Мы приехали в отель утром в 9.30 ,планируя оставить вещи на ресепшен, т. к. в информации об отеле было написано, что chek in с 14.00, но нас сразу же поселили, причем в номер люкс ( хотя мы заказывали номер более низкой комфортности) , т. к. наш номер был занят. Отель просто великолепный , обслуживающий персонал безупречный. Спасибо огромное!!!!! Чтобы возле отеля было больше зелёных насаждений и цветов. |

We have booked a suite with one bedroom, but because of our honeymoon, they upgraded us for no cost to a double bedroom suite! It was bigger than my appartment!We had free internet, bulgari products (!).And something very important: the hotel policy states that the check in is at 14:00, but our flight arrived early in the morning, and they took us directly to the room without waiting (that was great because we really neaded a short sleep :) ).It is for sure a 5 star hotel Can't find anything wrong - would definetely recommend the hotel! |

Very good service. Staff were outstanding in all aspects. Walls were plasterboard and noise from adjoining rooms was excessive. Which was unexpected for a hotel of this quality and detracted from the overall experience. |

I liked the friendlyness of the hotel stuff, especially the stuff at Mazu Bar, excellent.. yes, I did not like the noise which we could hear through the window during the night ! I had the impression the windows were not closed right, but unfortunately they were. |

amazing view from the balcony of our suite, possibility to use facilities of the hotel (pool area, shower) after check-out children under 8 are not allowed to enter 63th and 64th floor for security reasons, so we could not even have a coffee there because of our 5 month old baby |

Room Service was excellent. Room was kept very nice. Staff was always helpful and easy to find or call. Almost all staff speaks English The bed was so hard we might as well slept on the floor, I haven't had such back pain since I injured it after a 50 ft jump off a waterfall. Due to the time constraints in planning my trip I chose to spend all 10 days at the Lebua. That was too long. 5 days is plenty in Bangkok. |

Very nice hotel, exceleent breakfast, good location by River, only 100 baht (€2) by taxi into city centre. Food & beverages are expensive to the point where one is better off leaving the hotel and going to Silom etc. for dinner. Silom is only a five minute walk away, has great restaurants and nice bars. |

We were two ladies traveling together and I must say as we are both world travellers from different parts of the world, we both agreed that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. From the very attentive staff, superb room to the spectacular roof top bar it was fantastic. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Irene,Scotland & Rita, Austraila |

Stunning view, excellent service, fab restaurants and bars - this place rocks! Huge and very comfortable rooms (suites). The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Great promotions give you the chance to stay here for pocket money. |

Fantastic hotel, perfect location near to sky train and river, good service, great staff, don't look any further this hotel is perfect! The toiletries are not daily renewed, even if they are Bulgary toiletries, soap is needed every day!! |

The hotel was very good. Friendly staff, very nice rooms and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitly recommend it to anyone. Elevators were a little crowded and sometimes there was a line because of the popular skybar. When we stayed at the hotel they informed us that they were changing the elevator system so in the future this minor annoyance might be solved. |

The room was extremely comfortable, given the fact that I stayed at this hotel for a highly discounted room charge. If I should wish to enjoy the same conform in my country, Japan, as I actually enjoyed by staying here, I would have to pay much more. I checked in with my girlfriend, who happens to be a Thai, and stayed at this hotel with her. However, one of the staffers treated as if she were a prostitute, asking her to show her ID to him in the elavator area right after we had checked in. Although I believe he did it as a precaution, partly because both of us are quite young, I got extremely upset and almost felt like talking to the manager. We are both professional linguists. If this had not happened, I would have much more enjoyed staying at this otherwise high-quality hotel. |

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Lebua had covered every aspect of a customer's need. Room was beautiful, breakfast was beyond excellent, personnel was always more than helpful. |
