Location, excellent breakfast

The water villa setting was just right. However, the original room that I booked was a disappointment. Our view was of a dilapidated building and the airport runway. I was unimpressed to say the least. The water villa's are out of this world.

Lack of shuttle service in the evening

Jacuzzi is wonderful, staff are nice and helpful, location is fine only 5 mins to Chaweng beach by tuk tuk, breakfast could order free of charge hot or cold Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha.....I Have never tried this service before, and the coffee milk is hot, this is so mindful, sea view is very beautiful.

I would say that if you not sure you can stay in 3rd or 4th floor with sea view, I prefer you book another hotel, not sea view room view is extremely poor!!!! And I met the horrible thing (Chinese people say is "dirty" thing) in my room. We booked total 5 rooms, I requested 1 twin bed room, and hotel arranged 2 rooms (not sea view) on 2nd floor and 3 rooms (not sea view) on 3rd floor, however, we found that room is not twin bed and then we told the staff to change, but they told us no twin bed room available now and also not sure tomorrow, I can't believe that I booked the room before 3 months ago and paid for this room rate and they told me that no twin bed room now and seems they ignored my request. To be honest, we are really really anger even they upgraded my parents to sea view room, you know a man and a woman cannot stay on same bed in some situation. Besides, that 2 rooms on 2nd floor is poor, a lot of trees and plants around the balcony, the view extremely POOR! And unacceptable, we told the staff and they changed 1 room to 3rd floor only, and no more room available at that night, so my parents stayed 1 night in extremely bad room, they cannot open the curtain. So my parents paid money upgrade to sea view room next morning. The 3rd floor rooms view is bad also, my room and balcony is facing the abandoned building, which is extremely POOR and terrible! Bathroom design was flawed as water flows out from the shower cubicle. We had wet bathroom. The hair dryer is out of fashion, I saw the same style when I stayed in 2 stars hotel in China. Breakfast, very limited choice and the swimming pool is small.

A great hotel, with plenty of luxury and generally good service. The reception staff, porters etc were really helpful and friendly. The views from the hotel are great, over the beach and sea. If you can stretch yourself, I would really recommend at least 1 night in one of the over water villas, that come complete with all modern conveniences and a private swimming pool underneath the villa. Yes, the hotel is on a hill hence the views, but there is always a buggy on-hand to ferry you to the bottom or top if you can't be bothered to walk. All in all I think a good choice.

The hotel is not on the beach, and does not have any beach-side facilities, although its only a 5 minute walk. The service at breakfast was a little bit disorganised at times, but nothing really to complain about.

номера были комфортными пару лет назад, но сейчас явно требует обновления. душ - вентиль регулирующий температуру воды не повернуть, приходилось хвататься полотенцем, очень туго. держатель туалетной бумаги сломан. постельное белье меняют довольно забавно - перестилают другой стороной вверх, и считают, что оно новое. общий бассейн очень сильно пахнет хлоркой и вода в нем почему-то мутно-зеленая, при этом в виллах вода чистая. автобус на пляж ходит 3 раза в день, поэтому рекомендую арендовать мотобайк или автомобиль, так как пешком идти довольно долго и территория отеля на очень крутой горе.

Geweldige ligging op een heuvel waardoor je het meeste fantastische zicht hebt van Koh Samui (wij hebben wel een kamer mét zeezicht genomen maar de meerprijs hiervoor is echt niets voor wat je ervoor krijgt). De "heuvel" maakt het ook apart, je komt nog maar bij de receptie en het personeel staat al te springen om je met het golfkarretje naar beneden te brengen en ook weer naar boven wanneer je weer aankomt. Alhoewel je dit perfect te voet kan doen hoor want is amper één minuut met het karretje maar het maakte wel mee het avontuur :-) Het zwembad (infinity pool) is fantastisch gelegen met een adembenemend zeezicht. Zeer mooie kamers. Je krijgt in dit hotel een zeer persoonlijke behandeling. Alle personeel (zowel receptie-, ontbijt- en bar, schoonmaak-, onderhoudspersoneel, .. zijn super vriendelijk. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n vriendelijkheid ervaren als hier! Restaurantprijzen in het hotel zelf zijn overdreven in vergelijking het aanbod wat je hebt buiten het hotel maar dat is in ieder hotel zo. Maar loop buiten het hotel het strand op en je hebt mogelijkheden genoeg om super gezellig te dinneren op het strand zelf - fantastisch! Ook in de straten zijn heel veel bars en restaurantjes.

Hotellet var guld! Personalen var alltid mycket mycket trevliga. Läget är bra, högt upp på en kulle med underbar utsikt från både frukostbordet som från poolen som för övrigt är dunder!

Big room, beautiful view, comfortable bed

Location not so bad if you have a scooter but otherwise costs 250 baht each way! Shuttle only 3 times a day during the low season. A number of the staff had quite a bit of attitude!

Les chambre Over Water son assez originales bien que plutot mal entretenues. Le personnel est à votre ecoute et assez disponible

L'acces à l'hotel est tres difficile, en pente, il faut obligatoirement une voiture mais il n y a que 3 places de parking pour tout l'hotel (donc tous les soirs c'est la guerre pour une place ...). L'acces aux chambres et specialement aux villax Over Water est reservé aux sportif, et encore pire les jours de pluie. Les chambres bien que tres originales ne sont pas entretenues comme dans un 5 etoiles. L'acces internet marche ... quand il veut.

Hotel between 3 and 4 stars and on Bookings.com is 5 stars,this is not corect.......disapointed. Lucian Georgescu

The hotel is not on the beach but on the hill far from the beach and all the hotels 5 stars must to have private beach this one is on the hill,i don't go to montain in Koh Samui but at the sea side....

-Die Aussicht ist fabelhaft, va. Vom Pool aus. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Flughafen, was aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat - Zimmermädchen und Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend -frisch zubereitete Smoothies (man konnte die Kombination selbst wählen) -ruhige Lage, aber doch nicht so weit vom Zentrum von Chaweng entfernt

-Kein eigener Hotel-Strand; es gibt zwar einen Shuttle Bus zu einem öffentlichen Strand, der hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gefallen, weil er total überfüllt war und keine Liegen zur Verfügung standen; Shuttle-Bus- Zeiten nicht optimal; empfehlenswert sich einen Scooter zu mieten. Wer also nicht mobil sein kann/will, aber wert auf einen eigenen ruhigen Strand mit Liegen in der Nähe legt, sollte lieber nicht hier buchen. Hotel eher geeignet, wenn man entweder nur am Pool bleiben möchte u/od keinen reinen Strandurlaub machen will -Rezeption und Personal abends im Restaurant etwas unfreundlich; Rezeption schien oft genervt zu sein -Wir haben einmal zu abend im Hotelrestaurant gegessen u es hat uns nicht geschmeckt, außerdem viel zu teuer -oft standen nicht genug Handtücher am Pool zur Verfügung

Jag och mina tre vänner bodde i en fantastiskt familjesuite som jag rekomenderar starkt! Vi bodde på tre olika hotel under vår vistelse och detta hotell var utan tvekan det med bäst service!

Kunde ha varit lite mer centralt, taxi/tuk tuk var ett måste för att komma till dom bättre stränderna/uteställerna.
