Everything was perfect: helpful and hospitable staff, very quiet and beatiful location, our penthouse was huge and well-furnished, very romantic atmosphere, especially we enjoyed our jacuzzi on the roof. Good privacy and suitable for group or family who don't want to be disturbed. 1. Pool in the room was awfully dirty, we even saw dead cock in the pool once 2. Poor English communication

The best hotel I've ever stayed in all world. Staff absolutely friendly. You can feel the high level of treatment in your welcome drink, as soon the van parks in front of hotel. Very beautiful and comfortable - hotel and rooms. Breakfast and restaurant amazing. The best meals (in all my trip) I tryed here and at the sister hotel in Chaweng Beach where you can find the same service and treatment. Apple is an adorable hostess (and singer) who takes care of everything for all guests. All the best!

Quiet place, decent breakfast. Shuttle to beach resort and beach resort is excellent. Rooms are large with lots of space. Great view. Too many stairs everywhere, not suitable for strollers/wheelchair and small children ( had to leave the stroller at the reception). Bed is uncomfortable. Too many flies in restaurant. Bath and shower water temperature is hard to adjust and takes long time.

It was a few minute free shuttle to the city or restaurants but being quite it was nice. The room was huge and modern. Pool was clean and refreshing. The staff was absolutely amazing. They would come find us to remind us about stuff, suggest things and spoke amazon English. The food and drinks were a little pricey. The breakfast was alright. The pool side food was good and cheaper though.

- The stuff is helpful and friendly, - the swimming pool - open-air gym - No beach!!! They have a shuttle bus to a sister-hotel in chaweng but it starts from 11 o'clock - average breakfast, no choice for vegetarian, just a poor greens, cucumber, onion and tomato. For olive oil I had to ask individually as it was not presented on the table. - no proper cleaning, - problems with a sink

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Thailand. Extremely friendly staff, great service and very good value for money. From the point we reached the hotel, they made us feel like home. Good swiming pool, great ambience and gym. Despite the hotel being far from Chewang central, they offer free shuttle bus to the place upto 8.30 pm Also there were occasions when I wanted to go alone to Chewang late in the night. The hotel offered to drop me for free in their tuk tuks since it was late and they did not want me to take a cab alone. Simply amazing and tourist friendly! Overall definitely worth staying here - would rate 5/5

An emergency accomodation we found for our group of 5 during the peak season. The morning reception staff was very gracious giving all of us an orchid necklaces. Nice hotel entrance with lovely water features and largish room but definitely showing some age. I would say more than 15 years but our tour guide was adamant it was much less than that. There were 4 aircons in our 2 bed unit so no problem keeping cool. We were given orchid necklaces upon check in and more orchids on our beds. Very nice. Lunch was unexceptional but expensive by Thai standards. Around $8 for a small soggy luke warm noodle soup. Definitely stayable and one we are thankful to have found in short notice. Very good value although not hugely impressive.

Complementary shuttle services, friendly staff, available facilities like swimming pool, gym, great selection of DVD's, fast wifi connection in room, personal attention of staff Missing a beach on walking distance with facilities like sun beds and bar. Although this compensated with a great shuttle services to Chaweng beach

+ Very friendly employees and excellent service + Good breakfast + Free shuttle to Chaweng (beach/town) - We took a penthouse suite and the jacuzzi's were not well maintained. They don't use products against algae, and the airblowers were green and the water contained algaes. A five-star hotel needs to give attention to this kind of hygienic issues.

Staff and spa services were excellent, two bedroom family suites available. Rooms were dated, restaurant food poorest of quality. Many many concrete stairs at hotel with no hand railings, very dangerous in the rain. Bathrooms are not air conditioned, and screened like outhouses, full of critters.

The service was good, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Very spacious living area with a fairly large swimming pool. Has our own parking lot which makes it very convenient. So many insects likes cockroaches, mosquitos, geckos.... The water pressure for the shower is too low.
