1. The Room 2. The Rental Car and the Driver ( Mr. Visit ) From my experience travelling to many countries with my family . This is the only Hotel which required data , passport and signature of all my family member . We were Not feel comfortable about this procedure .

It's the first time that I have seen such great staff in a hotel. We had booked 3 rooms and showed up at 4am when our rooms were booked for the next day. The staff managed to give us one room as she knew we came from a long haul flight and within hours she gave us the other two. Great place to stay in terms of the location and facilities. Couldn't ask for anything better. The next time I'm in Bangkok, I already know where I'll be staying. 10/10 Absolutely NOTHING to dislike about such a great hotel.

I am a repeating guest of Landmark hotel and I always enjoy my stay there. The staff is always welcoming, the rooms are always comfortable and clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It always amazes me how low rank hotels are happy to offer free wifi in every room, but hotels such as the Landmark won't...

Location Do not go to the tourist office, they will cheat you, I have booked for private toure and I was surprised to see another 8 tourists with me, and when I objected they were very mean and ugly with me!!

Nice room, nice view, nice staff. Reception was strange in regards to the payment, the blocked several amounts on my card and finally charged even more. Also claimed I had something from the minibar, which I did not! I have to check my Creditcard now thoroughly.

I actually preferred this (club level room) to the higher rated Peninsula and Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, both of which I stayed at earlier in the trip. The location is very central to everything, and the club level rooms are newly renovated and very nice (although a bit small). Service was great as always in BKK at a hotel of this caliber. Would repeat. Breakfast on the club level. If you stay in a club room, make sure to have the regular breakfast downstairs, which is supposed to be great. The club level breakfast was terrible.

I have stayed at the Landmark several times. Very centrally located near the noise and traffic of Sukhumvit, which can be a bit overpowering, but close to one of the excellent Skytrain stations, and the rooms are soundproofed and well appointed. All the amenities of a more expensive hotel. Most staff pleasant and helpful. The lower floor restaurants and bars are not up to much, but the view from the restaurant on the 31st floor is spectacular. Haven't eaten there, though it was full when I looked in.

i reserved this hotel knowing it was a 5 star hotel , but i was dissapointed because it was not even a 4 star hotel , i wonder under which basses it was considered a 5 star. is there anyway you could consider a money compensation since the info's you provided was not accurate?

I have been a member of the Bangkok Landmark Club for many years now. I stay there because it is very good value and very comfortable nothing is to much for the staff. Your comfort is what they care about,always a smile and a Sawadee.

location, location, location Do not understand why we were upgraded to the "executive floor" but there were no benefits associated with the "executive floor" as in other Bangkok hotels, such as separate check in. or separate breakfast area, or free cocktails and snacks, etc.

excellent location for NaNa skytrainstation. Friendly staff, clean roons, excedllent views over Bangkok city. Great swimming pool wifi and breakfast not included in room price, which makes it a little costly for a 5 * Bangkok hotel

Elevators are really fast. Nice bathroom. Superb location. I had to deposit 100 Euro (150 $) or Mr. Bear wouldn't let me check in. As I was very tired I couldn't find my visa card, but those details they had already from Booking.Com. So this was highly incompetent check in. On the floors below a construction was going on (drilling, hammering etc.) which was a nuisance. Was that the reason for the 'special offer'? The rooms have a huge TV screen but poor picture quality. All movie channels were deleted from the program, instead a pay movie channel invited you to go there instead. Apart from this, not a bad place at all.

The Landmark is a fantastic hotel.I Stayed there for 1 night and enjoyed it.The staff were friendly and they upgraded my room for free.The room was beautiful and very clean.Location was perfect for shopping and nightlife.I Would use this hotel again for sure.

From the minute you arrive at this hotel to the minute you leave service is 1st class. The hotel is a luxury hotel an good value considering it 5star. The water in the pool an jacuzzi was cold.

Nice elegant hotel, great location, nice size rooms, great breakfast. Nice pool area. Not enough staff by the pool during busy periods so service at pool was slow and not enough sunbeds on sun terrace !
