Kempinski Residences Siam    

It was our second stay. It is a well managed 5 star facility with ample space both in the room as well as in the public areas. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The Kid's Club is thanks to its warm hearted staff just wonderful, our son loved going there. We enjoyed breakfast and the pool a lot. And major shopping malls as well as the BTS in the immediate vicinity is a huge plus. We will return for sure in 6 months or so.

Nothing, except maybe for this: This time we got a room without a balcony ...

The hotel is an oasis of calm, luxury and good taste in the middle of a noisy, busy city. It is within a short walk of the Skytrain and not too far, by taxi, for Old Bangkok.

We had for seven nights a double deluxe room in second floor and it was very nice and big. It had a kitchen witch was great when getting take- away pizza from Amico-restaurant in Paragon :). Kitchen also had a washing machine with a dryer. Room had quite big balcony. Bathroom was very big and it had a dressingroom. Pool section was great and there is sunshine all day because it it is so big. There was no mentioning about this, but in residence they have own gym+sauna+small roofpool in 16 th floor with a nice view from gym, not from pool. Bed and pillows was awesome. Hd-tv had free movies, and only the newest movies cost 600 baht a piece+10% service+7%VAT.

We arrived to hotel very tired straight from airport at 11:30 am. They took our luggage and told that our room was not ready yet, and that they did not know when it will be. So we went shopping and came back after 1 pm, and it was not ready still. We waited in the lobby till 14:30 before they got us the room. Staff were not kind at all at the reception, only arrogant. In both rooms there were air conditioning but both the switches were broke, and there was only on/off and the temperature could not be setterd. So there was cold or hot. The breakfast was worst we've ever had in Thailand. The restaurant Embassador was way too small and for example fruits were in a place where there was about 1 m aisle for guests to pick up and waiters to walk pass with coffees. Almost everything warm had to order from the menu. It felt really busy and not cosy at all, and made us feel to rush of fast so that next guests can get in. Most of the staff was friendly, but some were bit arrogant. It was not a five star breakfast, only 1-2. In the Residence lobby there was all week smell of a drain. Internet was free when using the lan-cable (256k), faster costed 600 b/day. Did'nt ask but I was not able to use free wlan at all.If you're not from middle east or Japan, the staff won't as helpful as they would be if you were. For every price in hotel they charge 10% service+7%vat so for example faster internet costed all together 702 baht a day which is really expensive of a service what supposed to be free now days.

The location, it is located next many malls only within waiting distance you can reach them.

Hard to find taxi, you have to wait for a long time. The area is very crowded.

Its a beautiful luxury hotel right next to Siam Paragon mall. The rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the luxury suite which was very spacious and comfortable.

we had bad experince with booking where they have ask us to upgrade the room with extra charges due to wrong room booking???? which was totaly not acceptable.

The Hotel and lobby design plus the personnel were very friendly. It's located in a best place in Bangkok where you have access to the best shopping malls.

1. The date of the complimentry water bottles at room were expired. I stayed at the hotel at the end of July, the date on the bottle expired at May. 2. Each morning i asked for cafe' makiato .I stayed at the hotel 6 days. For 5 days the staff made the same mistake. I received cafe' late.

Convenient, perfect staff, great breakfast and the best location in Bangkok.

Luxurious, central and quite elegant...the Residences are not the hotel but they do share almost everything for a slightly lower price. The package might include American breakfast, which is actually a beautiful buffet in a grand setting. The pool and gym are shared by Residences and Hotel and so you get the best of the hotel, at a lower cost.

Attention to detail however is not as thorough as what you might expect. Stayed in the hotel before and housekeeping there is a bit more stringent-- at the Residences, I had to call to remind them about clean up and turn down service.

A perfectly run hotel. With truly friendly and helpful staff. It is a perfect oasis of calm and quiet in the busy city of Bangkok. Its big pools and gardens make you feel like in a seaside resort while having all the good points of the big city really close. The Siam Kempinski is located right next door to big and famous shopping malls and also close to the bts station. Breakfast was wonderful. We are sure to return here for our next stay.

The Kempinski didn't seem to have a line of taxi cabs waiting outside like other hotels do. Because of this we sometimes had to wait a (short) while for a cab. We started pre-ordering cabs which worked out fine.

всё понравилось. я жил в разных отелях Бангкока. Этот лучше большинства! Мы были семьёй, поэтому я взял сьют с 2 спальнями, гостиной и кухней в корпусе Резиденции, поэтому жили как дома. внутри оч. комфортный бассейн и территория

мелочи. но это из-за небольшой бестолковости тайцев. Поэтому не стоит даже говорить об этом

خدمة الغرف حيث ان الميني بار كان مجاناً ولكنهم لم يضيفوا الشي إذا انتهى مثال .... إذا شربت الكولا وهي زجاجة واحده لا يضعون لك غيرها ابداً ابداً ابداً وذلك فترة مكوثي في هذا الفندق ولمدة ستة ليالي مع العلم اني طلبت منهم تزويد لميني بار بالنواقص ولكنهم لم يستجيبوا لي وعدم وجود مترجم يصعب التفاهم مع الإستقبال سلال يسلهم

فندق رائع الغرفة كبيره ومريحه جدا وآثاثها رائع ومريح مع وجود وأي فاي مجانا وتصميم اكثر من روعه في الغرفة الموقع له مدخل على مول كبير ورائع

الفندق هادئ اكثر من اللازم والمسابح غير عميقه

位置很好，旁边就是一个大型商场。酒店很漂亮，去游泳的时候，服务员都会送上冰毛巾跟冰水。

酒店的过道都有股味道，不好闻。网速很慢。入住两次，第一次住的是公寓，网速还算可以。第二次祝的酒店，网- 速很慢，而且经常掉线，打电话给It部升级上- 网套餐，升级后完全没有一点改善，依然很慢。退房的时候看到帐单上加了上网费用，跟前台解释说网络很慢，他- 们很快就重新打印了帐单，把网络费用取消了。
