Poor small room needs urgently refurbishment,not the standard you get for same money elsewhere in Thailand.

It is in a very convenient position in the city. Clean, comfortable with friendly helpful staff.

I known Kosa Hotel for more than 15 years.Only when you book trough internet the room not the same as I had before.Sheep room but for the price you cannot complain.

you have a lot of staff that are poorly trained.The room I was in was very dark.Your beer garden once again a lot of staff poor service I had to go to the bar to order a beer while girl staff were talking to one another.I asked for a menu it did not come so I went to the bar to pick a menu up.Your Menu need to show full price inc taxes not just the price the ++ thats missleading.I could not book directly with you your computer booking on line you cant do,So I had to book with Booking.com

the location was good close to main shopping center, staff very helpful and friendly, all the restaurants were very good, and the facilities good would stay here again

They should get some more Thai New Year music. The five or six tracks played in the public areas and endlessly repeated almost drove me mad!

I stayed in a room close to the elevator , there was a phone outside my room which rang alot in the morning which was a little annoying, apart from that, could not fault the Kosa Hotel

I booked 2 rooms adjacent to each other, the rooms we were given had terrible views of the side of another hotel. ( rooms 425 and 427 ). Our original rooms when we checked the day before were booked ok, on the day of arrival they had given one away. So they had to find us 2 rooms next to each other ( not good ), lucky we only stayed 2 nights.

Breakfast was the best I have seen in a long time , with so much choice you could not fail to find something to your taste, bell boys were particularly attentive

Lack of communication even after sending lots of emails I never got confirmation of if my fiance could check in earlier, even tho she rang and finally got the message it was ok to do this. Pool being shut for private party was a little disappointing as I did look forward to an afternoon swim

Everything was just splendid. Love to stay there again.

most things about the hotel, i enjoyed my short stay very much breakfast was excellent, the staff made me welcome at all times, in fact i stayed 2 extra days over my plans

no many of the staff could speak much english but it did not bother me at all. proberbly a few more sun beds would be good

Location is great except that front of desk staff can be rather impatient and unfriendly when asked for directions to certain places such as bus stations or markets. They will produce a local city map which is marked all in Thai language and therefore, useless to me. On the other hand, the concierge chaps are much more helpful and forthcoming when I asked them for directions. The concierge folks also go to the extent of crossing to the nex street in order to flag down a tuk tuk for me to rush to the local bus station.

Very clean, nice room, good location. I usually stay at the Pullman, however found the Kosa to be exceptional value for money

Its purely a personal observation, however I found the breakfast choice to be in the main limited to Asian cuisine and did not really cater for Western Visitors. I thought that the windows were extremely dirty and could do with a good clean, this extended to the window glass in the lif chute, room windows, also the foyer and restaurant windows.... at least all were dirty so very consistant. During my stay there were a number of business trade exhibitions taking place, traffic to and from the particular floors on which these venues were situated caused lengthy delays when waiting for the lifts to & from our room on the 14th floor.

The location is great. Opposite is a shopping mall and supermarket but they close too early at 9.00pm. 10 minutes away is the giant Centrum shopping mall which has everything. At the back near Pullman Hotel are lots of small bars, pubs and eateries. Nice. The hotel is clean, has everything and the staff are nice and helpful. The security box is open 24 hours.

I had booked for 4 nights but checked out after the first night due to the room not being as advertised on the booking.com website. The pictures of the room shown on the website were those from an executive suite. When I complained that my room as not as advertised I was told it was booking.com who were at fault and not the hotel. I then asked the manager if it was booking.com's fault that the room stank of smoke and the carpets were badly stained! This hotel promotes itself as 4 star but, at best, it is only a 3 star.

The room stank of cigarette smoke and the carpets were stained. The room was not as displayed in the booking.com website. The breakfast buffet did not offer much choice of European foods.

The Deluxe rooms are spacious enough. Bed is good and shower/bath is good. Breakfast is good enough. Just outside the dining room is a fish pond/fountain where we wicked smokers can take a cuppa and have a smoke. 70B transfer to airport is good value.

Everyone was very friendly. Accomodations were good. Complimentary water provided, and breakfast included a variety of choices.

Internet was intermittent and required logging in every time for access

Not having Archa beer!

The central location is excellent. The beer garden is a nice place to unwind with a beer and a steak sandwich, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The one problem, and it's a fairly major problem, was the room I was given. Living/sleeping space measured only 12 square meters, included in this small space was a close to 2 meter lump of a wardrobe. The grimy balcony, which was only accessible by climbing across the bed was as inviting as a dentist's chair. The bathroom was also way too small for a 4 star hotel. In summation, I'm well pleased that I didn't bring my cat, because there was certainly no room to have swung the poor creature within the confines of this cramped billet.
