Good seaview,room size comfortable,good pool with smooth water and nice seaview,

Very bad breakfast,bad location,NEVER a 5 star Hotel,booking.com must coorect this very important point,because you make your customers very disappointed who expect a 5 star hotel--in our opinion 3,5 to 4 star-- never more!!!,the jacuzzi has a non comfortable smell when it runs...

Clean and very nice... Will definitely return..

We arrived as a couple.. My partner is Thai so the receptionist spoke in Thai the whole time but I didn't understand anything. Not a professional welcome as she should have been talking to us both. Yes my partners fault too!

The overwater villas had a wonderful view. Great service. The room had all essentials needed. Hotel staff were very helpful.

The driveway was a hill to get to the resort.

Jacuzzi is wonderful, staff are nice and helpful, location is fine only 5 mins to Chaweng beach by tuk tuk, breakfast could order free of charge hot or cold Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha.....I Have never tried this service before, and the coffee milk is hot, this is so mindful, sea view is very beautiful.

I would say that if you not sure you can stay in 3rd or 4th floor with sea view, I prefer you book another hotel, not sea view room view is extremely poor!!!! And I met the horrible thing (Chinese people say is "dirty" thing) in my room. We booked total 5 rooms, I requested 1 twin bed room, and hotel arranged 2 rooms (not sea view) on 2nd floor and 3 rooms (not sea view) on 3rd floor, however, we found that room is not twin bed and then we told the staff to change, but they told us no twin bed room available now and also not sure tomorrow, I can't believe that I booked the room before 3 months ago and paid for this room rate and they told me that no twin bed room now and seems they ignored my request. To be honest, we are really really anger even they upgraded my parents to sea view room, you know a man and a woman cannot stay on same bed in some situation. Besides, that 2 rooms on 2nd floor is poor, a lot of trees and plants around the balcony, the view extremely POOR! And unacceptable, we told the staff and they changed 1 room to 3rd floor only, and no more room available at that night, so my parents stayed 1 night in extremely bad room, they cannot open the curtain. So my parents paid money upgrade to sea view room next morning. The 3rd floor rooms view is bad also, my room and balcony is facing the abandoned building, which is extremely POOR and terrible! Bathroom design was flawed as water flows out from the shower cubicle. We had wet bathroom. The hair dryer is out of fashion, I saw the same style when I stayed in 2 stars hotel in China. Breakfast, very limited choice and the swimming pool is small.

I like the private jucuzzi in every room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view is nice especially from restaurant we had breakfast.

The location was away fron the beach. Had to walk quite a distance. We were disappointed with the fitness room, small and with a stale smell. Threadmillds were facing the blank wall. We decided not to use the gym given the sight. Bathroom design was flawed as water flows out from the shower cubicle. We had wet bathroom, which was a great turn off.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and friendly. Lovely pool villas. View was excellent and service is very good.

Breakfast is somehow a bit of a let down, definitely not 5star, despite staff being very good the breakfast we think needs more input.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Tried to accommodate us. We really enjoyed our stay.

-Die Aussicht ist fabelhaft, va. Vom Pool aus. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Flughafen, was aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat - Zimmermädchen und Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend -frisch zubereitete Smoothies (man konnte die Kombination selbst wählen) -ruhige Lage, aber doch nicht so weit vom Zentrum von Chaweng entfernt

-Kein eigener Hotel-Strand; es gibt zwar einen Shuttle Bus zu einem öffentlichen Strand, der hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gefallen, weil er total überfüllt war und keine Liegen zur Verfügung standen; Shuttle-Bus- Zeiten nicht optimal; empfehlenswert sich einen Scooter zu mieten. Wer also nicht mobil sein kann/will, aber wert auf einen eigenen ruhigen Strand mit Liegen in der Nähe legt, sollte lieber nicht hier buchen. Hotel eher geeignet, wenn man entweder nur am Pool bleiben möchte u/od keinen reinen Strandurlaub machen will -Rezeption und Personal abends im Restaurant etwas unfreundlich; Rezeption schien oft genervt zu sein -Wir haben einmal zu abend im Hotelrestaurant gegessen u es hat uns nicht geschmeckt, außerdem viel zu teuer -oft standen nicht genug Handtücher am Pool zur Verfügung

La chambre était assez appréciable pour le jacuzzi ainsi que la vue.

Il n y a pas une bonne description de l hôtel.En effet celui ci est décrit en image tel un hotel au bord de mer, alors qu il n y a pas de plage, pour accéder a la plage il faut prendre une navette qui nous sort de l hotel puis traverser les hotels en bord de route qui donne sur la plage, de même qu il n y a pas de partenariat avec les différents hotels ayant une plage donc il faut compter 450 bath/pers. L hotel va vous dire que vous avez une plage public a cote mais celle ci est très petite et bruyante et il faut prendrenun tuktuk.concernant la,propreté del hotel c est correct car le jour de votre arrive tout est propre et au fur et a mesure des jours il ne nettoie pas le balcon ne vous mets qu un gel douche pour 3 pers. Le lit supplémentaire a 1500 bath la nuit et une honte! C est une table en bois avec un matelas de 2 cm, donc impossible de dormir, et l hotel ne fais aucun effort sur cela.Au sujet du petit déjeune ayant pris une grande suite la salle du breakfast été différente au niveau du confort, mais on ne me la jamais dit en arrivant le matin, c est au au bout du 8eme/j que j aperçois le panneau disant que cette salle était reserve au grande suite et villa.

Lontananza dal centro , con 1 collegamento di a/r al giorno della navetta dell' hotel . Scomodo al massimo Al nostro arrivo alle 8,30 del mattino dato che le camere non erano ancora disponibili ci avrebbe fatto piacere un piccolo ristoro mattutino e non sbatterci in piscina per 3 ore vestiti !!!!!!
