Top notch service quality and facilities. Rooms are huge, though the decor is not very good. Bed was big, solid and very confortable. The bathroom absolutely huge, with a giant walk in shower (big enougth for 4 persons!). The sky bar is beautiful. Breakfast has an umbaliveable variety and quality. The only thing missing were fresh juices. For the right price (if not exceeds 100 Eur) this is an excelent choice. Inside room decor. Could use some better materials. |

the spacious rooms. thoughtful luxury additions like Bulgari soaps, luxurious towelling coats. Very.friendly staff. relaxed about letting us into the room early after we were exhausted from the flight. very accommodating staff - use of swimming pool after check out. No sun on the swimming pool after mid-day |

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly in a genuine way, the room was on the 57th floor with fantastic views and Bulgari toiletries in the bathroom. The views from the outside bars on the upper levels are amazing. The Spa prices are typical of a luxury hotel, but this is Thailand and you can find many Spa facilities outside of the hotel which are very good and about 1/3 of the price. |

Nice, clean and big room, good location, very helpfull staff, beautifull views. Waiting in line at breakfast because of not enough capacity of the restaurant. Balcony windows are blocked by default, to open them you have to sign a paper of responsibility. Drinks at rooftop bar are overpriced. |

Everything was very good; especially liked the convenience of checking in in the suite; the singer, Windy Barnes, and Band at the top of the Dome are excellent! Table and chairs on the balconies. |

Room was very good with great view of the city. We loved having the coffee maker & washing machine in the room. Made our stay easier. Also the buffet breakfast was excellent. |

Room was large, fantastic view from the balcony, complimentary beverages in fridge, pool/breakfast area was stylish, breakfast was delicious, superb service. When you go to the nearest BTS station (Saphan Taksin), you have to cross the street once, which is difficult and dangerous as there are no traffic lights. The bed could be a bit softer. |

Yes i its surely a upper class Hotel with excellent service. But normal rate applied would be compared to the countries average too high. i night disturbance with loud neighbors next door. Despite 2 complaints at 5 in the morning the management wasnt able to sort out the problem. |

We have booked a suite with one bedroom, but because of our honeymoon, they upgraded us for no cost to a double bedroom suite! It was bigger than my appartment!We had free internet, bulgari products (!).And something very important: the hotel policy states that the check in is at 14:00, but our flight arrived early in the morning, and they took us directly to the room without waiting (that was great because we really neaded a short sleep :) ).It is for sure a 5 star hotel Can't find anything wrong - would definetely recommend the hotel! |

Very good service. Staff were outstanding in all aspects. Walls were plasterboard and noise from adjoining rooms was excessive. Which was unexpected for a hotel of this quality and detracted from the overall experience. |

I liked the friendlyness of the hotel stuff, especially the stuff at Mazu Bar, excellent.. yes, I did not like the noise which we could hear through the window during the night ! I had the impression the windows were not closed right, but unfortunately they were. |

amazing view from the balcony of our suite, possibility to use facilities of the hotel (pool area, shower) after check-out children under 8 are not allowed to enter 63th and 64th floor for security reasons, so we could not even have a coffee there because of our 5 month old baby |

Room Service was excellent. Room was kept very nice. Staff was always helpful and easy to find or call. Almost all staff speaks English The bed was so hard we might as well slept on the floor, I haven't had such back pain since I injured it after a 50 ft jump off a waterfall. Due to the time constraints in planning my trip I chose to spend all 10 days at the Lebua. That was too long. 5 days is plenty in Bangkok. |

Very nice hotel, exceleent breakfast, good location by River, only 100 baht (€2) by taxi into city centre. Food & beverages are expensive to the point where one is better off leaving the hotel and going to Silom etc. for dinner. Silom is only a five minute walk away, has great restaurants and nice bars. |

We were two ladies traveling together and I must say as we are both world travellers from different parts of the world, we both agreed that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Stunning view, excellent service, fab restaurants and bars - this place rocks! Huge and very comfortable rooms (suites). The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Great promotions give you the chance to stay here for pocket money. |

Fantastic hotel, perfect location near to sky train and river, good service, great staff, don't look any further this hotel is perfect! The toiletries are not daily renewed, even if they are Bulgary toiletries, soap is needed every day!! |

The hotel was very good. Friendly staff, very nice rooms and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitly recommend it to anyone. Elevators were a little crowded and sometimes there was a line because of the popular skybar. When we stayed at the hotel they informed us that they were changing the elevator system so in the future this minor annoyance might be solved. |

Everything, excellent hotel Food is quite expensive. And staff tries to shuffle people away from the outside dome bar. A pity because the latter is spectacular. |
