Onze kamer was praktisch en mooi ingericht. Tevens was het ons beste bed dat we tijdens onze vakantie van een maand hebben gehad. We kregen een melding dat bij de boeking de betaling met creditcard niet was gelukt, vervolgens hebben we op verzoek van Booking.com met een andere creditcard betaald. Blijkt dat we toch twee keer hebben betaald. Bookin.com heeft hier vervolgens erg snel actie op ondernomen en het hotel gevraagd het bedrag op een creditcard terug te storten. Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek dat dit nog steeds niet was gebeurd. Tot op heden hebben we het bedag niet retour ontvangen. Daarnaast hebben we bij het ontbijt vaker a la carte besteld, echter kregen we diverse keren niet wat op de kaart staat vermeld (geen noten en rozijnen bij de kaas, geen ingedriënten in de omelet, etc.). Helaas was het af en toe ook 'vechten' om de bedjes bij het zwembad. |

Ontspannen sfeer, zeer lieve personeel, mooie ligging, heerlijk rustig, strand was heel mooi geen steentjes of rotsen je kon zo het water inlopen. |

Zeer vriendelijke mensen, de kamer altijd super netjes (s avonds komen ze ook bloemetjes op je bed leggen), lekker ontbijt (a la carte), kort bij de zee, toch in de winkelstraat maar niet te luid, .. ik kan blijven positieve dingen zeggen en negatieve waren er niet. |

Fantastisch hotel met de status voor 5 sterren maar ze zijn pas sinds december open dus hebben op dit moment 4 sterren. Ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf tot een topvakantie te maken. |

Very fancy, new, relaxed atmostphere, beautiful design rooms, beautiful bathrooms, not too big, good breakfast, great pool. nice beach terace, Just a wonderful place the hotel is located at the quieter side of Chaweng, you can still walk to the central part or take the hop-on taxi. |

Excellent service, staff always attentive and loft room was as advertised. Only negative was noise from an adjoining room was excessive. Called front desk and they tried to mediate, but noise continued. Insulation not up to western standards. Complimentary breakfast was very good and since dining was not beach side we didn't eat dinners there until staff advised they were starting to serve on the beach. Had a wonderful, romantic candle light dinner and wine that was a few yards from the sea. They need to provide traditional chairs, not beach chairs to sit on, but it was there first night and chairs are on order. Great experience and is a boutique hotel and not crowded. |

I was diassappointed at the staff attitude during check-in as they were not very accomadating.One the staff at breakfast was very rude and I actually had to tell her off.otherwise it was a beatiful hotel for family and we had a good time.Generally the staff have to be more pleasant to the asians like they are to the westeners.Beach was excellent Staff were not very friendly and it was slightly off the mainly shopping sites/centre |

Each one of staff tried to make our stay comfortabel,From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by garlades and fresh coconut drink. On time of departing massage lady and hotel gave us a goodbye gift. At breakfast girl "lek" I think I have her name corret remembered what we wantet for breakfast and provided us without asking second time, want a nice way to start our morning with a smile. Our stay at Kirikayan was the far most best stay I have ever had in a hotel. only one thing, at spa huts girls use to give staff and each other treatment. ad before clients massage they didnt wash there hands. and used same towel for every client lied on for there massage |

The hotel was right on the beach. Location was ideal for using facilities outside the hotel. There was building work directly behind our room. It woke us up every morning and seemed to get worse as the days passed. |

A relatively new hotel (7months since opening) when we stayed. Beautiful gardens and rooms. Stunning bathroom with luxurious amenties too.Friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Free in room ( and across resort) Wifi which was excellent. |

The hospitality of the staff there and also the easy access to the beach as well as shopping along the road. There was first a miscommunication with the transportation but that was fixed, just be sure to not change your mind and be cleard to the guests. |

The staff was fantastic. They were very attentive to families and children. Very friendly and made for a perfect vacation. The hotel facilities, room design and comfort was top notch. The food was great at all meals. Poolside environment was relaxing and the beach was clean, uncrowded and beautiful. None to mention. |

Good location, by the beach with powdery white sands - great for swimming. Near shops but not noisy. Food tastes good, great presentation. Breakfast in the restaurant is prepared fresh individually, even the fruit is cut fresh. Very nice romantic & calm ambience at night. Room is very well designed, simple from outside but luxurious and artistic inside. Well equipped with music CD & DVD. Staff are very attentive. We r happy to get good room rates with booking.com as hotel opens only for 4 months. Elegant & affordable Thai massage by the pool. Like the coffee & ice cream brand they use :-) Nice to see "Indonesian fried rice" on the menu. The hotel has small entry making it easily overlooked, but it eventually becomes the upside coz it makes the hotel stay homey (in a luxurious way..) with all staff putting much effort to make you comfortable. Superior room is small but enough if you tuck your luggages under the wash-basin/ dressing table. No car park, but they will happily park your car at nearby public/ hotel reserved car park. Not a problem at all. |

Hotel and the personnel are fantastic!! . I have never met such a nice and helpful people. Location is just perfect- 15min to the airport, 1 min to the beach from the room, food was excellent. It's romantic, nice, cozy hotel. It's not big! small minus for a rooms, because they were not to big, but anyway, they where very nicely designed and very comfortable |

Comfortable, spacious room, designer furniture and bathroom, nice beach, good restaurant. Good place to rest, nobody disturbs your peace. WIFI network only had weak signal in our room, though good at reception and restaurant, and on the terrace just outside the room |

This resort is really wunderful. Situated at the quiet site of Chaweng you can do everything. The hotel is brand new with the most friendly staff you will ever meet. The rooms are spacious and if you don't want to go to the beach for diner there is a splendid restaurant with Thai and international cuisine. I would definitely go back again. |
