酒店位置不错，从码头出来走沙滩的话，400米就能到酒店了

入住酒店的时候，店家试图多收我们的酒店住宿费用。指出booking预订单的价格后，前台和别人商量了一- 下才接受了这个价格。刷卡入住需多支付3%的刷卡手续费

床单枕套都很干净，面向游泳池的房间大些，好些，另一面的房间小，还要400一晚 就完全是招待所标准。

没有电话，我们房间不在一起，只有走来走去的交流。电力不稳定，一晚停电后被热醒了。wifi也老中断。

酒店大堂人员很热情，卫生也很好。有3个大小、深浅不一的无边游泳池，环境不错。距离码头很近，走路5分钟- 路程。

The proximity to the beach. Close to the center.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, very quick laundry service. Located at quiet part of Koh Tao and very close to both the restaurants/bars at the pier and the beach side restaurants/bars.

This place is just great and Jany the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to arrange everything during our stay and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Jany is the future Mayor of Ko Tao who knows everything going on and is a huge value to the hotel and its guests. The hotel is new and modern while right on the water with a small but excellent spa. The entire staff was very helpful and welcoming while respecting your privacy and relaxation time. In addition to the beach the three pools are very inviting and a nice change from the salty ocean water. The rooms were very comfortable with huge bathrooms and shower. Overall it would have been a great experience at twice the price and would highly recommended it to all future travelers.

At times of the day and night the staff left supplies and dirty linens in the hallway and overall the hotel could have used a little TLC but it was so minor as compared to all the positives. This minor lack of detail is evident all over Thailand so it didn't effect our enjoyable stay in the slightest.

The Hotel was nice but just a bit dated in the rooms. It was clean and did the job for 3nts. Nice pool and good price. close to many shops and bars.

Nice location on the beach. This part has beach throughout the day and is not so crowded! Further up is only beach late afternoon because of the tides. Nice and clean pool. Good and clean rooms, although the entire hotel needs renovation. Free Wifi. Close to "town" but jet calm & quiet.

Boring breakfast, the hotel needs renovation and is therefore a little expensive. If they keep the prices after renovation, the price will be right.

The name

The only thing "regal" about this place was the name. Perhaps queen Boadacea stayed here once, hence the surroundings looking like a battle scene out of Beruit. The hotel looked like it had been placed in the middle of a building site....... And a messy one at that. Bricks and rubbish strewn everywhere. An assault course to walk from the pool area to the obviously temporary breakfast area. And once you get seated on the scruffy dirty table and chairs, you get mobbed by cats who the staff think is normal. Upon arrival, I was shown to my sea view room ( keep eyes right, don't look left.... Beirut ! ) there were 2 bin bags of rubbish outside my room door. For the record, they were still there 12 hours later. Inside the room was amazing..... Apart from the dirty shelves which we estimated had not been dusted for months. The towels in the bathroom had stains on which looked reminiscent of being used in a dysentery ward of the local hospital and, the handle of the sliding door fell off when we tried to open it. As for the jacuzzi ..... Forget it ! By the time it had filled up enough to work, we had lost the will to live ! So try and take a shower in the bath which is your only option. One moment you think your going to have a nice long shower and the next minute you could be in the air ambulance with a fractured skull..... Such is the danger of trying to get in and out of the thing ! Such a shame because the location and view is first class. Pity the owners do not employ Thai staff to keep the place to an acceptable standard. Instead they employ Burmese ( cheap labour ) and this is passed to the client. I forgot to mention the incessant building works that were going on and the drilling into the concete ceilings that they thought would help to make our stay more comfortable ...... But that's another story. Take my advice, and give this 'regal' resort a wide berth !

Hotel has a perfect location by the pier and close walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Large modern rooms with excellent bathrooms! Great pool and spa facilities!

Hotel in need of restoration to which they are doing now during the low season. Was told would be complete within the month. Unfortunately wasn't aware of this work till we arrived but hotel management upgraded our room away from any noise without hesitation.

The swimming pool is nice. They have some tv channels in english.

The most horrible hotel we stayed in, during one month in Thailand (we changed hotels and locations every 3 days)!!! The staff is not friendly at all, there is no elevator, and not easy to carry out a big bag, which, by the way, the do not offer to help you with, as "each guest is for himself" (that what I was told). The corridor has poor light and looks like a cheap hostel, the furniture in the room is old, and has a lot of scratches and stains, the air condition is dripping on the tv. They promise a pool or garden view - it's a fake - there is no garden!! Its a construction site, which starts working from 8:00 at the morning, so of course it is not possible to sleep. In addition, the hotel staff is making a lot of noise in the corridor, which also makes it impossible to sleep. There is no breakfast, and the price is totally not worth the hotel.

Not worth the price. Room was not clean. Breakfest very expensive but cold and poorly. Matras was hard. Some staff where friendly but incompetent. Others where arrogant in contact. There was no management to organise everything. Best of the resort was the swinmingpool and the location. Sorry but I wouth not recomment this hotel.

The physical hotel and pool were great. Rooms were comfortable and large.

The service was horrendous! The bellboy smoked and put out his cigarette on the hallway floor! The restaurant staff was not knowledgeable about their own menu and the restaurant did not have several items. The Front desk didn't know about some activities described in their in room pamphlet. We cut our stay there short based on these drawbacks and the receptionist was very rude about it until she talked to the manager, who set her straight.

Hotelzimmer verstaubt!!! Ausstattung sehr alt Kein WLAN im Hotelzimmer verfügbar obwohl es im Angebot von booking.com steht Preis-Leistung für Thailändisch Verhältnisse überteuert. Das man wenn man mit Kreditkarte bezahlen möchte, 3% Charge bezahlen soll.

Ik was hier voor de 2 de maal en denk ook de laatste kamers boven de receptie moet je weigeren sliep vorig jaar in andere gedeelte en dat was ok maar nou toilet stuk, geen warm water en balkon zitten was er niet bij, daar de aircomotor je wegblaasde met hitte en het receptiepersoneel is niet bekwaam .

Hotellets beliggenhed er god, direkte på stranden. Værelset var godt med en dejlig altan og skrå udsigt til vandet. Men thailændere er absolut nogle svin med affald, som det flyder med overalt, og det tager noget af glæden fra opholdet.

Omgivelser fyldt med affald, byggerester og andet skrald. Ingen internet på værelset.

Creo que se puede mejorar , el precio de la estancia,segun las tarifas locales.

המלון ממוקם ממש על ההדרין ביץ ששם כל המסיבות ... מומלץ ללכת למסיבות שלפני הפול מון . מיקום המלון מצויין והצוות חייכן ואדיב!!!
