Very fancy, new, relaxed atmostphere, beautiful design rooms, beautiful bathrooms, not too big, good breakfast, great pool. nice beach terace, Just a wonderful place

the hotel is located at the quieter side of Chaweng, you can still walk to the central part or take the hop-on taxi.

Excellent service, staff always attentive and loft room was as advertised. Only negative was noise from an adjoining room was excessive. Called front desk and they tried to mediate, but noise continued. Insulation not up to western standards. Complimentary breakfast was very good and since dining was not beach side we didn't eat dinners there until staff advised they were starting to serve on the beach. Had a wonderful, romantic candle light dinner and wine that was a few yards from the sea. They need to provide traditional chairs, not beach chairs to sit on, but it was there first night and chairs are on order. Great experience and is a boutique hotel and not crowded.

Each one of staff tried to make our stay comfortabel,From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by garlades and fresh coconut drink. On time of departing massage lady and hotel gave us a goodbye gift. At breakfast girl "lek" I think I have her name corret remembered what we wantet for breakfast and provided us without asking second time, want a nice way to start our morning with a smile. Our stay at Kirikayan was the far most best stay I have ever had in a hotel.

only one thing, at spa huts girls use to give staff and each other treatment. ad before clients massage they didnt wash there hands. and used same towel for every client lied on for there massage

A relatively new hotel (7months since opening) when we stayed. Beautiful gardens and rooms. Stunning bathroom with luxurious amenties too.Friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Free in room ( and across resort) Wifi which was excellent.

The hospitality of the staff there and also the easy access to the beach as well as shopping along the road.

There was first a miscommunication with the transportation but that was fixed, just be sure to not change your mind and be cleard to the guests.

The staff was fantastic. They were very attentive to families and children. Very friendly and made for a perfect vacation. The hotel facilities, room design and comfort was top notch. The food was great at all meals. Poolside environment was relaxing and the beach was clean, uncrowded and beautiful.

None to mention.

The staff was really great and the swimming pool was well looked after.

I think there should be a buffet breakfast.

Hotel and the personnel are fantastic!! . I have never met such a nice and helpful people. Location is just perfect- 15min to the airport, 1 min to the beach from the room, food was excellent. It's romantic, nice, cozy hotel. It's not big!

small minus for a rooms, because they were not to big, but anyway, they where very nicely designed and very comfortable

Comfortable, spacious room, designer furniture and bathroom, nice beach, good restaurant. Good place to rest, nobody disturbs your peace.

WIFI network only had weak signal in our room, though good at reception and restaurant, and on the terrace just outside the room

Beautiful hotel,nice beach,wondeful staff.Very interesting design, the jacuzzi is fabulous.

We stayed at the sunrise jacuzzi suite which is amazing ,however there was quite a strange noise from the wind and the airco with a draught,felt like in a wind tunnel,which is not nice for a shallow sleeper like me so i had to use my earplugs. ther is no a decent wardrobe in the room.The designer has decided to put a few hangers in the bathroom which i find strange with all the humidity and odours there. breakfast could be better with more choices of cheeses for instance. The airport pick-up service should be complimentary ,bearing in mind that the airport is quite close and you pay quite some money for the room and yet they still want 400 baht to pick you up or to arrange a taxi . Anyway i`ll stay at this hotel again!
