Score from 548 reviews Very good
unclean Swimming pool very bad breackfast it Needs an urgent renovation
the quit area where it is located
The room safes are not secured - someone could easily walk off with then. The pool is great but has some underwater wires dangling where underwater lights were once. Probably disconnected, but kept hoping someone didn't flick the wrong switch! :)
Location and big pool in central courtyard
facility, TV, attitude,breakfast
The wireless was not that good but there are enough bars around with good wireless.
It was a really pretty hotel like an oasis in the middle of chiang mai. It's only five minutes of walking away from the centre where all the restaurants and bars are. The pool is great and the personal helps you with anything. It was rather expensive but totally worth it. Best hotel on our thailand trip so far!
Probably the cost and the bathrooms.
Clean rooms. Found the staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Location was great, quiet at night. The fact that there was a pool was nice, though we didn't use it...so many Wats to see! Beds were firm but I found this in most hotels we stayed in during our Thailand trip.
Breakfast very bad very dated resort and very expensive for what you get never return again.
No hairdryer in the room and the shower curtain was dirty and stuck together and mouldy!
The location, not too big. Lovely restaurant setting with nice breakfast choice. Pool and surrounding lovely.
The hotel needs a deep refurbishment of the rooms, specially the bathroom as the floor was always wet. Even the common areas seems nobody is taking much care. Careful with the mosquitos, was full of them! We did not come with big expectations so did not have big surprises. Very basic property and I bit overpriced.
We stayed in a family room and the size was very good, with 2 TVs and 2 AC. Location and pool would say are the highlights of this property.
Poor hot water system and wifi.
Good clean bed. Quiet. Raced il garden and pool.
WiFi often did not work. Price for 11 days was £200 higher than I paid 2 years ago for 14 days!!
Location of site is ideal and the staff were excellent.
The stains on the toilet seat that were there when we checked in The ants in the bathroom The missing cleaning of the shower when we checked in That it took more than 2 hours(!!) to fill the bathtub That everything looked dated That the view from the window was to a local junk yard belonging to the hotel
Free tv channels
Old building. Intermitent hot water in shower. lack of facilities. Quite far from city centre
No wifi in the rooms Breakfast choice is poor
The pool The great location
Place was a little tired, cold shower for first 2 days until fixed. Breakfast below average.
The location was great. The staff were fairly helpfull. Pool and grounds nice.
Very bad rooms, need huge reparations in room especialy bathrooms. Not att all happy about room , pictures on booking must have been retouched. It is to high price for that hotel
Pool and outdoor area is OK
The Wifi network wasn't so good but probably due to the electricity being turned off because of construction. The buffet breakfast could do with some more variety.
The Resort was very quiet and relaxing, very close to the CBD and there was very welcoming and friendly staff.
Poor understanding of english. The place should have somebody responsible for client contact om a daily basis. The staff could not get me a busticket, Rolf me to go and fix IT myself., to many stafs st and around the reception doing absolutly nothing. Cheap Labour (?) but ineffective. PI
Staff allways busy with internet. Allways! Tjonga are broken and nobody fixes it. The place is deterioating tragically. IT could be a 4 star place bur IT is Hardy a 3 star now. the place needs a boss WHO is present
WiFi poor, basic decor
location, feels like home, quite
Wifi very limited, ended up going to a close hotel when I had to work. Bathroom could use a good scrub.
Staff were really great, happy, really tried to help. Garden and pool lovely. Linen very clean. Pillow and Bed - firm - but thats Asia and should be expected.
couple of hundred feet from all the zing, but vrey quiet location. such a little village feel but right in the thick of it!
I had no complaints until the bill at the end. It included VAT of 7% which was not supposed to happen. I understand that the 7% being added to the meals and the bar charges but it was included on the accommodation. I have had several emails today to no satisfaction so check everything. I am very annoyed at this outcome. They won't move on it and so it is worth raising the point. The price when you are looking on booking . Co should be compared to others that include the VAT
The staff, the location, the pool, the restaurant staff, the old colonial style....our second stay and would stay again. Just loved the place and as we were there for Loy Krathong and staff even bought lanterns for guests to set off. I loved it
no wi-fi even in room and lobby
We found it impossible to connect to the wifi network (though other guests seemed able to connect in the lobby area). There was no signal in the room.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the Tha Phae Gate. The pool is nice.
