The room was so big, clean and confortambe. The view was incredible (room No. 501) and definitely Bangkok style. (Green garden and giant buildings at once) The breakfast was perfect and enough. Reception workers always tried to intrude the most expensive solutions for us like taxi to floating market, taxi to airport, restaurants, ect.

Proximity to Skytrain and Metro. Large, modern apartment. Comfy bed and black-out curtains. No lady fee it seems. From condoms to toothbrushes, everything's provided for. Decent size Sony widescreen tv plus dvd player. Only one English movie channel is a bit poor when I had three in much worse hotels.

Rooms are modern, clean and offer all facilities you would expect from a good hotel in Bangkok the one bedroom suite I have booked turned out to be just one room with a partition between living room (no daylight) and bedroom. the bathroom is located at the entrance of the room, not en suite with the bedroom. I was surprised to be asked both for "green tea" and "espresso" to "pay up" at breakfast - the rather stubborn hotel manager insisted that this is "standard" in a 3star hotel in Bangkok. It is certainly not standard and even if: booking.com promotes Legacy Suites as 4star. Upon check-out the receptionist was kind enough to mention that I forgot something in the room - and - unbelievably - told me to go up and get it if I need it...that was definitely a "first" experience even for a an experienced traveller

Very rude and arrogant front desk people. I have never seen a 4 star hotel without money exchange facililities. They have mentioned in the website the facilities of long tennis and Table Tennis but we didnt find any of these facilities. We have booked 3 rooms for 5 days and even then they didnt give us even 15 minutes after the checout time of 12 o clock on the last date.

i cannot recommend this place too highly and have stayed there three times. The quiet location (though so close to the main road) is because of the cul de sac it is in. Connections with public transport are excellent, and above it is friendly and safe. You can stay there with children and you will certainly not see prostitutes being wheeled in. There is a nice pool, very friendly staff and many facilities within walking distance. Just down the road is a real Massage Parlour (as distinct from the other sort) where you can have your feet done of a full Thai massage that will leave you feeling great but also that you have been run over by a truck, The Hungry eye restaurant makes better curies than anywhere in Bradford, and via the subway you can get all round the city.

Excellent Hotel and spotlessly clean. Not the cheapest in Bangkok range of good Hotels. Location is peaceful especially in Sukumvit area. Close to all transport, The full size fridge is useful for longer stay and especially I love to keep my drink and fruits chilled in the Bangkok heat. I would stay there again if I visit Bangkok. Congratulations to the Management team for keeping it a good stardard. Rate could be better for people staying more then one night. Nothing more I did not like.

The staff were extremely friendly at all times and the facilities were of a very high standard. I also liked the way that breakfast and wi-fi was included in the price, which is unusual amongst high-end hotels where many of them charge extremely high prices. The location could be a little more convenient, but other than this I would highly recommend it.

Big and nice room, free wi-fi, good breakfast! The walk to skytrain station is okay for the mornings but you would need to take a cab in the evening if you are tired or have lots of shopping bags.

The rooms are great and huge and a good value for the price! It is conveniently located near the main tourist street and the skytrain. The pool area is wonderful and a great place to unwind. The only negative I can think of about the Legacy suites is the price of wine in the restaurant/bar. The charge for a glass of wine was about $9- 10 us which is a lot for Thailand. Surely they can find a reasonably priced wine for less than this.

Very clean and every equipment in good working condition. It rained while were were there and water was coming through the roof of the walkway from one building to another and could be very dangerous should someone slip or fall. That can be easily fixed by replacing the roof and putting guttering - seems like it happens all the time and their quick fix solution is using buckets and towels to collect water.

We love the space of the room (it was equipped with microwave as well, but not washing machine, as it was advertised). The hotel is about 1 km walk to the closest bts (Sky Train), either Asok or Phrom Phong. The bathroom was very small and there was a clear small window. This made us uneasy while showering or just being in the bathroom. (Note: there were some tall building across from the hotel). The staff in general can speak English; however, they are not polite to their guests (talked among themselves in Thai, while serving us, during check in and check out).

Large, modern, airy, clean, well-appointed, spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not exactly a budget area so finding somewhere authentic and not too expensive to eat within walking distance is not easy.

The room was fantastic as it was like a studio apartment, with sofa, kitchen area, large fridge, lovely bathroom and really comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay and due to the high standards and value for money we would definitely stay here again.

There was a proper pool at the hotel premises. I was 'updraded' to a very nice studio with a garden view on the new side of the hotel (although there was no mention on your site that one would need to be upgraded to have a room in the new building block). In a good walking distance from Asoke skytrain station. Nice local restaurants in the neighbourhood. I didn't like the use of the term 'upgrade' by the hotel staff: there was one price for a superior room on your site so I didn't understand the mention of upgrading. Breakfast was the weakist point in the hotel. It was too sweet to my taste: I don't eat eggs which was the only salty option in the breakfast buffet.

“This is my second time stay at this hotel. Both times I also asked for late check out and the hotel fulfill my request. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. During this stay the hotel's staff remember me and this actually make me feel warm. The room I initial took was had a bad internet connection, the staff was very helpful, they even help to check other available room with good connection then I change to the new room. The room provided a big working desk and working chair which is very good for business traveler like me.” Shiun, Bangkok |
