The hotel is fairly well located and comfortable. Restaurant is fine and staff friendly. In some rooms the Toilet is separated by see through glass. This is not acceptable for decent privacy even for married couples. If one cannot use the toilet or shower without somebody seeing then there is clearly something very wrong. You should make an effort to rectify this

I thought it was a great lokation for what we needed to do to take care of our business and perfect location for people wanting to be very close to the Nana night life. I was a five minute walk to be in the middle of it but when you wanted to go and get some peace and quiet the hotel was just far enouph away. I also thought the resturant had a good selection and decent quality of food. I didn't like that all the rooms were smoking rooms.

Price is reasonable. Walking distance to bts is quite far. Room is quite small, distance between bed & cupboard is so narrow, a person can hardly walk over to bathroom.

The location The staff was arrogant and unfriendly, bordering on hostile. The bell boys would not help you unless you're white. Even if you are, there's no guarantee. The check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12 noon (I never understand this about Thailand). Anyhow, we reached the hotel at 2pm but did not get 2 out of our 3 rooms before 4.30pm, that too, after 8 follow ups....and despite that, not the ones we had intended to get. The rooms had a funny lighting system with no instructions on how to work those lights. We had to lug our bags and suitcases whereas there were 2 bellboys standing there but like I said asking them to do anything was futile. The manager was the only person who could speak English, and that too barely. With the rest of the staff, communication was impossible. I mean you'll have more luck getting your point across to a chair. On the whole, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Good value for money hotel. Friendly staff. Easily reachable and easy starting point for city tour. Would be nice if there was a water cooker in the room to make coffee and tea.

The decor in the hotel was nice and it was very clean. They had a nice reception area with the days papers in English. The the hotel was a lot further away than I expected and as the sign for entrance was facing only one direction, we both managed to walk straight past the hotel and on for a further 500 M. We had to phone for directions. Although it did state check in was after 2pm, we arrived at 8am from the train and had to sit around reception for 5 hours with no refreshment offered. Nowhere to shower. We were given an upgrade (apparently) but the room had no windows and I didnt feel like spending much time in a room with no daylight.

It's off Sukumvit Road but not too far away. Many places to eat nearby. Nice breakfast buffet. They did not have our reservation made on booking.com a month ago. However, they did have a room available and honored the price we had booked for.

“This is my second time stay at this hotel. Both times I also asked for late check out and the hotel fulfill my request. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. During this stay the hotel's staff remember me and this actually make me feel warm. The room I initial took was had a bad internet connection, the staff was very helpful, they even help to check other available room with good connection then I change to the new room. The room provided a big working desk and working chair which is very good for business traveler like me.” Shiun, Bangkok |

“the hotel is located at the end of sukhumvit soi 20, which is 5 min walk to the main street. there is free tuk tuk to the main street till 5pm. 10-15 min walk to the asok trainstaion. a short taxi drive to the main shopping centers. the room (suite) is huge, good shower stream which isnt common in thailand. the staff is very helpful and kind. my 3rd time in thailand and i think for the price (~1500bht) you get a really really good big room that is rare to find in this price. highly reccomended.” Ofir, Kfar Saba |
