Price & close to the shopping and Nana Station & Nana night life Asked again for non smoking room and was put in a smoking room.Asked for the excitive delux room with tiel floor as in picture but did not get that.I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years every time I am in BKK and that will be my last time this year.Sorry Unico Leela you have to pick up your game and look after customer demands. |

Great location, near shopping malls (10 min walking) but far from Khao San road. The room was clean, big bed, nice breakfast buffet, international HBO TV Channel. So there is the possibility to watch an english movie if you want to stay in a hotel. Nice and tiny swimming pool. In addition there was free wifi internet in the lobby. The English of the staff can be improved. It was a pitty there is no internet connection in the room. No hairdryer and coffee tea facility. |

It's close situated to the shopping and entertainments-area. Well the rooms looked clean and new on the website, but for example the bedcover was filthy on he top with a lot of spots. The handgrips on the cupboard we're sticky. |

Great location just a short walk to the main street or Nana skytrain (5 min walk) Nice breakfast but do miss the buffe style last year. The massage center in the hotel push very hard for extra money for services. |

Breakfas is good. Sure it can be better but with that price customers should not wait too much. I like it. As long as you do not see outside traffic from the window, breakfast is nice. My room was not hahe window, but it was clean everyday. I was coming late, so I did not mind the wondows. Most of the people are nice except a couple girl at the front desk. They should smile little to the... The rooms with no window should be removed and make other rooms bigger and spacy. Inside design of rooms and furniture should be changed. They should put more computer for internet connection with no charge. |

The staff where amaizingly helpful and kind. I unfortunatly did not have time to use that many of the hotels facilities. The airconditioning was quite difficult to work on the grounds that there was something wrong with the swith that the key was put into. But after shoving and wiggling the key for a while it would come back on for a few hours. Luckily the weather was not that hot.... |

The lobby is nicely furnished, has a small swimming pool behind. The staff was helpful and spoke english decently. My girlfriend left her handphone in the room when we checked out - we called back and they kept the handphone for us. Room was slightly dirty - but its decent enough for a budget hotel. Bathroom was inadequate, shower facilities was lacking. Didn't top up soap, shampoo for days. Also, no kettle or cups or any other amenities. Location wise: 5-10 mins walk to the main street. Very troublesome. I think you can get a similar hotel at a better location. |

24 hrs free wireless internet access at common area. #1- lots of mosquito in the hotel; lobby, cafe, room & common area #2- no drinking water provided. no kettle in the room and complimentary mineral water given only on the first day stay. nil for subsequence days. #3- require 15 minutes walk to nearest BTS station #4- major occupancy are muslim foreigners, very worry of self security and afraid of possible terrorism. |

Free internet but only in lobby, room was nice (executive deluxe) but did not have a window! No window !!! in room (executive deluxe) - anyway nothing that I define as a window I expect this to be mentioned especially for a deluxe room, lobby is nice but hallway too rooms are terrible, very slow service at checkin and baggage transfer to room, quite far from Sukhumvit main road, |

cost effective. Room was very smelly, needed to be fresher than that really. One of the front desk staff was rude and didn't give correct info when was asked about any available restaurants opened near by the hotel at midnight, any how, Nana square ( which is steps from hotel ) was full of 24/7 opened restaurants and pubs and for sure she knew about it !!! |
