Las instalaciones y el trato del personal han sido igualmente excelentes. Buena combinacion con los transportes a la playa y la zona comercial. Excelente cocina. Esta alejado de la playa, pero el hotel te proporciona transporte y toda la atencion en la playa. |

Excellent hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The villa was excellent luxery and the candlelights in the bathroom that the staf did in the evening were also nice. A lot of DVD-movies for free to watch in your room (135 m2 ). This hotel gifs you the feeling that you are special. It was the best hotel I have ever had. |

The countryside beauty of the location. One side of the suite faces the vegetation and the mountains, the other side faces the small slip road and lots of coconuts and papaya trees. Very quite and serene which is perfect for couple who are looking for a quiet place to relax. The home theater systems which accepts my iPod easily added great deal of value to my enjoyment of online music. Not to mention the free WiFi, the best value added feature. However, I am not sure if the hotel is truly suitable for family with small children. The kitchen was nicely built but there wasn't pots and pans in the suite for the guest to use. I didn't check with front desk if there's any to be borrow and whether there's costs involved. |

Nicest staff ever to meet,villas were excellent luxury,definatly reccomend this hotel,although it is about 15min drive into main towns like chaweng u would not like to stay in tchaweng,hotel offers buses to and from there,pure relaxing at this hotel |

the room was excellent and the staff very helpful. Nice, quiet and tranquil. Ideal for a great getaway from city life. We really enjoyed the holiday and look forward to coming back again soon. unfortunately yes. The sofa in the living room is too stiff making it very uncomfortable to lay back and watch a movie. Leisure guests that stay with you will probably stay for more than 4 days. There is no rotation cycle on your breakfast offering and this gets very boring from the 2nd day onwards. The quality of food at sankala is OK for the local dishes but not so for the western offering. Spoke to many guests when we were there whom all felt the same way. Noticed also very little traffic in your restaurant for this very reason. If the food at the hotel was fantastic, we would never leave and probably eat 90% of our meals there. I hope this feedback helps but I must reiterate that everything and everyone else was just perfect. |

the kindness staff, the great big room, the candlelights in the bathroom. the shuttle to chaweng. There is no beach next to the hotel. You have to take the shuttle or a taxi. The beach is little but has nice staff and a nice little restaurant. |

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, in a natural way. Free use of internet, a lot of DVD-movies to watch in your room. Nice breakfast, beautiful room. The pool area is rather small, but was ok in low season with only a few hotel guests. |

Мы останавливались не в вилле, а в номере с 2-мя спальнями. Работа персонала безупречна, чистота, приветственный напиток, возможность выезда до 14 часов, бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта, бесплатный интернет (правда, в номере не было сигнала, но на балконе можно было нормально пользоваться). В целом отель для уединенного размеренного отдыха. Если хотите тишины и покоя- Вам туда. Бескрайность бассейна в описании явно преувеличена. Отель далеко от моря и от цивилизации, гостей доставляют на частный пляж каждые 2 часа, на Чавенг 3 или 4 раза в день. Я не люблю отдыхать по расписанию, поэтому отметила этот факт. В номере была печь, но не было кухонной посуды, а также не было микроволновки. Ванна большая, но для 4-местного размещения не очень удобно, когда есть только 1 ванна без душевой кабины и 1 туалет. |

Большой комфортный номер, продуманная инфраструктура - удобное расположение номера относительно ресторана, бассейна, баров и т.д. Спокойная, дружелюбная атмосфера, внимательный персонал. За время пребывания не возникло никаких проблем. Чрезмерное количество всевозможных шкафчиков в номере, при этом есть только одно небольшое, слабо освещенное зеркало и вообще нет часов, но это, разумеется, мелочи... |

Besser geht es kaum! Bereits die Begrüßung ist großartig (Kokosnuss und Blumenkranz). Das Personal ist insgesamt unsagbar freundlich und zuvorkommend. Anfangs war der Service fast schon unangenehm gut... Auch die Anlage ist liebevoll und praktisch zugleich gestaltet. Die Appartements sind riesig und werden zwei Mal am Tag gereinigt. Der Transfer (gratis) zum Strand und nach Chaweng ist total praktisch. Man spart sich Einiges an Taxigeldern. Die Lage ist auch top. Es gibt nichts an dem Hotel auszusetzen! Wir waren auf der gesamten Linie positiv überrascht und wurden stets zuvorkommend behandelt. |

La camera era veramente grande e molto pulita, lo staff cordiale ed efficiente. Peccato solo che la spiaggia non sia per niente bella e che l'hotel non si trovi direttamente sul mare. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto! |
