buona la posizione struttura in lento degrado, male organizzata, poco personale, servizio spiaggia di bassissima qualità, piscine sporche, prezzi ristoranti proibitivi rispetto a quelli esterni al resort. |

Very good hotel for family with a variety of activities for kids if they stay inside the hotel or in the lagoon maybe. The beach does not match what we would expect from this type of hotel. Big disapointment to find the beach taken over by so many dirty and poorly stablished shopping huts right between the hotel and the beach. They are so close that you would think them to be inside of the hotel area creating a wall between the hotel and the beach. The only way to access the beach is going through the huts and the vendors offering you goods and services. The beach is also narrow, dirty and full of oil spots that stain your feet. Also, as you would expect in a hotel like this, everything is overpriced for Thai standards including what you find in its surroundings like transport, food, massage, etc. we found it twice as expensive as in other places in Phuket. |

This is an amazing beach resort with excellent facilities, great rooms, great spa, tennis courts, restaurants etc. I would highly reccommend this to anyone interested in a holiday by the beach. Elephants on the beach were great for kids (and for us). Food and other facilities in the hotel were considerably more expensive than outside. Traveling in August, there were some sea waves, which made it not suitable for swimming. But perhaps this is just in the rain season, not sure. |

Die besondere Lage des Hotels ist ein Pluspunkt. Es liegt direkt an der Adaman-See und an einer Lagune. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend, jeder Wunsch wurde für uns erfüllt. Weiterer Pluspunkt ist die direkt angrenzende "Strandpromenade" hier kann man günstig und sehr gut Thai Essen und wenn man es will Touren mieten zum Beispiel eine Bootstour zu der James Bond Insel. Wenn man gut verhandelt und den Thai nicht "beleidigt" so kann man sämtliche Toure für den halben Preis bekommen. Super ist auch, dass es gesamten Resort einen freien Shuttel-Bus gibt, dieser fährt Sie wohin Sie im Resort wollen. Das Resort ist natürlich auch durch Sicherheitsdienste gesichert. |

Ein rundum gutes Hotel mit super Lage im Laguna Bereich. Das Hotel-Team ist super, insbesondere im Frühstücks-Restaurant. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer, insb. des Bads könnte für ein "Fünf-Sterne"-Hotel moderner sein. |

Konceptet med att alla hotell i Laguna Phuket samarbetade och att man hade tilltrade till de andra hotellens faciliteter ar utmarkt. Gratis shuttle med bil eller bat underlattar ocksa nar man har barn med sig. Mycket bra! Fonstrena var inte rengjorda nar vi kom, vilket forstorde en annars underbar utsikt. |

Die Poolanlage ist wirklich schön für kleinere Kinder. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkt anbei sind Restaurants wo man sich kostengünstig verpflegen kann. |
