Nice sized pool and great view made for a relaxing day In fact I have a few complaints. Firstly, at check-in the staff could not find our reservation even when provided with our booking number. They said the reservation desk was closed for the evening and we would have to go to the internet (which they charged us to use) and email them our booking. Not once did somebody offer to take my heavy bag as I walked back and forth from the lobby to the internet twice because I was first provided with the wrong email address....nor did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. It was almost an hour before we got into our room after traveling all day.I Felt this whole ordeal was very unorganized and unprofessional. |

Location was excellent - couldn't get better. Although general cleanliness was acceptable, the hotel needs a good clean, particularly around light switches and controls - found them very dirty. It also needs a touch up paint job around skirting boards and doors as it is looking a bit tired. |

Swiming pool and the beach front Disappointed that the hotel has no record of our on-line booking. We had to wait for about 30 minutes not knowing what was going on. Tired, exhausted and thirsty but no offer of drink or an apology. Also during the on-line booking, the payment via VISA Card was made but was told later that there was no deduction made. |

The way the staff handled my early check out. The staff on the whole were friendly and helpful. Yes. The room was very noisy (mainly from people in the corridors), the corridors resembled a hospital/prison type establishment - concrete, old fashioned etc. The room was very dingy and had no character, tiled flooring, bathroom was in need of re-furb. The beach was busy, public and you had to pay for sun loungers which the website didn't mention - it sounded like the beach was part of the hotel! It was busy and noisy by the pool. |

On the ground floor rooms, the courtins of windows could have velcro or other thing, to provide a bether closing, and guarantee more privacy. |

In front of the beach Most of the hotel staff didn't speak engliish!!!!! How is it possible in a **** hotel in a touristic island !!!! Too expensive. |

La posizione, ancorchè centrale, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, quasi "privata" se fossero disponibili lettini ed ombrellone, per i quali il servizio è fornito a pagamento dalocali. Ottimo il breakfast. Malgrado la reale buona volontà dello staff, il servizio lascia molto a desiderare:in particolare telefono antiquatovia opeatore (lento), nessuna guida telefonica locale,computer antiquati ed a costi orari elevati, servizio taxi esagerato..... |

Удобное расположение отеля, первая линия к пляжу, что встречается на Пхукете нечасто. На пляже прокат серфов, водных мотоциклов. Ночью можно выйти из номера и прогулять по ночному пляжу, искупаться, если не боитесь ночной живности ( в основном только крабы). Романтика, в общем. Рядом большое количество магазинов, всяких массажных салонов. До рынка с фруктами - минут 5 на мотобайке. |

カタビーチは海がキレイで、オンザビーチのホテルなので部屋からの眺めが最高だった。プールも目の前の海を- 眺めながら泳げる素敵なロケーション。部屋のアメニティが可愛かった。ディベッドやテラスもあり、部屋の中- にずっといても海が感じられるストレスのないホテルだった。 タオルチケットの使い方がよくわからず最終的にトラブルになったが、書いてある英語をよく読んでいればよか- った。フロントで説明して欲しかった。 |

A localização do Hotel em frente à praia é muito boa. Das melhores localizaçoes em Kata Sim, estavam em obras e o barulho incomodava, assim como a sujidade que provocava nas areas de lazer junto à piscina |

Personal, poolområde, strandnära, allmän service. Pool för grund (maxdjup 1.20), pool för kategori direct access vilseledande I reklam - är bara en trång vattenkanal, hotellet börjar bli slitet. |
