Friendly staff, nice accommodations,
Breakfast buffet food was not covered. Bugs flying over food.
The staff was extremely unhelpful, they promised us to facilitate a lift to airport, but last minute they doled us that they difficulty with that and we nearly missed our flight and had a lot of stress.
The tour guide was great and very helpful
The staff were quite rude and the buffet breakfast was cold and didn't have a good selection .also quite a young cook who couldn't fry an egg took my wife's parents and they had to change room because the air con didn't work properly and the room was tiny compared to ours for the same price .trying to be a boutique hotel but fails in all departments except for the tour guide
Nice rooms with lovely bathrooms. A good variety for breakfast and nice and close to the moat and night market. Very friendly staff.
Not much really, only con for us was that it was a more pricey place for us to stay and it wasn't amazing. Still very lovely though.
Room is so nice and special. We love the decoration and even the bathroom so much. Staffs are nice. Warmly pick up us in airport, send us to airport, and also bring us to have an old city tour. Western breakfast with fried eggs and yogurt. Hope to have more variety or some more local food. It is so good to have breakfast on the roadside of Chiang Mai.
They promise to provide free massage if staying for 3 nights. But eventually the therapist didn't come to give us massage. It is so disappointing.
A very welcoming staff and a good location.
We spent our first night in thailand at the "hotel". First they gave us a twin bed because they didnt have anymore double beds. The hotel has no air and the smell is awful. The sink was leaking and the second room they gave us was dirty. There wasnt even a place to hang towels. When you open the window (no nets) all the stinkage from the waste dump downstairs flies right inside. Stay away
Liked aesthetics, great b'fast! loved location, tours offered by an associate Tin, of Tin Tours - he was wonderful & affordable
Bed was very hard
Nice location. Walking distance to night market n inner city. Nice room n decor. Clean.
Need to be careful when getting out of bed. The bed is slightly higher than normal.
Pretty much everything
Pretty much nothing
Great and friendly staff, excellent location!
can't open the windows in the room, because the hotel is back to a river.
This place is very convenience, clean and perfect location very close to night bazaar. The wooden and art decoration make this place very unique. Food was superb. They have really cool the live band. I would recommend this place to friends for the next stay.
That it felt like a 1970s brothel. The breasts of the women in the glass etchings.
The stench of the river. Horrendous views of black, oozing, smelly river running beside the hotel. The bed had a terrible squeaking sound. The "spa bath" leaked all of the floor - they don't give you a bath plug so I made my own using a combination of wet tissue in a plastic bag.
This is relatively new hotel, I like the unique Lanna Style Boutique hotel, it is a wonderful Thai Experience. The room is very well furbish and neat although it might be a little less spacious. The 3 nights stay package come with many facilities and convenient. Good job and services from the staffs.
The breakfast is less attractive and start 7.30am late. I didn't have time to take the breakfast.
Interior deco & location
Not value for money i paid. hotel wrongly rated and far from all those good publicize. Feel cheated. No toilet paper in the room, never able to get wifi connection, breakfast 1 star rated and river view as mentioned in your website is a big smelly drain running at the back of shop lot.
Clean and fancy room. The free airport shuttle was awesome and good in a comfortable car. The staff is extra friendly. Nice live music entertainment in the evening. Great style of hotel. Good for couples not for families. The hotel helps on tours. Free wifi in rooms and free internet computers. Will come back. They gave me a free thai massage for taking a few nights in the hotel And it was very good
The rooms are very tight with no room to store your belongings. No cupboards, drawers or cabinets in the rooms. Not a big variety on breakfast. Wifi signal is a little weak
location it great, right near the night bazar staff was very nice, always willing to help and gave some good advise regarding the local attractions (especially the owner who was more then nice) small and quiet hotel the hotel recently renovated and all the facilities are new, and the design is very unique. free and fast WIFI
the staff didnt speak english in a good quality it was hard to communicate the staff was not sync (I.E. if we had breakfast orders the night before the morning staff was not aware if it)
Interiors, the room , space, design, bathroom, sunken tub... Excellent and helpful staff Fresh orange juice at breakfast. Decent outdoor bar/cafe area. The buddha paintings are excellent. Walking distance from night market. Many eating joints, bars, boxing stadium etc...
No view from any room. The rear side is permanently shut owing to the odour from the river. No fresh light into the room...this is a big minus for the hotel , for guests in the room... It feels claustrophobic.. Great if you are out of the hotel until bed time...i would prefer more value for the buck... The quality of breakfast could be better for the price..The. Cafe de siam , a few minutes away at the corner of the street, serves a full excellent breakfast for less than usd 8 with brilliant coffee.
the interior design.. The helpful staff .. The co-owner of the hotel went out of the way to help us in any way he could. Don't remember his name but he is a thorough professional and a gem of a person and spoke good English . Best experience for us in Thailand . Highly recommend the place.
Only stayed there for 2 nights :( wish we could stay longer
Good area and nice staff !!!! Fast Internet.
Bathroom, Shower, Breakfast ....:(
Very small and expensive.
Good location and excellent staff
No lift thus have to carry large baggage to the 2nd floor via staircase. No spare key to keep the hot room temperature down, and also to charge our electrical gadgets when we are not in the room.
Location is very close to the Night Bazaar and go to old city and main market by walking distance.
Some insects inside the room. worry about the security, it seems easy to enter the guest room if you are not their guest. Safe box can not set own password even the staff to set many times.
The bedroom and bathroom windows were sealed, and covered with blinds permanently. Toilet and bath effulence was emptied outside the window. It was like sleeping in a cell. The food was awful, this was not a 4 star
Nice decor ,very central , lovely staff
