Mycket nöjd med belägenhet till allt Bangkok har att erbjuda, tätt in på Sukhomvit Soi, där allt en turist kan tänkas önska finns tillgängligt. Hjälpsam personal och superfräsh pool. |

Underbar frukost, vackra fina och stora rum! Bra lage, centralt med lugnt och tyst. 150 Bath for 1 timmes Internet ar val lite val tilltaget... |

Planlösningen på rummet var bra. Två tv apparater och en stor kyl. Under vårat rum låg hotellets Japanska restaurang. När vi satte på fläkten på toan kom en äklig lukt från restaurangen. Lyhört, man hör personerna i rummen brevid. Men det värsta var frukostbuffen från den japanska restaurangen. De serverar mest ris och japansk mat. Ibalnd fanns det yougurt men inte alltid. Väldigt liten restaurang man fick sitta med andra gäster och äta. Usel frukostbuffe. |

Allt var bra ...Men personalen måste förstå att det måste gå snabbt,,Lite inefektiva. Kortläsaren fungerade inte efter 14 timmars resa skall man inte behöva vänta 1 timme för att hotels kortläsare inte fungerar.Mitt tålamod tog slut tilltalade jag dom att jag stannat ca 10 ggn på detta hotel utan att jag blåst dom på några pengar,först då fick jag checka in.Under kvällen fungerade kortläsaren igen,då kontaktade dom mig igen för att att dra kortet igen..... |

the staff was very polite (sometimes maybe even too much :)) and professional. The breakfast was quite good, the food choice was OK, fitting of the room was really good and up-to-date, not worn out. main issue was that even though we had non-smoking room, apparantly next to us was a smoking room and since there was a door that could unite these two rooms in one (in case of necessity, but the door was of course locked all the time) we experienced quite heavy scent of cigarettes in our room every time our neighbours smoked. |

The location is in a very quiet street but still very centrally located with only short distance to MRT and Sukhumvit main road. The hotel seems rather new and offers good quality in general. The English knowledge of the hotel staff could be improved; also, the hotel did not have a place to change for hotel guests with late outbound flights; only room offered was an untidy room already used by someone else. |

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even presented my husband with a birthday cake on his birthday! The breakfast could have been a little bit more varied with a bit more choice. |

The hotel was very clean and is well situated within easy reach of the sky train. The staff were very approachable and friendly and could not do enough for you. |

I found the room very comfortable and spacious. The fact that it was located away from the main road meant that it would be more peaceful and this was exactly what I wanted at the end of a long day. The kitchen was a warm welcome and definitely something that will make me want to return in the future Well, the lights along the road leading to the hotel were rather dim and seemed intimidating to my wife. It gave the impression that it was not as safe as it actually was. |

Very friendly staff, very clean and spacious room. Also, thank for accommodating the early check in request. Requested a transportation service from airport to hotel and we were waiting for about an hour. Need to communicate better with the pick-up service company, but rest of the trip was just wonderful! |

I love everything about Legacy Suites except the one below, this was my third time staying in this hotel. I would love to stay here again in my future visits. Actually, I was surprise that they have buffet breakfast I was expecting a set meal since they didn't mention from the website that it was a buffet. The selections were ok, but the only thing that concerns me that the food were cold. They don't replenish the buffet unless you tell them like the bacon already run out. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and accomodated our early check-in request. The hotel was modern and very clean, the rooms looked exactly as they did in the website pictures -which is not often the case. We felt the hotel rooms and amenties were to the standard of a 5 star hotel and had every thing we required. |
