Kodchasri Thani Hotel    

Hotel heeft een luxe uitstraling, en alles ziet er keurig en netjes uit. Men is voortdurend bezig om alles er keurig te laten uitzien. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn fraai ingericht en hebben heerlijke bedden. Ontbijt is prima verzorgd.

Het zwembad ligt fraai in de tuin maar is wat klein. Zeer matig vonden wij dat als je voor je volgende vlucht 2 I-tickets moet uitprinten dat die service door het hotel tegen betaling van 20 bath per velletje kan worden uitgevoerd. Dat kun je eigenlijk niet maken als je voor ruim 5000 bath per nacht verblijft.

Ik moest iets printen en dat was een beetje lastig, echter uiteindlijk goed opgelost!

Een heerlijk hotel midden in de sfeervolle oude stad. Je loopt zo naar de bezienswaardigheden in de stad. Onze dochters van 13 en 11 jaar vonden het ook een super hotel. Een lekker zwembad en knutselen met het personeel. De kamers zijn prachtig en het ontbijt is prima en gevarieerd. We wilden na een meerdaagse jungletocht terug naar dit hotel, maar toen was het helaas vol. Het personeel heeft z'n best gedaan om voor ons kamers te vinden. We hebben toen kamers in het Sirilanna hotel geboekt. Een prima alternatief als Kodaschri vol geboekt is !

I thought the hotel was very nice. I loved all the Thai carvings,pool, and area to read, relax or use computer. Breakfast was perfect. The staff very friendly. I will defiantly stay at the Kodchasri again!

My only complant was not enough places to store your clothes in room, need more dressers. We prefer not to live out of our suit cases. Bed was a little too firm for me.

This is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had! My husband & I travel frequently and have stayed in hundreds of 3 & 4 star hotels. Kodchasri exceeded all of our expectations. We did not want to leave.

the hotel restrurant provide good traditional thai food. the room is nice and clean the location is great, can walk to many place hotel provide free bike which is a vantage red module very beauiful

there is a band playing every night, even there is only 1 table of people, the live band for that size of restruant is not neccerssary, it is not noisy, and end early, but it is some kind of waste.

We really liked this hotel. The rooms were spacious ,modern and furnished beautifully with a very comfortable king size bed. The pool area is well designed in a small space overlooking the outdoor dining area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. We will definately stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely well priced boutique hotel I the old city.

A lovely oasis in the old town, the hotel is new and sparkling, the garden is wonderful and beautiful to sit around for breakfast and to relax. Pool area smaller than in some hotels but still has enough room to swim and relax without hassle, the setting is super relaxing. Rooms are big and comfortable. Hotel is close to all things by walking or tuk tuk. For New Years when we arrived home to the hotal they had given us a little elephant teapot and cups as a present, a wonderful surprise and caring touch. Thanks Kodchasri!

My husband was unhappy with water pressure in shower but I managed just fine.

Great hotel in the old city, within walking distance of lots of temples, the Sunday Walking Street, and lots of great places to eat.

The hotel is tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool is a beauty! They have Apple computers available for use with quite big screens, very nice. The staff is very friendly. Fresh fruit in the room daily, loved it.

The shower. It was very hard to get warm water, it went from hot to cold and back every time we used the shower. Many people like to sit and relax near the pool, but it's not designed for that.

We stayed at this hotel for four weeks to celebrate Christmas, New Year and an important birthday. We had a fantastic time; the place is beautiful, & very clean. The general manager & staff we super friendly and thoughtful. They helped us to feel at home. The breakfast buffet is exciting and included in the price. Kodchasri Thani Hotel is in a great location, so we were able to walk to all the interesting places, like Temples, outdoor markets and restaurants. We certainly will be back!

Lovely staff with attention to detail . The hotel itself is beautiful , everywhere there is beautiful carvings and furniture. Lovely Big Apple computers downstairs to check any emails .

donot worth the money

The position of the hotel was very conveniente within the Old Town of Chiang Mai. The relax area and the swimming pool area were really great! The restaurant was really good and the staff was providing us with fruit and the in the room every day

Although our window was on the pool, the door of our room was oriented toward the street. Unfortunately practically every day we had a bad smell coming in our room from the street restaurant downstairs. The hotel staff helped us when we asked for help on extra cleaning, however obviously this created an issue for us in the morning.

Location is good.Very near to the famous temple.Hotel supply free bicycle with diffrent size choice.Love the design of their rooms.The new year party is really nice in this hotel.

The staff and their respectful service. The breakfast was fantastic and the garden and decore a credit to those who designed and continue to maintain it. The central location is great for all aspects of old city living. I'm greatly appreciative of staff sending my credit card to the airport - way beyond what was expected - I would recommend your hotel for its great service.

Just two minor issues from room 1105 I did hear dogs barking at various times during day and night. There were also several bicycles that were not repaired, having flat tyres and a buckled peddle. However small issues - 4.5 stars seems appropriate

Really nice lounge area to sit and relax in with local character furnishings. Good sized bedroom with appropriate amenities. A good value dinner menu and helpful, friendly staff throughout thestay. Brilliant location. Liked the free bicyclesfor use.

Breakfast could be a little bit more varied.

We loved staying at this hotel! Brand new, the staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are nice an up to specs. Courtyard garden was the place to be for breakfast next to the artificial waterfall. Breakfast was amazing. The bread fresh every day propably from the bakery next door (very nice choc chip cookies). Its near the eastern city gate which is a market and also close to the walking sunday market street also (which is a sight!!!) There are numerous laundry service shops peppering the streets converging at this hotel but make sure you sniff before you buy. Some do not use a lot of detergent! Tour offices across the hotel and literary everywhere (same as the rest of Thailand). There are always Tuk Tuks parked outside the hotel willing to take you almost anywhere or bargain for hourly rate and get your sight seeing done in time for lunch! Get a Groovy Map for this town if you come. It helped a lot! When we return to Chiang Mai this is where I will be staying!
