- The location is great, clean/ comfortable rooms & professional staff.. yes it is more expensive than most of the hotels around, however we have felt the difference when we were around. (never regret) would be great to provid transport to/from the airport. |

The room and the pool. Sauna and steam room are available upon reservation only (you have to call before 10 minutes to turn them on and get them ready for use). Breakfast could be better for a 5-star hotel. |

The room was good and spacy with a modern good layout. Same with furniture which was good. Based on the internet presentation, I expected to see the sea from the private pool! But no, that was covered with plants. You need to be an engineer to operate the lighting etc. They should focus more on guest service than just putting you in the room and then focus on the 12pm time when you have to leave. The hotel is strategically located along Patong Beach and within close vicinity to eating places and shopping and makes it very convenient to hotel guests. I find my stay very relaxing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. One incident I took a taxi to a shopping mall and left my camera in the taxi. The only setback is the beachfront. The stalls set up by the boat and massage operators make an ugly sight of the beach. |

la proximite des attractions, boutiques de Patong. mini bar dans la chambre gratuit, corbeille de fruits, massage 15 minutes offerts. Bar sur le toit de l hotel pour le coucher de soleil sur Patong beach. croissants au petit dejeuner buffet a eviter. |

Positiv ist, dass das Hotel unmittelbar am Strand liegt und gleichzeitig mitten in der Stadt. Negativ ist folgendes: bei dem von uns gebuchten Zimmer war die Toilette mehr oder weniger im Zimmer, es gab weder Wand, Tuer noch Vorhang. Daher haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt. Bei der Suite mit Loft gab es zwar eine gewisse Abtrennung, allerdings auch keine Tueren, d.h., wenn man die Toilette benutzt hatte konnte man fuer die naechste Zeit das Zimmer wegen des Geruchs nicht mehr nutzen. |
