Located in Koh Lanta, Lanta Arrow House is only 50 metres from Phra-Ae Beach, and a 15-minute walk from Klong Dao Beach. The resort offers ticketing services and free Wi-Fi. Overall okay value for price. We have stayed in many places in Thailand over the years at many price levels. Beds were bigger and better than what you usually get at this price. Air con and fridge worked fine. 150feet to beach, shops n services. Would stay again. Poor water pressure in shower which is a drag on a longer stay, no way to shampoo long hair here. Bathroom looked like it hadn't cleaned or maintained properly in while but this is a common problem in Thailand at this price level.

Within steps of the beach, very laid back place. Long Beach is gorgeous. Breakfast at their restaurant was awesome--shakes are great! Very near to everything you could want on Lanta! Also known as Lanta L.D. Bungalows (formerly Sandy Beach)!!! Would have been reaaallly helpful to know this--you will not find Lanta Arrow House on any maps and our tuk-tuk driver didn't know where the place was so we spent 45 min. driving around trying to find it. Not especially clean, but didn't have high expectations. Bed was pretty hard. Pirates Bar was really close by and could hear loud music but that's why you bring earplugs!

When we arrived , Lanta Arrow House was overbooked. So we had to stay 2 Night in a poor Room with a broken Toilet with bad smells. Bad Beds. No Tv. After that we got the reserved Bungalow. But 2 of our total 7 Nights were spoiled. We didnt got any discount for what we had to"suffer" for. The Manager told us,that they have always problems agoda bookings. We told her that we booked with booking.com, but that didnt changed anything...So we got the feeling that Lanta Arrow House didnt inform the bookingplattforms that they actually were full...

Situation en bord de mer - L'hôtel a égaré ma réservation et quand je suis arrivée après 18h d'avion et 2 bateaux, je me suis entendue dire que l'hôtel était complet. J'ai dû aller à l'hôtel d'à côté pour la première nuit - l'hôtel a essayé de me faire payer 5 nuits alors que je n'en avais passé que 4 ("sorry, mistake" pas très convaincant), a refusé la carte bleue contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur votre site, puis a accepté en voulant me faire payer les frais de carte qui leur incombent, ce qui fait que j'ai dû retirer de l'argent en catastrophe mettant en péril mon plafond de retrait en espèces par semaine - rapport qualité prix très médiocre comme j'ai pu le constater pendant la suite de mon voyage pour résumer : manque d'organisation, d'honnêteté, limite tout ça...
