Location, Room

Fitness club huge disappointment-50% in disrepair. Breakfast low quality, almost the same every day, although good coffee. Shower water mostly cold. Internet pathetic at best. Not good for business people or fitness. Nice place but they managed to make us hate it anyway.

The location , the pool and ocean is perfect.. The room was ok, the last time we stayed at KC we had a bungalow, they are splendid !!

Very hard bedbottom, would liked to have a thin sheet on top of the heavy blanket.. So you could choose one of them..

Hotel is on the white sand beach, and the hotel brakfast is on the beach.

Sea view superior villa was extremely small. There was a space for bed only inside the room. Dvd player is not available on request even if on the web site they say it is.

The beach, the location.

The gym is poorly equipped, no ac. However, it's a common thing for majority of resort hotels in Thailand. The spa prices are high, but this is compensated by the poolside massage area with lower price range.

We liked the location of the hotel and especially the sea and beach some nice local shops for conveniance and it was lovely to look at the tree covered mountains behind the hotel

Only thing that was a little anoying was the people taking all the sunbeds, they must get up at 4.30 to lay their towels on them , typical of the germans haha

Nothing was missing. Only thing was that the SPA was not open

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, very helpful, situated on the beach this hotel has it all, excellent swimming pool . Breakfast has a good selection to suit all nationalities, we would go again if he ever go back to Thailand.

Most of the machines in the gym did not work, I originally booked in to a Beach side Villa/Bungalow. When we got there we did not like it as there were ants and small bugs everywhere, this was because the villas were built on the actual beach. We asked to be upgraded to the building within the hotel, Reception sorted this out straight away for us, our new room was slightly more expensive but had a private jacuzzi on the balcony, if you like been close to nature then the beach villas will be fine,

Spa has closed.

Great location right on the beach, fantastic pool, lovely to sit and eat and watch the sun go down. Maybe the largest breakfast buffet I ever saw! Good food in the main restaurant. Good live band in the bar at night. Plus for free DVD rentals.

The pool was nice and good for kids with turtle sliders. It was good eating close to the beach. The Hawian salad was fantastic and I would highly recommend it

The grilled sweet corn was not very good plus the size off my room was small

The best hotel on the island for several reasons: location on beach- front (White sand beach was perfect), extremely friendly and helpful staff, wonderful design of the hotel, nice people staying at the hotel (european, mostly french), restaurants and shops outside the hotel, massage center provided by the hotel is awsome, presence of other services, like gym, 2 swimming pools, bars, lifeguards at the beach. I strongly recommend to take massage at Bodyworks&spa, which provides a free transfer from hotel and back anytime you want. My vacation at Ko chang island was perfect!

The one and only minus of the hotel is slow internet

My 4 years old daughter and I enjoyed our stay at KC Grande so much. We spent a lot of time at the swimming pool. It was very nice! We met many families with young and older children here. My daughter had many friends to play with. I recommend this hotel for families with young children. 7-Eleven is just right next to the hotel so it is very convenient for us It's better to stay at the building instead of the villas because the rooms are quite new and in a better condition!

The fitness is decent but it could be bigger!

Excellent resort. Staff was very polite and helpful. Food is varied and very tasty, offering Thai-Euro-American cuisine. Live band plays every night. Resort is attached to the other restaurants and bars on the white sand beach so you can enjoy beach massage or anything you like. Variety of shops and services are offered on the shopping street just behind the restaurants. I would consider KC Grande Resort & Spa as one of the best on Koh Chang island.

It's good hotel and location at Chang Island. Room is very good and have completed comvenience things for me.

Am really liked the hotel: friendly staff, and a question on any issue resolved quickly and without additional. payment in the event of a change number (equivalent in price). here in front of the hotel really good beach, without rocks or sharp fragments, white sand and all the time volna.Horoshy small, clean swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a bar and restaurant in the water pool (there is a menu on the Russian). Beautiful territoriya.Dlya wanting in the evening and at night on the shore of a pub and restaurant of the hotel, with music in the hotel is not bespokoit.Nash room overlooking the sea with a Jacuzzi on the balcony of the building is very good. (I can not say of other issues)

If you do not know English, it is difficult to communicate with the administration. In a pub and restaurant the night no menu in Russian.
