Elevators are really fast. Nice bathroom. Superb location.

I had to deposit 100 Euro (150 $) or Mr. Bear wouldn't let me check in. As I was very tired I couldn't find my visa card, but those details they had already from Booking.Com. So this was highly incompetent check in. On the floors below a construction was going on (drilling, hammering etc.) which was a nuisance. Was that the reason for the 'special offer'? The rooms have a huge TV screen but poor picture quality. All movie channels were deleted from the program, instead a pay movie channel invited you to go there instead. Apart from this, not a bad place at all.

Location and car parking and late checkout

They are currently renovating the hotel and noise levels are bad from 8am until 5pm everyday.

Location is excellent.

The Hotel is great value for money. The staff are consistently helpful, cheerful and treat you like a vip. The hotel room are of good size and cover all requirements from low cost to the suite type. Many restaurants and bars and very close to bts train, nana bts is only 2 minutes and the nightlife is ample in the area. State of the art fitness Center that maybe the largest I have ever seen and opens 24/7. Good size swimming pool and other facilities.

Very well run hotel, excellent service, well appointed rooms.

The hotel was probably at its best in the late 80s, now looks a little dated if compared with its new competitors in the surrounding area

The hotel is in a good and lively location, a skytrain station is nearby

Me and my wife are a young couple, mid 20s, who came on our honeymoon. As I am European and she is Chinese, we caught some negative attention from hotel staff. We were stopped twice when entering the hotel late at night, by staff who apparently thought my wife was a Thai girl that I picked up on the street! To add injury to (already grave) insult, the same people - concierge and doormen - who insulted us so deeply, expected a big tip on checkout. On refusing this, our taxi to the airport was instructed (in Thai, which my wife understands) to rip us off and not turn on the taxi fare meter. We will never come again. Bangkok is nice, but the Landmark hotel ruined our stay. Their hospitality is a facade.

location, location, location

Do not understand why we were upgraded to the "executive floor" but there were no benefits associated with the "executive floor" as in other Bangkok hotels, such as separate check in. or separate breakfast area, or free cocktails and snacks, etc.

Very convenient and comfortable. I love the hotel - the staff quality is outstanding! 'Will always come back again.

Internet access should eventually be offered without charge. Prizes for mini bar are much too high!

The Landmark is a fantastic hotel.I Stayed there for 1 night and enjoyed it.The staff were friendly and they upgraded my room for free.The room was beautiful and very clean.Location was perfect for shopping and nightlife.I Would use this hotel again for sure.
