Fantastisk hyggelig og behagelig personale, moderne og store rom/leiligheter. Ligger svært sentralt mtp shopping, spa, skytrain og det meste. God bydel. |

Personalet var veldig forekommende og romstandarden særdeles bra. Spesielt at det var både dusj og badekar - og et lite kjøkken med kjøleskap. Også flott svømmebasseng og bassengområde. Hotellet var absolutt verd 4 stjerner. Men frokosten stod absolutt ikke i stil med de 4 stjernene. Burde vært kokt/steikt egg, eggerøre, bønner og bacon som blei holdt varmt, mer påleggs- og brød-variasjon, ost, samt f.eks. sylteagurk, rødbeter, danske/norske silderetter evt. litt kald kokt laks eller røykelaks. Også mer variasjon i syltetøyet - dette var særdeles dårlig!!! |

Utmerket personale. Meget hjelpsomme og vennlige. Rene rom. Hyggelig pool-område. Enkel, men grei frokost. Ingen stor buffet for de som måtte ønske dette. |

The staff were excellent, nothing was a problem for them, they gave me lots of recommendations on how best to manage my short time in Bangkok. My suite was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool is lovely and they have the most comfortable sun loungers I have ever come across. The location of the hotel is great for the Sky Train which connects to all the major areas in Bangkok. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I think it represents very good value for money. |

we we're upgraded to a larger room, but it didn't have a double bed, they asked if it wasn't a problem and they pulled the two beds towards eachother for us. It turned out that even a single bed would have done for the two of us, it being 1,20 m wide. The room was enormous! and the rates of the minibar very good. We left at noon but could leave our luggage at the hotel and were even offered the opportunity to shower when we arrived back at the hotel by 8 p.m. to pick up our luggage before leaving for the airport. There weren't enough tables for breakfast, so some people had to sit outside, but that wasn't really a problem since the weather was perfect outside. |

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were very spacious. Location was relatively near to the metro and BTS stations. About a 5 to 10 mins walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast room could be slightly larger or have more seating capacity. |

The price, the room size, condition, and facilities. The hotel willingness to help e.g. with check in and check out times. Friendly for children. Nothing smutty. Local food on breakfast menu. Pool. Internet was not obviously available. |

Had a great stay at the Legacy! Front desk staff were helpful, polite & spoke English well enough for us to understand each other. This is one of the few hotels where website photos accurately portray the rooms - modern, clean & spacious. Good location - close enough to walk to tuk-tuks, taxis & the Sky Train, but off the main road so that it was quiet too. One thing I suggested to the Front Desk staff was that they provide an information pack in the room - we had to keep ringing Reception for details on everything from "what time does the pool close?" to "what is the number to dial for an external phone line?". |

Great rooms - far exceeded my expectations. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Pool is great. Perfect for our last night in Bangkok - couldn't have ended on a better note. |

the staff was very polite (sometimes maybe even too much :)) and professional. The breakfast was quite good, the food choice was OK, fitting of the room was really good and up-to-date, not worn out. main issue was that even though we had non-smoking room, apparantly next to us was a smoking room and since there was a door that could unite these two rooms in one (in case of necessity, but the door was of course locked all the time) we experienced quite heavy scent of cigarettes in our room every time our neighbours smoked. |

The location is in a very quiet street but still very centrally located with only short distance to MRT and Sukhumvit main road. The hotel seems rather new and offers good quality in general. The English knowledge of the hotel staff could be improved; also, the hotel did not have a place to change for hotel guests with late outbound flights; only room offered was an untidy room already used by someone else. |

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even presented my husband with a birthday cake on his birthday! The breakfast could have been a little bit more varied with a bit more choice. |
