Close to large mall (Seacon Square). Only relatively close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, for my one-night stay over.

The management seems to be trying to keep up the hotel, but their success rate isn't very good. An example: The lights in the room were on a central console. Two of the area switches didn't work. Lights were on the whole time. Had to call the desk to send a person up to remove light bulbs so I could sleep.

We showed up at midnight after booking on at 7pm. They couldn't find our reservation and had oversold for the renovated, upgraded supreme room that we had booked. They made us sit at the counter for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out what to do. We got frustrated because we were so tired (after a 30hr day of travel) and asked them to please just put us in a room. The put us into a sleazy un-renovated room, that looks like nothing listed on their website. This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. Upon check-out they tried to charge us the full rate for the supreme room and we had to argue with them, we were not paying $90 for what was barely a 2 star room. We ended up paying $60 because we were in a hurry to catch another flight, but that room was barely worth $30 compared to other rooms of the same quality in the same area.

    Nearest to the Seacon Square

The fitness center is closed during my stay in the hotel and the swimming pool is so dirty.
