W przypadku zmian w rezerwacji po tym terminie, hotel obciąży Gościa pełną opłatą za zarezerwowany pobyt.
Dzieci i dodatkowe łóżka
Wszystkie dzieci do lat 3 - pobyt bezpłatny, jeżeli śpią na obecnych łóżkach.
Wszystkie dzieci do lat 2 - pobyt bezpłatny, na łóżeczkach niemowlęcych .
Wszystkie dzieci starsze lub dorośli - opłata w wysokości 1600,00 THB za osobę, za dobę, na dodatkowych łóżkach.
Maksymalna ilość dodatkowych łóżek/ łóżeczek niemowlęcych w pokoju to 1.
Dodatkowe łóżka oferowane są na życzenie i muszą zostać potwierdzone przez hotel.
Dodatkowe opłaty nie zostaną automatycznie doliczone do całkowitego kosztu rezerwacji i muszą zostać uregulowane bezpośrednio w hotelu.
Depozyt
Hotel obciąży Gościa opłatą w wysokości 50 procent wartości całej rezerwacji, przynajmniej 3 dni przed datą przyjazdu. Kwota ta nie podlega zwrotowi.

Zwierzęta nie są akceptowane.

Proximity to the beach; nice spa; four-poster bed; nice decoration in the bed room The suite we stayed in (upgrade because of a booking error) was nice, but could be improved: sun loungers on the top terrace instead of jacuzzi (which is not very appropriate in this climate..), more towel rails in the bathroom area, one or two chairs in the bedroom, mosquito coils and candles for the terraces, more electric sockets (there wasn't even one in the kitchenette for the kettle!!); the downstairs area (living room, kitchenette) is a little bit sterile and feels a bit dark and slightly damp. Speed bump just outside that last building (where the suite is located) means each times pick-ups and vans pass it, there is a rather loud noise, which spoils the otherwise quiet atmosphere. |

We like the beaches ans the localisation of the resort nested into the tropical garden, it is a very peaceful place got by the sensation to be alone to the island, thanks to the configuration of the resort The staff was not as high as one 4 stars, the slow and sometimes not made service. Futhermore we had a enormous cockroach in our bed, by pushing the bed, we noticed the dirt behind it as well as various objects, such spoons, cottons buds and the others...! |

Nice and clean rooms with great view and comfort No interest in servicing customers in the restaurant. Private beach is not cleaned although sufficient staff is available. Private beach just used by everybody. |

Stranden och naturen tillsammans med hotelets facicliteter. Personalen och maten var4 riktigt bra. Någon viss odör var på rummet, som inte gick att vädra ut=) pris nivån var opropotioneligt hög på mat och tjänster med tanke på övriga alternativ. |

Mycket bra läge vid en vacker och lugn strand. Enkelt att ta en taxi till party stranden alt. restauranger. Jag skulle inte vilja bo på någon av de andra stränderna. Ao Prao stranden åker jag gärna tillbaka till. Enkelt att ta sig från Bangkok till Koh Samet. Rummen fina och fräscha, jätte fin utsikt! Mycket lite personal, vi har nog aldrig bott på ett hotell där man ser så lite personal. Städingen av rummen var bra trots allt. Mycket dyrt att äta lunch/ middag på " O " , enkelt att gå bort på Lima Cocos restaurang som hade mycket god thai mat. Där fanns även masage, det såg vi inte röken av på Le Vimar! Och det kallas spa hotell.. |

La localisation et la configuration de l'hôtel sont excellentes. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien agencées avec de belles terrasses. La plage est agréable sur une ile où le tourisme de masse ,ne semble pas encore sévir. Le personnel ne maîtrise pas correctement la langue anglaise ce qui rend les choses quelquefois un peu difficiles. La carte du restaurant est très chère pour des quantités assez modestes au regard de ce qui se pratique sur les restaurants de plage qui ont l'avantage de proposer une cuisine locale de qualité et des assiettes bien remplies. |

1) lean arm chars on the outside balcony of the cottages 2) cleaning was NOT performed well enogh, e.g. the waste basket was not empty upon arrival 3) there were bed bugs!!!! this is extremely unsatisfying for a 4 star hotel quite expensive Thai hotel! Conclusion = cleaning must be improved |

The beach was beautiful. The staff was really nice and helpful. The pool was nice. It is too expensive for what it offers. Food, spa, drinks are very expensive also. The hotel restaurant is not very nice. Internet is slow and not included. |

Dit hotel met zijn gezellige huisjes in een mooie tuin is gelegen aan een van de rustige strandjes van Koh Samet. wij zijn een jong stel die erg van de rust houden, maar `s avonds graag ergens een drankje nuttigen in een kroegje. Daarom was de ligging van dit hotel erg gunstig. Voor een paar euro rijdt een taxi je naar het drukkere nabij gelegen strand voor een gezellig avondje uit. |
