Legacy Suites Bangkok

The location is in a very quiet street but still very centrally located with only short distance to MRT and Sukhumvit main road. The hotel seems rather new and offers good quality in general.

The English knowledge of the hotel staff could be improved; also, the hotel did not have a place to change for hotel guests with late outbound flights; only room offered was an untidy room already used by someone else.

Central location, clean, upmarket, easy access to skytrain. Good facilities.

Reception staff look after us very well ...Mr Bank has great service

Room Key did not work very well...as was hard to use the lift

Good for short term stay. will use again when next in BKK

Breakfast could be a bit more imaginative (without costing you any more)

I found the room very comfortable and spacious. The fact that it was located away from the main road meant that it would be more peaceful and this was exactly what I wanted at the end of a long day. The kitchen was a warm welcome and definitely something that will make me want to return in the future

Well, the lights along the road leading to the hotel were rather dim and seemed intimidating to my wife. It gave the impression that it was not as safe as it actually was.

I love everything about Legacy Suites except the one below, this was my third time staying in this hotel. I would love to stay here again in my future visits.

Actually, I was surprise that they have buffet breakfast I was expecting a set meal since they didn't mention from the website that it was a buffet. The selections were ok, but the only thing that concerns me that the food were cold. They don't replenish the buffet unless you tell them like the bacon already run out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and accomodated our early check-in request. The hotel was modern and very clean, the rooms looked exactly as they did in the website pictures -which is not often the case. We felt the hotel rooms and amenties were to the standard of a 5 star hotel and had every thing we required.

The Reception staff, especially Mechelle were extremely helpful and always polite. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is a beautiful hotel, the best out of the 5 we stayed in on that holiday round the world.

The outside of the bedroom windows is disgusting! They should be cleaned regularly as it's nice to look out over the pool. The hot food for breakfast was cold every morning we were there. There should be more fruit available to eat and the sliced white bread was poor quality. The eggs produced in the kitchen to order were good.

may be just a little bit far a way from center, you have to take tuk tuk, or taxi, and the quartier next road was to crowdy, screamy, but anyway the hotel was really quiet

there was no booklet in the room with information about the local area & things to do in the hotel, no price list about the spa or facilities was provided.
