Facilites were top notch. Especially the concierge.

Room was huge view was spectacular, but the rooms decor was unremarkable and not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

As a hotel known for filming Hangover 2, it is very restricted with smoking areas taking photos or making any noise at the room!

Nice place, we like everything in this hotel. Especially the people who worked at the doorway who always open the door for us and arrange the taxi for us. We wanna thank them for their kind.

The dome is a little too expensive.But we will come back next time.

The breakfast was great and diverse buffet! The service is very good and friendly and the view at the sky bar is their main attraction!!! I loved my stay at Lebua hotel and will come back for sure!!!

The check in process was a little too long

The staff were excellent, very helpful and extremely polite. The room was clean, luxurious and the service and quality of food and drink at the Tower Club was second to none!

The lifts were sometimes slow and too many tourists dressing in vests and shorts at the sky bar but otherwise an amazing experience!

The views are spectacular! The service is what you can expect from a 5-star hotel. There was staff everywhere to help with everything. They did it very efficiently with the good-Enlgish speaking staff to help and organize. We loved our drinks up at the sky bar and the restaurants were excellent.

The prices of food at the restaurants is high. The balconies needs paint.

Sirocco it's the best restaurant i have ever seen. Wonderful view. Sky bar is incredible. Excellent breakfast, lovely view from our room.

Bangkok it's a very dirty city.

Very expensive drinks - such as Bangkok too expensive even though the hotel has a five star rating. Food very tasty but expensive

nice pool, central location

could not get access to the sky lounge due to dress code, staff at pool were rude about bring a small bottle of water from adjacent gym to lunch table to rehydrate before lunch. Service does not compare to a global chain like 4 seasons, hyatt etc, but price is similar.

The warm welcome by the staff. The room sizes which were great. The huge bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic. The sky bar and cocktail menu was worth the hangover.

Beautiful Bangkok and river view from my suite at 51 floor, big room , very confortable

I was so inpressed that unfortunatly all other hotels I stay at will be a disappointment. The staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. Room was finished to a high standard and the view was spectacular (we chose a river view). Very comfortable to stay in- we didn't want to leave the hotel! The breakfast is particularly special and must be the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen.

Some may find the location a little out of the way- but it's very close to the river taxi and is less 'touristy' than some of the other areas. It's pricy compared with other bangkok hotels, but is certainly worth spending on.

That there were no dedicated lifts for guests were staying in suites and wo had to share lifts with people visiting the sky bar

Amazing! I booked the cheapest room and got upgraded to the 51st floor it was like a large one bed apartment balcony with amazing views. Also restaurants in hotel were expensive but food was amazing.. Sky bar was a little crowded preferred the distil bar with equally great views. Lobby area was a little disappointing in comparison to the rest of the hotel but all the staff were so friendly. Buffet breakfast was out of this world so much variety and choice and the quality of the food was Michelin star worthy.

Shower ran hot/cold kept having to adjust the temp. The pool wasn't amazing but adequate with no great view of city.

I liked everything, in fact I had already paid for a room at the Ascott for the month, but the Ascott has become such a horrible hotel, that for my last week in Bangkok, I am staying at this hotel and at the Shangri-la thru 4/29

The staff, the concierge service, the breakfast, many options of restaurants.

The room is big, but the furniture was not renewed. The pool and the spa aren't 5 star.
