Stayed the 2nd time in this hotel, and it was as good as the first time. Very nice and efficient staff, very good breakfast buffet with a wide choice.

did not like the fact that i've booked superior club room and got a tiny room on 1th floor + charge for the guest for breakfast is ouragious - 745 THB

Thai staff dont speak and understand english well

Very comfortable bed, agreed by all 8 women in this shopping trip.

For us, is the location. Close enough to BST, but very night needed to travel with lots of shopping....not easy.

Nearby nana bts station.

The staff is really helpless..I Have forgotten my office access card at the room and the house keeping can just throw it away despite I came back 2 hour later after check out..they suppose to keep it under lost and found rather than just to throw it away..really sad on that occassion and will never come again!!!

Room and bed. Staff Chef at breakfast went out and bought sugarfree yoghurt in supermarket for me. That is 6-star service!

Overprised everything; room rates, laundry, food (compared to quality), WIFI. In breakfast buffet there is not much options on sugarfree, this is 2013!! ; )

Helpful staff; excellent rooms; excellent facilities. Overall an excellent value and an excellent location.

Club floor offers happy hour free drinks and snacks between 5.30-7.30pm. Nice pool, Good location next to nana station. Good free wifi

No Bath in room, small rooms, no opening windows. Overpriced drinks in bar, very slow service for food by the pool

The Location is good, Rooms are clean and staff is frindly.

The room where I stayed was superier but was quite small. Internt in the room was more than 600 bath for 24 hours which is the highest in the city I think. I faced an unexpected things there. At the time of checking out they deduct the price of one big wine which I refuse to pay as I did not touch the mini bar. Their staff of checking out in the room opened that bottled then put at my account. At last they agree to not charge me after make me wait for long time and make me in bad mood. I not recoment this hotel to any one

hotel in good central position close to sky train

the hotel room was not ready for me when i arrived even though the hotel mailed me to say it would be ready had to wait 3 hours, not good when you have been traveling,

Enjoyed the full stay and had a great time at the Huntsman bar on Basement floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff very friendly

Everything was just really perfect.

The location is excellent and staff were very helpful and friendly.

We asked for a non-smoking room, and although the room was non-smoking the floor wasn't and it reeked of cigarettes.

Beautiful hotel & good gym/pool @ good location

Worst hotel staff I have ever experienced. Every time we were in the lobby there was someone complaining. The hotel is also doing renovations which are quire noisy! Cannot stress enough how terrible staff manners are and recommend you should stay away at all costs. At one point the concierge told us point blank that the "hotel was quite busy, so they could not give us a good service." Although maybe not quite as close to the BTS there is much better for much less hassle

place was located well, good restaurants and clean.

Took 2 and 1/2 hrs to get our room and we were there at 1300 hrs. I didn't mind waiting but instead of letting us know how long it would be they sent us back 3 times to wait in the bar. No further offer of compensation or any real apology.

Carpet in the rooms are a bit dark and could be replaced by more friendly colores.
