always nice and always good to be back there, very nice, modern rooms!!! the maintence of the hotel is not very well kept, so they have to paint a bit more, walls, carpet has been very dirty on 8th floor!!!

Le Fenix has a really great location at the end of Soi 11 so it's close to a number of bars and restaurants, and Nana station on the skytrain. Despite its proximity to the action it is quiet and has a very relaxed feel to it. The rooftop bar is super chilled with great views of the surrounding area. No outdoor pool

The contemporary design If you are planning a shopping trip, this area is inconvenient coz its a traffic jam place from city. However, its good for clubbing n drinking.

Visit Bangkok by myself and also with the tours the hotel provide to the customers. The staff was really helpfully. My reservation was for 3 nights, but at the end I extended some days more because I really enjoy the hotel and the city

Nice restaurant on top of roof. I could not set up good temperature on shower. Always was changing to very hot or very cold durung all my stay in hotel 5 days.

nice design and location. The bar on the roof top is great also. Nightlife is great in the area. staff not very friendly and problems with let us know that the payment was via the card we did the reservation.

Le Fenix Sukhumvit ligt in een levendige straat tegenover de Q bar en dichtbij Bed supperclub,op het dak heb je ook een leuke lounge plek "The Nest" goede bediening en lekker eten Bts station Nana op loopafstand Niet dat ik weet voor ons was het prima

Die Bar "Nest" liegt sehr schön auf dem Dach. Die Lage ist zum Shoppen sehr gut. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist schon etwas abgewohnt. Die Holzkanten der Möbel sind z.B. aufgeplatzt, abgeschrabbt oder angebrochen. Man sieht, dass es wohl vor 5 Jahren modern schick war, jetzt nicht mehr so ganz.

Personnel jeune, sympa et attentif. Petit déjeuner varié et à volonté. Chambre agréable. Accès direct depuis l'extérieur via un ascenseur avec carte magnétique. A 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt Nana du Skytrain et pourtant dans une rue assez calme. Le seul point faible de cet hôtel est la musique diffusée 24h/24 dans les corridors et que l'on entend en sourdine à travers la porte des chambres. Dommage qu'il faille mettre des tampons auriculaires alors que le cadre est par ailleurs assez tranquille...

El hotel esta muy bien, al lado del skytrain Nana. El hotel es muy moderno con una terraza para tomarse algo con muy buenas vistas a la ciudad. El personal del hotel es muy agradable y el desayuno es bastante bueno, con varidad de comida. Cerca del hotel hay diferentes restaurantes, discotecas, exchange, masajes y seven eleven. La piscina esta cerrada a partir de las 7 de la tarde, y es cuando mas te apetece darte un baño despues de estar todo el dia visitando Bangkok, y es un poco pequeña. Otra pega, es que el wifi es de pago.

das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal 1. die Klimaanlagen sind viel zu laut, es ist nicht moeglich mit einer laufenden Klimaanlage zu schlafen (wir hatten erst im zweiten stock ein Zimmer, welches wir gleich gewechselt haben, weil die Klima so laut war) im siebten stock war sie ein ticken leiser, jedoch mussten wir sie dennoch ueber nacht ausschalten. 2. im siebten stock hat es extrem nach dem nach Chlor vom Pool gerochen, das ganze Stochwerk hat danach gerochen. 3. der Teppich in unserem Zimmer war total verdreckt u fleckig, den haette man schon vor laengerer Zeit auswechseln sollen. 4. Die Bettdecke war fleckig , Blut und anderen farblichen Flecken. Obwohl wir nach Anweisung (zettel soll aufs Bett gelegt werden wenn wir nicht moechten dass die Bettwaesche gewechselt werden soll) gehandelt haben. dh Zettel wurde von uns vom Bett weggelegt, weit weg. dennoch wurden die Bettwaesche nicht ein Mal gewechsel. 5. Das Bad war verschimmelt und es wurde in den zwei Naechten immer schlimmer, da wurde bestimmt nicht geputzt. 6 durch die Rooftop Bar war es nicht moeglich am Wochende zu schlafen weil die Musik einfach viel zu laut war und die Waende viel zu duenn sind.

The hotel was fine for what we paid to stay there, near to sky train which was convenient I thought the place could do with a bit of a clean up, painting etc, wifi access was not very good which compared to other parts of Thailand was a bit disappointing
