Great location on Khaosan Road.. Quiet room, air conditioning. The roof-top pool is absolutely amazing!

We were on the first floor which was not an ideal location, but it worked out just fine.

The location. Right in the middle of khaosan road but that is it.

When we were checking in a young woman was checking out and in front of everyone (the lobby was busy and people sitting around) the cleaners brought out her bed sheets that had a little blood on them and demanded 300 baht. All the staff had the same attitude even the hotel manager, nobody thought to do it in private. The poor girl was so embarrassed and to make it worse the staff hardly speak any English ad were just using simple words very loudly to tell her about the blood. Appalling! Also I asked for a pharmacy and they told me all shut, too early but I walked along khaosan and found one 5 shops away, my boyfriend was very ill and needed some medication then not when their pharmacy opened! When we finally got into our room we were greeted by a huge cockroach. The bed sheets were damp, the whole room smelt of damp and the bed was very hard. We stayed in Thailand for a month and moved every 2 days or so and this is by far the worst hotel we stayed in. The condition of the room you could almost get over for only 2 days but the staff made it unbearable! Rude all of them. The cleaners were always sitting around in and around the lobby, very unprofessional! The pool itself was clean but the 8 deck chairs 6 of which were very broken made it so there wasn't anywhere to sit. The wifi didn't reach our room even tho we paid for it. I complained and was told to sit in the lobby. We complained about our room and was told its fine. My boyfriend said after only an hour shall we move and just cut our losses (he is very laid back and doesn't like to waste money). If the location is all you care about then stay but if you woul like more for your money then avoid at all costs. The hotel in next to and oppersit two if the liveliest bars in the road so if you don't get a delux room or higher you will be in their first block on the road which is very noisy. By paying more you arn't getting a nicer room but you are away from the road so don't hear the...

I liked the situation of this hotel. It is in Kao San but is not too noisy to be this place

The room was quite small

Set on a very busy street, this is a jewel of a place. We were only here for 2 nights to acclimate to Bangkok and it was perfect. The place is a little older, but everything is clean and the rooftop pool was a plus for the kids!

The road it's on is amazing everything you need and always something going on good places to eat and full of life!

Them fools called tuk tuk drives don't get in one people get in a taxi from up the road and get him on a meter as it will be much cheaper for you I promise plus you don't get taking on bloody suit runs so he can get a token for his gas stay off the tuk tuks!

In the hearth of khaosan road, if you get to Bangkok to get drunk every evening with friends the place is located in the main place for that. You will hear sounds from the street in your wet room (dirty, stinky...). The swiming pool is very small, yeah don't trust pictures by the way.

Arriving at the reception to find out i have to pay again for room after i had already booked and paid through booking.com. even had paper work/email print out they said i had only paid a deposit and have to pay again in thai baht.

My room was ready for early arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

A/Cdid not work in two separate rooms. Very noisy with both guests as well as street noise. Beds are very hard.

If you love the Kho San Rd,then this location is ideal,it's right in the middle of the action. Yet surprisingly when you do decide to sleep since its situated down an alleyway it's away from a lot of the noise. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

They let us check in @ 11:00 instead of 2:00 pm, the staff are nice, and the hotel itself very nice for that price. Love it..!

Most ignorant staff ever! Not helpful and overpriced! Would not recommend staying here to anyone! Charge for wifi bag storage and didn't clean our room once
