อากาศดีค่ะ แต่ พนักงานไม่ค่อยจะต้อนรับ และการเดินทางท่องเที่ยว ในสถานที่ต่่าง ๆ เดินทางยากเกินไป ทำให้ ไม่ค่อยประัทับใจในเกาะเต่าค่ะ

ติดชายหาดลูกเล็กสามารถเล่นทรทยได้และมีสระว่ายนำ้

ห้องนำ้สะอาดแต่ก็เก่า มีไส้เดือนออกมาจากท่อนำ้ทิ้ง

Location is just amazing, peace and quiet, whithe sand and blue sea. Good food in hotel restaurant.

Hotel needs renovation. Quite far away from nightlife district.

Free transfer from the pier to the hotel. Nice hotel, clean, beautiful pool and just next to a lovely bay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant services good food and everything is fresh.

The bungalow was situated in the mountains. So we had to walk a long way up and actually it's a dangerous clim! But the view above makes a lot good!

-The location is awesome. -The staff at the hotel and the neighboring restaurant were always very attentive, friendly, courteous and always smiling. Your staff is excellent at what they do!

- Difficult to get around for my elderly mother. Lots of steps and uneven walkways. Very easy to trip and hurt oneself. -For the price I expected the rooms to be much nicer and less run down.

Pool

Unfriendly stuff, very rude, restaurant stuff is useless and without any manners, dirty bungalows + need they renovations, full of lizards and lizard poop including beds, beach laguna is very shallow can't swim in there since water is boiling hot and you have to walk a lot until you get to the deeper water, generally meaning the beach is useless with lots of trash including glass, do not stay at this hotel unless you are bear grylls

the bungalows are lokated like in a little jungle

there were many geccos in the room, the reception women was unfriendly

Helpfull staff. Very nice atmosphere in bungalows. Very clean and well equiped.

Excelent WiFi in our Bungalow 319. I loved the pool view.

Bathroom could get a little renovation but it was not bad.

Resort was very nice ad clean. Good position on the beach, nice swimming pool with a lots of comfortable deckchair by the pool.

Coctails and food was expensive in resort restaurant. Staff was very friendly, but sometimes i was suprised that people at reception doesnt speak english, even very simple english.

Really loved the resort the pools and views were amazing, esp in paradise zone paradise zone seemed to be newer and better kept, the beach was great the harbour pier was really great to sit out near the bar in the evening for a few drinks the room was nice , price at a little expencive for what you get but I guess you are paying for the resort air con worked well and was happy to have a fridge in the room too umbrellas and splippers were provided aswel as pool towels

The walk up to paradise was really exhausting so if your elderly or not great on your feet or with kids , might not be the best however they did have a a tuk tuk giving you a lift up and down the hill every half an hour which was good in the rooms the bathroom was a little weird, it wasnt really seperate from the room itself but built within it had a opening all the way around the ceiling, wasnt really nice hearing however you were with on the toilet also every now and again there was a bad smell from the drains obviously they dont have have as good drainage systems as we do in the uk so its understandable , mostly it seemed to be coming from the skin so we kept the plug down

That it wasn't right in the hustle and bustle of Ko Tao (Which can get really manic). The hotel and its features were beautifully designed in a beautifully kept location. I also like that we brought a friend along with us last minute. With a small fee they quickly made her up a bed, no qualms.

We wern't told that our bungalow was at the top of a hill and over 80 steep steps high (yes I counted). Not ideal after a heavy meal or if you forgot something in the room. The reception also close's at 11pm. 2 member's of the reception team had forgotten requests to have my bed sheets changed as they were unclean. Unfortunately there were no staff to aid me with this problem after 11pm and I ended up sleeping on a dirty bed.

the room is close to maintion need walk 5 minuters.no close to beach.when i check in,i pay cash to reception 2800.but stuff no give receice to me.when i check out,other person say i not pay money to hotel.i was leave my credit card detail with hotel.and my email.but hotel still no give me answer.

the beach view there is excellent. the pool is cool.

Nice spacious bungalow with terrace and a nice garden view. Nice big pool, and beautiful beach. Bungalow was cleaned every day.

WIFI inside bungalow generally was poor and sometimes was unusable at all. Bungalow was located near road, so sometimes it was pretty noisy. Geckos were living in bungalow, although they are not scary or harmful, they significantly added to noise at night time.

Really nice view. The staff good. Wifi no that good but enough to check some emails. The restaurant is ok and the service a little bit slow. Free pick up

If you want quick service in the restaurant go another place, but if you want to stay in the hotel be patience

Good place to stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fast laundry. Free pick up to pier. Nice beach. Nice pool. Nice Island!!!

Kajak hire a bit expensive 500 bht/day

Awesome restsurant, pool area, right on beach - all facilities in general. View from our room was amazing! Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was ok, a 10min walk to some shops, cafes etc although we hired a scooter to see more of the island.

Room was quite small and hot water ran out quickly.

The pool was nice. Two people working at the restaurant were nice.

The room was nothing like in the pictures. The room and hotel was dirty and old. Food in the restaurant was a bit expensive and not very good, only a couple of meals were enjoyable. They had no gym, although it said so in the website when we booked it in august... And the staffs attitude when we asked about the gym was like shit happens.. They took the money out of my credit card for the hotel room without my permission and did not give a receipt for me. The location was quiet but very far from anything and walking somewhere when it was dark, did not feel very safe. There was no beach during the daytime, cos the water was so high, so only a few sunbeds were next to the pool and the rest of them between the pool and sea in the shadows next to a walking path..

Very nice resort and good value for money. Lovely pool and beach area for guests - much nicer than Sairee beach! Breakfast not included in our rates, but the restaurant was very nice for this purpose.

The resort is not walking distance to Sairee/port and local taxis cost around 400 baht to get home from Sairee. The resort do give a discount on the outbound journey (100 baht pp) - but not much use getting back!! Def recommend hiring a quad bike (safer than mopeds on the terrain!) and touring the island. The rooms were not as clean as you would hope and not as secure as other places - but the resort being quite out of the way makes it a bit safer.

The staff, they were not so friendly. Wifi works only on a few places. They didn't clean the baskets outside so often. Medioker cleaning of rooms even if you left som tip I the room.

Fantastic beach and pool area. The beach is calm and not so crowded. The restaurant is good and you have a lot of different restaurants by the beach. Not so good for snorkelling outside the hotel (because the sand is like flour and it thus becomes cloudy), but 10 minutes walk to Lonely beach its good. Free Wifi

Not very friendly staff, poorly cleaned. Filled bins everywhere. Wifi does not work everywhere. If the staff had gone a charm course, this had been a really good place.

the grounds, beach and pool areas were beautiful.

The costumer service was dreadful; from the front desk to the wait staff. The food was really poor, and no internet service ; even though they say you can get it. I stayed for 7 nights, I would never go back, mostly because I was treated so poorly!
