundry and internet to booking trips is significantly marked up. Aside from the room and a decent beach the resort doesn't provide any benefit of being a guest. Lastly the hotel is somewhat removed from the main section of Chaweng Beach. |

The Kandaburi Resort has so many steps for somebody with knee problems, this hotel is not suitable. Also the beach is very small and shallow. |

Beautiful hotel Location. It was a little far from Chaweng center to walk so I had to take taxis all the time which was a bit of a hassle. Also I stayed at the Garden view deluxe and there wasnt a bathroom door (only curtains) which was a little inconvenient. |

Hotel staff extremely nice. Food is good, enough choice in my opinion. Very good location, close to Chaweng center but not in the middle of the attractions. Beautiful beach but not enough sunbeds, must be crowded during the high season. Same for the pool. Lack of privacy; unless you play your ipod you can follow conversations. |

Had stayed here for one night the previous week but came back for another 4 nights. Attentive staff without being too "in your face", big spacious clean rooms and bathrooms, two big pool areas and beach area too, plenty of dining choices, good buffet breakfast It was quite expensive to eat in the hotel. for example a soft drink cost 80B. These cost 20B in a 7/11 and 25B in another top hotel which we stayed in. |

The garden and architecture of the hotel are amazing. The room is very beautiful and large. The staff is very friendly. The value for money is very good. I would appreciate a door seperating the toilet with the room instead of a see through curtain. Secondly, the quality of the food is poor relative to the superior architecture and service of the hotel. The fitness room needs to be improved. |

The room was very large and spacious.The location right outside the main street was also quiet yet accessible. The pool, although not very big, was nice to use. The prices of drinks were quite expensive, although they do have happy hour. |

La disponibilità del loro G.M., a venirmi incontro ad alcuni aspetti che a mio avviso erano un po' carenti, come il "no free-internet" in un 4 stelle superior...dovrebbe essere basic... Quasi tutto, tranne il pernottamento viene considerato extra, colazione, internet, navetta per l'aereoporto, piccoli servizi, basilari, che però fanno la differenza, specialmente se soggiorni in un 4 stelle, in cui il prezzo non è economicissimo, e quindi sei più esigente |
