Friendly helpful staff The music from the basement nighrclub permeates through the rooms on that side of the hotel on all floors. The area is suffering from long standing MAJOR roadworks which are very disruptive. The Hotel were not given my requirement for interconnecting rooms!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ich hatte insgesamt 3 verschiedene Zimmer, da ich dort 3 Buchungen in 2 Wochen hatte. Alle 3 Zimmer waren extrem abgewohnt. Insbesondere die Badezimmer grenzen an eine Zumutung, und auch die Elektrik (Beleuchtung und Klima mit Wackelkontakten...) war unzuverlässig. Das Hotel versucht nach außen "Luxus" zu vermitteln, hinter der Fassade sieht es leider anders aus. Ich bevorzuge generell einfache Hotels und erwarte keinen Luxus. Es gibt in Bangkok aber einfachere und günstigere Hotels, die nicht so abgewohnte Zimmer haben wie dieses Hotel. Die Sauberkeit an sich war zwar okay und die Mannschaft hat sich bemüht, aber wenn die Badewanne/Dusche so marode ist, dass das Wasser in den Dellen stehenbleibt, und alle Fugen schwarz vor Schimmel sind, ist es mit der Sauberkeit nicht mehr weit her. Das Zimmer selbst und das Bett waren okay. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, aber für den Preis auch okay.
