初日にタイ人のベルボーイと仲良くなってパブにいったり、友達を紹介してくれていろいろ楽しい思い出ができ- ました。みんな英語が上手だったので、楽しいときを過ごせました。また、今度泊まるときもこのホテルにした- いと思います。ありがとうございました。 |

お部屋の設備はすばらしく、部屋からの眺めも最高でした 冷蔵庫のドリンクフリーサービスもよい 屋上のオープンスカイバーはお勧め お食事は期待したほどでなく普通でした |

日本人にとっては部屋代はお徳感のある値段設定ですが、レストラン料金はかなり高めです。又、64階のSi- roccoレストランは大変特異な設定で、64階のオープンエアーレストランという、日本では経験できない- 貴重な体験をしました。 Siroccoではろうそく一本のみで、高いお料理の内容がよく見えなくて、何を食べたか分からない程です- 。雰囲気を出すにしてももう少し明るくないと、レストランとしての機能が疑われます。又、部屋の清掃は見え- るところのみ掃除をしているようで、一応体裁はパッと見た目整っていますが、隅やドア面などがかなり汚いで- す。 |

リバービューの部屋だったので、眺めがよかった。朝食が楽しめた。 チェックインの時間が２時間遅れた。前のお客様がまだチェックアウトしてないから・・・という理由で４時ま- で待たされた。いろいろなホテルに泊まったことがありますが、初めてのことでびっくりしたのとがっかりで、- 気分はダウン！ |

I particularly liked the spacious suite with impressive views of the adjacent river from the balcony. Members of staff were courteous, helpful and very friendly. The buffet breakfast, supplied as part of our package, was superb with a range of food sufficient to satisfy the most particular of customer. Our stay was a thoroughly pleasant experience, one that we would not hesitate to recommend to any traveller. |

This hotel is in a great position for access to skytrain enabling easy movement around Bangkok without traffic jams. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance. The view over Chao Praya is just wonderful as is the view of Bangkok. The hotel itself and the restaurants and bars are very luxurious but over the top with security. Yes we felt rather smothered because of all the staff and security....I think I would prefer the 4star experience I have had from other hotels.I also did not like that they put a 20,000THB securuty on my credit card that is still on hold when my bill has been paid in full. This is not good when travelling. I found some staff were a little offhanded. My daughter was very ill the first afternoon when we had breakfast and I was not well the next day as she did not eat breakfast. Only time we have been ill while travelling in SE Asia |

I was upgraded for a suite at 57th floor free of charge! The suite had 2 rooms and a full-size kitchen, bathroom itself was bigger than my room at a Singapore hotel which was same price. But the best was certainly the view from the balcony! You really have to see it!!! (they won't open it for you if you have a kid with you). Skybar on top is certainly worth paying a visit Prices at the restaurant on top are prohibiting (4500 TBH ++ for a set of meals plus drinks). I never saw a person having anything but drinks. Internet wasn't working good (felt like back to dial-up times!). |

The rooms were excellent and good value. It was close to the freeway to the airport. The restaurant prices were very high relative to the room costs. There were very few western shops close by. |

Great location, close to the river and the metro line so it is easy to move around and visit tourist atractions. Excellent staff, very frindly and helpful. Pool is small for the hotel size, but it is not a big problem. |

The service was impecable there was never a lack of s smiling face nor a staff person to help you "Sirroco" restaurant was grossly overpriced with very unportioned meals comparing with similar world class menus. The meals were rushed and served just warm. The service was typical of the hotel but almost over the top with a wait person over looking your table at all times. Sure go up and have a drink at the skybar but give the restaurant a miss. |

Very positive experience. The hotel staff (especially the reception manager Mrs Nisakorn) was extremely helpful when we got stucked in Bangkok due to the Iceland vulcano. She offered a nice deal, perfect room and other facilities to make this unforeseen stay still a very pleasant one. |

Pure luxury. We had a riverview appartment, 2 rooms, king-size bed, bathroom with shower and bathtube. The viwe from the balkony breath-taking. It was worth the money (the prices were downcoming because of the political tensions in BKK). The internet was a bit problematic, the wire had contact-problems, the wi-fi was too week. The restaurants are unreasonably expensive, however in the Sky-Bar you can drink 2 liquors and enjoy the night-view of BKK for less (we had a Drambuie + a Bayleys for cca. 700 Baht, which sounds crazy but the dinner for two with drinks is cca. 10.000 (no error! Ten-thousand) Baht. |
