Fantastic motivated staff

Hard bed with unpleasant pillows

* Proximity to Bangkok airport * Weather pattern for time of year * Location & beach setting * Accommodation & facility layout * Staff efficiancy & freindliness * Standard of breakfast and restuarant food generally * Smooth & efficient transfer to/from mainland/resort

* Accommodation (Spa villa) was "tired" and requires refreshing, but acceptable * No hot water availabilty for bathroom sink (hot water for showering only). * Insufficent lighting in bathroom * Consequently, given the above, shaviing was uncomfortable & bathroom hygene not good. * Very poor road access to island from resort means you are isolated and a "captive" audience unless prepared to take very uncomfortable 15+ minute taxi by open pick up along what could be described as dried undulating riverbeds (once ok but more than that?) * Booked organised 6 hr boat trip which although in the end was good value for money, the party was initially exposed to an attempt by the resort organiser to increase the agreed price for a "bigger - more suitable boat for the trip due to unexpected wave height", needless to say this was not accepted and the said conditions did not materialise *Overall, if you are focussed on value for money you will be dissappointed, otherwise if you're happy to be a beach bum in good surroundings and prepared to pay a premium I would recommend this resort - max 7 nights.

I thought the rooms were really lovely.

The towels both beside the pool and in the rooms were too old. Very worn

Lovely setting, nice private beach. Hotel a bit expensive. Good breakfast. Staff very nice.

Beautiful location and excellent facilities

Old very noisy air conditioning splitter, they should really update. The food is way too overpriced

Highly motivated staff make this hotel a great success, they are always smiling and helpful and it was useful having the private speedboat shuttle to the mainland

Rather hard bed and poor quality pillows let the hotel down somewhat. Also request a room away from the emergency generator room!!!

La paix, les jardins magnifiquement entretenus, la plage

Nous sommes des habitués de l'hôtel (au moins déjà 10 séjours) Nous trouvons que l'hôtel se dégrade (maintenance chambres, peintures des locaux, vieille et petite télévision dans la chambre, wifi uniquement dans le lobby.petits déjeuners manquant de créativité, les 2 restaurants de l'hôtel complètement hors rapport qualité/prix, cartes des restaurants pas renouvellées depuis 5 ans....au moins (avec peu de choix) pas de navette entre l'hôtel (isolé) et le centre (pour que les clients restent et consomment sur place) - uniquement taxi payant ar 400 Bahts

Parasta oli loistava uimaranta ja rauhallisuus. Paratiisimainen paikka! Erinomainen palvelu kaikkialla (ehkä joskus liiankin innokas?) ja kaikkinainen siisteys. Viiihtyisä luxustason huone. Internet mahdollisuus oli kiva yllätys. Aamiainen hyvä! Kaikenkaikkiaan viihdyimme vaimoni kanssa hyvin ja nautimme noista neljästä päivästä todella paljon. Kiitos!

Hiukan kehityskohteita: Ehkä turhankin hiljainen paikka, ainakin näin kesäkuussa. Kauppaa, putiikkia, kaipasimme, josta olisi voinut ostaa esim. aurinkovoiteita, vettä ja pikku snakseja , ettei ihan kokonaan olisi tarvinnut ravintoloiden ja minibaarin varassa olla. Spa-palveluiden hinnat ovat aika kovat, kuten myös ravintoloiden hintataso. Tie saaren vilkkaammalle alueelle on todella kurja! Peffan siitä helläksi sai taksin kovilla penkeillä istuessa.. Pimeän aikaan hotellialueen kulkuteiden, polkujen ja portaiden valaistus oli mielestämme riittämätön.

Att personalen gjorde det lilla extra. Maten var bra, samt att det var smidigtatt ta sig dit då hotellet hämtade oss med sin egna båt.
