Incredible hotel, with great location in Bangkok. Superbe suites with great space. We were upgraded to a huge suite (approx 100 m2). Amazing views from the SKy Bar and Sirocco restaurant - but we absolutely would like to give extra stars to the Breeze (restaurant) on 52 second floor. Even more breathtaking during the evening.Also great food at the rest. on 12'th floor witg amazing libaneze food. Close distanse to the "sky-train". Don't use taxi or car in Bangkok. The train will bring you wherever within few minutes. Trafiic is crazy in the city. The train leaves virtually every 5 minutes. Walking distanse also to the river and other hotels like Shangri La and Oriental. |

Have seen many places, have lived in many resorts and 5 star hotels. The Lebua hotel is together with Kempinsky hotels the Best Hotels of the World! Recommendation to the hotel administration: Many of your guest will eat out of the hotel due to the high prices of F&B. Perhaps it would be an idea to establish one restaurant with middle price level. Bare in mind that many of your guests use BKK in the beginning or end of their Thailand journey. Having paid Baht. 60,00 at a resort in the south for a Little Chang beer and paying for the same drink Baht. 310 in your restaurants should say it all. I wish you well and hope that foreign visitors will return to BKK and frequent your ***** start hotel with ****** service. |

Great view of BKK, Sky Lounge is amaizing. Room is big enough to relax. Staff are so nice. If the price wouldn't be changed, I would absolutely come back to this hotel. Non! |

I particularly liked the spacious suite with impressive views of the adjacent river from the balcony. Members of staff were courteous, helpful and very friendly. The buffet breakfast, supplied as part of our package, was superb with a range of food sufficient to satisfy the most particular of customer. Our stay was a thoroughly pleasant experience, one that we would not hesitate to recommend to any traveller. |

This hotel is in a great position for access to skytrain enabling easy movement around Bangkok without traffic jams. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance. The view over Chao Praya is just wonderful as is the view of Bangkok. The hotel itself and the restaurants and bars are very luxurious but over the top with security. Yes we felt rather smothered because of all the staff and security....I think I would prefer the 4star experience I have had from other hotels.I also did not like that they put a 20,000THB securuty on my credit card that is still on hold when my bill has been paid in full. This is not good when travelling. I found some staff were a little offhanded. My daughter was very ill the first afternoon when we had breakfast and I was not well the next day as she did not eat breakfast. Only time we have been ill while travelling in SE Asia |

I was upgraded for a suite at 57th floor free of charge! The suite had 2 rooms and a full-size kitchen, bathroom itself was bigger than my room at a Singapore hotel which was same price. But the best was certainly the view from the balcony! You really have to see it!!! (they won't open it for you if you have a kid with you). Skybar on top is certainly worth paying a visit Prices at the restaurant on top are prohibiting (4500 TBH ++ for a set of meals plus drinks). I never saw a person having anything but drinks. Internet wasn't working good (felt like back to dial-up times!). |

The rooms were excellent and good value. It was close to the freeway to the airport. The restaurant prices were very high relative to the room costs. There were very few western shops close by. |

Almost everything was excellent! There was some problems with water-stopper in bath, it didn't want to hold itself in high positiont to let a water go away. |

Great location, close to the river and the metro line so it is easy to move around and visit tourist atractions. Excellent staff, very frindly and helpful. Pool is small for the hotel size, but it is not a big problem. |
