服务人员相当热情，态度很好，酒店比较新，其实地理位置相当好，本身的海滩比较安静，附近饭馆超市什么都有- 。下次还会住这里。复式比单间好很多，单间比较小。

精品单人间和图片上不符，明显没有那么大。

Beautiful hotel premises... Loved the walkway to the rooms. Such lush greenery. Rooms are beautiful! The colors and design are lovely! Very convenient location. Not too busy but still many shops outside the hotel. Perfect for people who want to enjoy some quiet time but still being able to go for a massage, food, shopping ect.

The hotel staff knew that we were getting married during our stay kirikayan. However nothing out of the ordinary was done for us which I find is not outstanding customer service. We would have been so happy to come to a room laid out with rose petals or a bottle of champagne perhaps... But nothing was done for us. Also with the price you pay to stay at kirikayan a free transport to/from the airport should be included in the room rate.

Highlight would definitely be the creative housekeeper. We often came back with creative towel displays on our bed of loving swans and elephants. Loved it!!!

The air-conditioning! It leaked and made intermittent loud noise. We called the staff twice to fix it but neither had a clue of what needed to be done. Room 1/5 needs the airconditioning changed pronto.

Everything was amazing!!! We were there on our honeymoon and have All good things to say about our stay... Highly recommend!

I chose Kirikayan based on feedback on booking.com. It really is hard to fault this place. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive to our needs. The whole place is in great condition and clean. We spent most of the time at the pool making use of the happy hour bar (2 for 1 drinks between 12:00 - 2:00 and 4:00 - 6:00pm.) the bar staff were also incredibly friendly and respectful. Kirikayan is the prefect "couple" getaway however, I travelled with friends and the experience was totally relaxing. If you're looking for a hotel that has loud music with a party type vibe this place is not for you. A tip: hire scooters from the hotel not from the streets, the hire places on the streets, they either want your passport or drivers licence.

Perhaps they could have varied the breakfast but still nice all the same.

Everything was very good except for the dinner at the restaurant - We waited 2 hours for the food and it was expensive and not tasty! The pool- menu is quite ok though!

My husband our three year old son and myself visited Kirikayan for 5 days recently and can not speak highly enough of the whole experience. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with requests.The facilities are first rate and the room we had [duplex suite] just lovely. We will definitely be returning to this fabulous hotel. Small and intimate on a good stretch of chaweng beach just tops it off.

The only thing we will did'nt like was the 1100TB charged for the extra bed for our 3 year old which we thought was way too much for a saggy fold out cot.

We loved the Kirikayan and will definately be back to stay again! Really comfortable, well thought out rooms and lovely, friendly staff. The singer and keyboard player in the restaurant in the evenings were a nice touch, restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and breakfast was excellent. They offer free dvds and the hotel is in a good position. Lovely beachfront spot with infinity pool and swim up bar.
