All older children or adults are charged THB 400.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

I liked the rooms the most, big, luminous and pretty clean. The rate that I got if I prolonged my staying.The staff provided good service. The view if the room doesn't face the street. Noise (sometimes you can hear the tv from other rooms and traffic from outside if the room faces the street). Then the location, you need transportation to get to the beach, usually a small motorbike. |

Servie provided from the stuff. nice, patientable, good smile...the room environment is comfort, clean and meet our satisfaction. price also is reasonable. The signboard is quite difficult to find if come along from chalong side. Would suggest the Karon Living Room Hotel Board place on Top side with light. |

Quiet,clean,peacefull and not to far from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife, quick motorbike ride to a lot of the surrounding beaches.For price and location i'ts perfect. I really enjoyed my stay there. It would be preffered if their menu catered more for westeners, as there is only an english breakfast.A few more western choices would be an added advantage. |

Chambre propre Parle très peu l'anglais. Mal situé en bord de route, assez bruyant. A 10 bonnes minutes à pied de la plage. Loin de l'aéroport. |

Ruhig, super grosses Superiorzimmer, keine Wasser oder Elektrikprobleme,freundliches Personal,eigentlich völlig Problemlos bei Uebernahme nicht sehr sauber (gebrauchte Seife im Bad, div. Haare der Vorgängerin), Aschenbecher wurde nie geleert, (jedoch 100 THB Trinkgeld am 2.Tag gegeben). Trotz Frühbuchung 1. Nacht in anderem Zimmer,(habe eingewilligt 3 Tage zuvor-soll keine Reklamation sein) |

War 2 Tage im Karon Living Room, hatte ursprünglich aber 9 Tage reserviert. Bin ausgezogen weil das Hotel zu laut (Straßenlärm) war. Habe Receptionspersonal deswegen angesprochen und um ein ruhigeres Zimmer Richtung Garten gebeten. Es wurde mir keins angeboten, deshalb bin ich ausgezogen. |
