Location is good if anyone can get better price then ok to stay

First of all I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Spending the same amount of money anyone can get much better hotel in few minutes walking distance. Only reception and the lobby is clear rest of the hotels is dirty. If you are traveling with young children then you definitely should not stay in this hotel.

Its location, quaite and confort.

its price, monotonous breakfast, i.e. the same breakfast everyday. No changes in old rooms, bugs in some rooms and narrow corridors.

The only good thing is the lobby and restaurant, all other facilities are very old and below the standards

The rooms are too old with cracks on the walls. The furniture is crap, the bed linens are not clean. The photos showed are totally different from the reality. The shower and toiletare below the standards. The rates of the rooms is equivalent to low budget hostel. I really regreted staying in the hotel which was waste of money.I advsise people to go to Grace hotel, just 500 meters away.

Good hotel, very comfy bed. Clean and tidy. Fridge and safe in the room. Pool - water a bit cold but have had it just for 2 of us. Nice friendly staff.

Poor quality of breakfast. No variety for foreigners from Europe. But if you like salad and noodles for breakfast than you should be fine.

This is my second time here. As stated in my earlier review I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were great. Always smiling and helpful so I am dubious about some of the negative reviews below and concerned there may be more to them than meets the eye from some of the hotels down the road. The images are genuine and there is a lovely reception and dining area. There are rooms of different quality and you get what you pay for. The staff were excellent at looking after my laptop and dslr camera every time I went out and gave me a security tag for extra security. Next time I am in Bangkok I will stay here. Location is great just minutes walk from the bars on Soi 11 using the shortcut opposite Bumrungrad Hospital. And it's about 10 mins walk to Nana station.

Think the economy room bathrooms need a slight upgrade. Other than that I thought I got a good deal at this hotel booking through booking.com

There nothing that shown in the pictures is really there. This hotel in not recommended to any one

Good value double room and shower. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Fab good value buffet breakfast. Cable tv inc HBO movies, CNN, a French and a German channel and others. 5 minutes walk to Bumrungrad Hospital or the bars on Sukhumvit Soi 11 ! Turn left into narrow road directly opp hospital entrance for short cut to the bars and nightlife. Follow it around to the right. I really enjoyed my two stays here and will come back.

Bathrooms in economy rooms need a slight upgrade but at these prices i can't really complain.

The decoration of rooms was nice, clean, simple. Staff friendly, location very good. Liked the little minimart they had in the lobby, good breakfast buffet.

In one room the toilet was facing the room and the doors and window of the toilet room were totally of transparent glass, so there was no privacy.

Good and cheap food in the restaurant in the lobby.

Rooms did not look like the ones in the pictures at all! We got upgraded from Standard to Superior, and that was without a doubt the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We were there for 5 nights and toilet was clogged all 5 days and couldnt be used, closet toilet was in the lobby! We told reception many times and they also did send people to fix it, but it never got fixed. Internet was very slow and unreliable.

It is very near to the shopping place and market. The decoration in the hotel is also quite nice.

There were stains in the bedsheet. Although housekeeping was done everyday, the hotel staff did not sweep the floor. The manager was quite rude and showed sour face. However, the hotel staffs were quite helpful throughout our 5 nights and 6 days stay in this hotel.

Too many dislikes to describe..the receptionist was especially unfriendly and rude.

No English tv it's the Arab quarter so full of Indians & Arabs, room was very clean but very tired.

Nothing. no hot water untill 1 hour before check out. had to wait 45 mins for check in at 2 15pm waited untill 3 00pm no bath mat room not cleaned 2nd down graded to crap room told same standard (no way old room ] STAFF unhelpfull re no hot water

1. Room is far from the Skytrain stops 2. Flush was not working in the room. Bathroom became a pond and for them it is perfectly ok. I wont stay this hotel anymore 3. Wifi is unable to connect with VPN's (Only you can check personal browsing, It won't connect to any company network. If you want to check your mails in between your trip, dont choose this hotel). You wont get any support as well 4. Aircon was broken and unable to control 5. No water boiler or coffee maker in the room. They provide 1L water (two 500 ml bottles) a day. If you ask one more they charge 5 times more.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on booking.com, the rooms are very dirty. I wish if I had read all the other reviews before deciding to book this hotel. If your main reason of booking this hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms as shown on the website, please think once again. For a little extra, you can find much better hotels in the same area.

The hotel has everything I need. Aircon, swimming pool, TV, cleanliness, lift, restaurant, massage, friendly helpful staff and most of all a great location.

Rooms with out a window are like living in a cave, I asked for a window and changed rooms to make my stay very good.
