I was upgraded for a suite at 57th floor free of charge! The suite had 2 rooms and a full-size kitchen, bathroom itself was bigger than my room at a Singapore hotel which was same price. But the best was certainly the view from the balcony! You really have to see it!!! (they won't open it for you if you have a kid with you). Skybar on top is certainly worth paying a visit

Prices at the restaurant on top are prohibiting (4500 TBH ++ for a set of meals plus drinks). I never saw a person having anything but drinks. Internet wasn't working good (felt like back to dial-up times!).

The rooms were excellent and good value. It was close to the freeway to the airport.

The restaurant prices were very high relative to the room costs. There were very few western shops close by.

There was some problems with water-stopper in bath, it didn't want to hold itself in high positiont to let a water go away.

Great location, close to the river and the metro line so it is easy to move around and visit tourist atractions. Excellent staff, very frindly and helpful.

Pool is small for the hotel size, but it is not a big problem.

Everything was perfect for our stay, service impeccable , facilities really good.

"Sirroco" restaurant was grossly overpriced with very unportioned meals comparing with similar world class menus. The meals were rushed and served just warm. The service was typical of the hotel but almost over the top with a wait person over looking your table at all times. Sure go up and have a drink at the skybar but give the restaurant a miss.

Pure luxury. We had a riverview appartment, 2 rooms, king-size bed, bathroom with shower and bathtube. The viwe from the balkony breath-taking. It was worth the money (the prices were downcoming because of the political tensions in BKK).

The internet was a bit problematic, the wire had contact-problems, the wi-fi was too week. The restaurants are unreasonably expensive, however in the Sky-Bar you can drink 2 liquors and enjoy the night-view of BKK for less (we had a Drambuie + a Bayleys for cca. 700 Baht, which sounds crazy but the dinner for two with drinks is cca. 10.000 (no error! Ten-thousand) Baht.
