amazing view from the balcony of our suite, possibility to use facilities of the hotel (pool area, shower) after check-out children under 8 are not allowed to enter 63th and 64th floor for security reasons, so we could not even have a coffee there because of our 5 month old baby |

We were two ladies traveling together and I must say as we are both world travellers from different parts of the world, we both agreed that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Stunning view, excellent service, fab restaurants and bars - this place rocks! Huge and very comfortable rooms (suites). The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Great promotions give you the chance to stay here for pocket money. |

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Lebua had covered every aspect of a customer's need. Room was beautiful, breakfast was beyond excellent, personnel was always more than helpful. |

I like the friendliness of the staff. Nothing really. Ithought i was getting a suite on line, but it was a deluxe room, It appears I could not book a suite on line.so although it was my mistake, I will not do on line bookings again. I will phone up. |

Lebua is a fantastic hotel with excellent facilities with a number of restaurant / bar choices available that is sure to fit each individuals taste. Staff were professional and attentive and the stay was memorable. |

Close to the train station, tourist pier; amazing view from 64th floor; big room, very helpful staff Rough location, no traffic lights; only 3 lifts to floors above 51, have to wait long time, especially at night as a lot of people are going to the top for the view |

The service and staff a this hotel are above expectation in this regard I would rate it as 5.5 star. The price for the restaurant is very expansive, is the best to stay at this hotel and do not eat there! |

The welcome was brilliantly organised and set the atmosphere for the 2 day visit; This high level of service and attention to detail continued throughout our stay. In some 50 years of staying at hotels throughout the world - and commenting on a number in various media, Lebua at State Tower (not the ideal name, I would argue) - Lebua comes up in the top 10 luxury accommodation houses in my list. Elevators sometimes slow or full - not much you can do about that. Breakfast Buffet tables were in two separate rooms, and these were not immediately obvious (ref complaint by an earlier booking.com guest to an inadequate buffet - which was incorrect). |
