Outrigger Laguna Phuket Resort & Villas    

The property is well maintain, love all the spaces, bedroom, kitchen and pool. Well look after!

A bit far from the beach and supermarket. We did not realise that the property is outside the Laguna.

On check in we asked for our 2 x two bedroom apartments to be close to each other as we were two families travelling together. Within minutes the staff had upgraded us to a four bedroom villa with private pool so that we could stay together. The standard of accommodation was excellent. The resort is very large, but it only takes a phone call to reception to arrange transport to the main restaurant for breakfast and then they will take you back to your property afterwards. Despite it being a large resort we were never waiting more than 10-15 mins. There is also a free shuttle bus to take you around the Laguna resort and transport is also provided to the beach. The Baan Aroi restaurant served excellent Thai dishes in the evening, while Panache restaurant served a plentiful breakfast buffet.

A brilliant place for rest and relaxation. The three bed villas were great. The pool was just the right size and the kids spent the whole day swimming. Brilliant shuttle service around the complex.

Felt a little remote. Although the restaurants were excellent we felt a little cut off and would have liked to have sampled some Thai food from outside the complex.

The poolside villa was fantastic and it was great to come home and relax in the comfort of our own pool after a day of exciting activities. The staff was exceptional and very friendly! We have recommended this facility to our friends and family as well. While you need to take a taxi to get places, it's not a problem at all.

The food is little pricey and we weren't too impressed with the dine in food.

3 bedroom villia with all facilities and private pool

The villa provides most of the things my family need, like washing machine, well equipped kitchen and shuttle bus to beach and restaurant.

Too early to check out, and the swimming pool is too small.

The hotel is very far from the city, 40 minutes, also the staff horrible, the villas full of lizards , the kids start crying from the minute we enter till we decide to change the hotel in couple hours, and the staff did not show even efforts to remove the lizard saying that its not dangerious while its 15 cm as well as the transport from lobby to villas are very poor , estimated 30 minutes response time . i felt very bad that i booked in this hotel.

This was our first stay in the Laguna area. The Outrigger was a great resort. The staff was outstanding, brunch was very good.

We went to visit the sister Outrigger hotel located on the beach and were very disappointed to find we were charged a day fee to enough their resort...... This is not the norm. Marriott has multiple resorts on Phuket that you can enjoy sister locations for free. Outrigger really needs to review their policy on this!

Beautiful quite location and spacious villas for big families, private pool, full kitchen, gated security and excellent landscape.

Bit far from good restaurants in Patong!

The website was promising a butler service which wasn t available ; the room was huge but with a sense of deep emptyness, faded and definitly not worse the cost ; I won t go there again. Location wise, far from the beach, in conclusion no reason to select such place for such a price, disapointing!

Nice hotel, good service, good transport n shuttle service, even at the airport after we check out.

The transport limousine fee is quite expensive...

Villa's are the best! No need to leave home while on holiday, fully equipped Kitchen, own pool and quiet surroundings. Make sure if you stay for extended periods you hire a car and explore beyond the resort, its simple and plenty of restaurants, shopping areas and beaches are within 10 minutes drive. The best part was the friendly service offered by our cleaner Pat, truely typical thai hospitality and very efficient and flexible especially if the youngster was sleeping.

Villas are a hazard for very young children so be aware of this. Pool is just outside, stairs and long curtain cords made our first day a little worrysome, once you set your safety plan in place then its peace of mind.

That it wasn't closer to the beach!! But both pools on site were lovely! Also need more restaurant options!

Space, pool

The food was awful. First night we went to the Thai restaurant & that was average. The 2nd night we went to the western restaurant & the food was very poor & very overpriced. Pasta didn't taste good - fried chicken with a bit of pasta & bottled sauce on too is what it looked & taste was poor. Service was average. Would not recommend or go back unless the food is improved.

The stafff were very friendly, the apartments were very modern, clean and comfortable. The buses made it easier getting to places and if we missed one the staff were very helpful to find alternatives.

Whilst the Outrigger was a nice resort we felt it was a bit too far out for the beach and the shops.

2-bedroom suite - Excellent! Perfect! Modern, stylish, spacious, big balcony, nice view (can see the sky and stars at night). Great with a glass of champagne. Next to lobby and can get out easily. Price reasonable.

The 3-bedroom villa is a bit faraway and need to request shuttle van everytime we go out. Sometimes the shuttle bus drivers even needs to use a lot of time to find our villa location. Also, after our wedding ceremony we returned to the villa and the whole villa was out of electricity. But the staff came to repair quickly. Also, the swimming pool is so small that we don't even want to dive in. Lastly, it used to provide basic breakfast for villa like bread and yogurt, but now all gone...

Excellent Facility and enviornment

Everything was excellent. The resort staff are extremely friendly and courteous. We received excellent service from the point of arrival till checking out. The villa itself is very clean and big. This is the first time we've stayed at Outrigger Laguna Phuket and our first experience is great... there was everything at hand, all of which is quite expensive. We highly recommend this resort to anyone; family in particular. You will not be disappointed .. One of the best we have seen

Amazing place, it has everything. Service was great. Beautiful pool, great restaurants, and in-house dining was great.

Barbeque was a let-down. Not great value for money and quality of food was not up to scratch given we were paying over 1000 THB per person. And there was no light to see what we were cooking, poor explanation of how and when to use the BBQ. Not good enough.

I was shocked to see the size and quality of the four bedroom villa. Our own tiled pool that was bigger than most at home. Lounges and parasols everywhere so there was plenty of places to relax. The master bedroom was a palace especially the dual shower room.

It's remote so you need to enjoy the resort itself as there isn't much else besides for the amenities offered on the property. However, the property offeres everythig you need at very reasonable prices so plan in just relaxing there and not travel.
