I had previous knowledge of The Landmark and of it's reputation. The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff were superb. |

Everything was OK, except that I came at 13.00, had reservation, but my room was not cleaned yet. I had to take a smokers room as it was the only available. I was very tired so I did not want to wait. Maybe the hotel staff should have a statistic who is "old " customer, that stayed in your hotel several times ... |

The helpfulness of the staff, the proximity of shopping and sky train, the decor, the "outside"lift to stunning views of Bangkok, the ambience and the plush feeling about it. The reception staff were particularly helpful when I realised I had left something behind on my city visits. Not applicable |

Nice and confortable hotel. Super breakfast on the Atrium Restorant. Too difficult to move by taxi from and to the hotel 8,00-9,00 and 18,00-20,00 due the caotic traffic. I suggest to take the sky train. |

Good hotel. Good location. As expected. Rooms a bit small but well kept. My only gripe is that additional services not pre-booked are expensive. For example, buffet breakfast and internet access in room is very expensive. |

The friendliness of the staff. They were always available to assist you. The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging day trips and offering ideas of how to spend our day. The pool closing at 7pm. This is too early. And for the price we paid a larger room would have been more suitable. |

I thought the service was 5 star all the way. Consistent friendliness and cleanliness from room to pool to restaurants. I particularly found the staff in Rendezvous lounge to be funny while being professional at the same time. The music and horsdoeuvres were fantastic, too. I also tried the Chinese restaurant on the 10th floor. The duck appetizer and bird's nest soup were delicious. I visited the swimming pool daily and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and well maintained. I'm not sure why the hot tub was kept at cooler temperatures, but this was very minor. The room I was given was great. I liked the non-smoking atmosphere of my floor. The complimentary fresh milk is a nice touch. Pleasurable experience all around. My check-in process took a little longer than expected due to not having been given an earlier chance to choose a non-smoking room with a king size bed when I booked on-line. At the counter I was offered twin beds in a non-smoking environment or a king sized bed in a smoking room. Neither was an adequate offer, but the staff after some time, was able to find me a king sized bed in a non-smoking room. Thank you. |
