very convienient location,nice beach,lovely garden setting.close to shops & resturants. we were also upgraded so that was great.

Great Location, right next to the beach and on the main road that run through Krabi Ao Nang area! Would definitely recommend this to friends.

Resort is quite big, spread over acres of land and having an amazing location, pristine beach on one front and the market on the other. Room balconies give a soothing view of the wonderful pool and the garden. Buffet breakfast by the beach is simply great.

Resort os directly with separate access on the beach.

Cleaning. Rooms are dirty. Breakfast is poor. No free Wifi in the rooms. Very expensive for what you get comparing to other resorts.

Staff need better training, which is a general problem at Krabi compared to Phuket. Service level considered too low for a resort in this category

Having stayed in Ao Nang area for a couple of years, I would say that this resort has been in the best location. It's right at the end of the beach close to long tail boats booking office, all bars/restaurants Rooms spacious and clean

Sun beds not very good many broken around beachfront area

This was a fantastic location, right on the beach front. Eating breakfast with a view of the islands and passing longtail boats gettign ready for their days work. Close to the shops and some excellent restaurants at very reasonable prices. Very helpful tour organiser and close to treakking, snorkelling and the islands. The rooms are comfortable and private. Happy hour at the bars provides excellent value with views over the beach and stunning sunsets.

Although great value, the rooms could be better maintained. Our shower was very temperamental either hot or cold and no inbetween.

I have been charged a higher rate for a room I didn't book after an upgrade. I would like immediate email contact with Krabi Resort to resolve , can you help me please. Regards Mark Gregory

fantasic resort, would recomend anyone to stay, right on the beach but the quiet end of aonang beach, but a 2 min walk to the bars and restaurants, best hotel on aonang beach area,

The location is very good, the place is nice and quiet

The staff was nowhere to be found, if you needed any help, it is impossible to get any help, neither with luggage nor with room service. We literally waited for 1 hour for hotel staff to pick up our luggage form the room before checking out.

Very nice location with excellent beakfast at seaside

We have stayed here three times before and it is sad to see how the rooms are detoriating over time. Typical Thai lack of maintenance!

Fantastic location with everything at your door yet very quiet and peaceful inside the resort.

1. Breakfast was very poor.Hot food was cold and congealed. Bakery choice limited and poor quality. Fruit juice was simply sweetened water. 2.Room was poorly maintained..every day we had to get the plumber because toilet was not flushing.Lights did not work over the bed, 2. the noise and pollution from the numerous Long Tailed boats makes swimming in the sea unpleasant and dangerous.

Fairly old hotel, in need of upgrade. Not what I expected based on pictures. Room smelled and wasn't overly comfortable.

The stream next to our bungalow smelled like sewers, which then ran into the beach where we were supposed to swim. The geyser provided only lukewarm water.

Since 1993 this is the 5th time I have stayed at the Krabi Resort. I have always had a wonderful stay each time. I have also recommended the Krabi Resort to family and friends who have traveled to Krabi and they also have enjoyed their stay at the Resort very much. I plan on staying at the Krabi Resort on my next visit to Thailand.

The only thing I would say that might need some upgrading are the bungalows in Row a facing the beach.

The best location in the whole of Ao Nang area, right on the beach, absolut beach front, in nice tropical garden, really quiet,yet the main town area started right from the gate for shopping etc..Staying in our own bungalow was great, everything was there right next to us, great pool, breakfast restaurant on the beach front, comfy lounge area where we could use free internet. Great tour service in the lobby area. Thepp at the tour service was exceptionally helpful, organized all our tours at reasonable price,elephant trekking, james bond island tour and kayaking and snorkelling trips really personal service from him, always smiling and happy to help. Yet the resort didnt feel like a weterners only resort, mainly nice quiet asian tourists, we absolutely loved it, would highly recommened this to anyone

Beautiful place beautiful people very friendly and helpful we arrived in the early hours of the morning and they gave us our room there and then loved it from young couple from ireland
