The staff was just perfect, so nice. And our rooml, a suite with balcony was great, beautiful, very clean, confortable and with a nice view. |

The deluxe room on the higher floors have a great view of the Bangkok skyline as the hotel towers above the majority of the buildings in the city. The dome collection of restaurants on the 52-64 floors were great in terms of design and decor if a tad exorbitant. The service at the breakfast restaurant Mozu which is beside the pool was outstanding. The front office staff were not as warm as the staff in the restaurants. |

Hotel is excellent and beautiful.River view from our suit was marvellous.Staff of the hotel was very hospitable.Restaurants are excellent specially SIROCCO.They give personalised service on my husband's birthday.Location of hotel is perfect. |

Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were amazing Restaurants all very expensive, none reasonably priced. Didn't like sharing a lift with the visitors to sky bar - too many people and we couldn't get to our own room without queuing |

The attitude of the staff and how they treated us with respect. We were made to feel very special. The veiw from the room was also a significant bonus. The amount of security at the Dome and the Sky bar was over the top and intimidating. We went there for a drink but found it unappealing and not welcoming. |

Balcony, 64th floor bar At the first impression in the lobby was not very impressive. It was quite busy with the people came from the bar, and staff around. And we had to wait sometime. This does not make feel us that we are well treated. If you have some quite and nice area only for guest who are waiting for check in. It will be nice. |

we got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, magnificent room, sirocco restaurant is excellent and a must, great place to stay a bit noise from toilet flush adjacent room, many switches for lights in room, too few beds near the swimming pool |

The view on the 58 floor was magnificent, and the room, staff was wonderful. highly recommended hotel! If I should name something...I was not able to push the elevator button during my stay... there is always a staff member that pushed it for me... |

Die erstklassige Bar in der obersten Etage mit Aussicht über Bangkok. Einmalig in der Welt. Sehr großzügige Zimmer mit WLAN. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gute Lage. Nicht nur für Vielreisende äußerst empfehlenswert. |

Främst personalens attityd till oss som gäster, vänligt, informativt, servicemässigt bland det bästa vi har upplevt i hotellbranschen. Allt ordnades till vårt bästa. I motsats till många andra hotell kändes det som att personalen verkligen var angelägna om att vi hade det bra under vår vistelse i Bangkok. Nej. |
