Helpful staff, convenient laundry service, large room, very clean

Location is good, within the walls and near lots of good food and sights.

Staff was pushy with tours and not really interested in interacting with the guests. Rooms were dirty and run-down, you could do much better, even for less money in the same area. The common area is essentially a hangout for their family, very uninviting for guests. Also, we paid for hot water and only had it intermittently, and the computers in the lobby were 'broken' unless one of the family wanted to use them for Facebook or games. Go elsewhere.

`The rooms met our expectations - it was clean, quiet, the air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. We did not spend much time in the rooms. the service was outstanding. We booked a cooking class and a trek through the hotel. They give us good advice on where to go and how to get there. They even changed our train ticket for us.

It was all good.

The staff is great, the hostel is located in the old part of the city, so you can walk everywhere. We took a tour with them and it was amazing!!! We did not see other tourists in our 2 day hike and rafting, which is amazing for Thailand :) We would totally go back and spend a longer time withthem!

The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with trekking plans, and booking activities/taxis etc. Pretty cheap and in a good location, it's easy enough to get a tuktuk or hop on bus anywhere. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, the food here isn't bad either.

The rooms were very basic. We stayed in a private double room and the tv didn't work and there was no fridge. Not ideal but you get what you pay for, and this was still good value for money. I'd stay again!

The owner/manager Dao was exceptional-perfect English, friendly,helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff was far from being friendly, with one lady casually behaving in an outright rude and hostile fashion. The furniture in the room is very basic, with no shelves or closet, so you have to pile up all your belongings on the floor.

Reliant on fan and screened, louvered windows. Probably not comfortable in hot season. In guest houses, don't expect staff to clean or freshen rooms. Bring padlock for extra security (doors have hasps for this in addition to normal key lock.) Expect to buy drinking water.

When we arrived staff asked us for how many day we're going to stay. We said that we're not ready to say it now. And they said that we need to tell them in the evening. In the evening we said that we're going to stay 2 nights and they told ud that they/re fully booked. So we had to find another place to stay. We're very dissapointed. Why did they told us that we can think untill the evening?! By the way it was the second time. Last year was the same story. Bad Wi Fi.

Staff was very helpful and the location was great

Staff were so kind and friendly and were ready to help you with anything. Including organising trips, taxis or any other service.

Excellent place to stay, rooms are basic but clean and well equipped. The staff were amazing here, the most helpful in my Stay in Thailand organising treks and giving tips on the city and restaurants. They organised a three day trek around rural Thailand which was unbelievable and well off the tourist trek!!

Friendly staff who had great recommendations for tours and activities and were able to organise it for us with no problems. The location was excellent.

Although very basic, Libra was easily accessible, internet and laundry servises were useful, the staff were helpful with organising trips and giving out information etc and the location is good.

The staff after 8pm didn't speak english and I had to walk to the shops at 11.30pm just to get some more toilet paper. I feel towels and toilet paper should have been changed as we stayed 4nights.

Loved the owner and her way with the guests she paid great attention to each an every person and did her best to make everybody's stay 100% satisfactory! Also great location and lots of info provided by owner on what to do in Chiangmai! She also booked anything we wanted and did so gladly at no extra cost!!! Fab place

Doa and her family are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, there whenever you need something. The rooms were clean and perfect for what you needed after a day of sightseeing. The price was perfect for us and we will definitely return.

Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich! Airporttransfer ging ohne probleme

L'acceuil chaleureux et professionnel de la famille. Leur restaurant famille et authentique. La situation géographique qui donne accès facilement à toutes les activités proposées sur Chiang Mai et ces environs. La Guest House est située en centre ville, néanmoins, cela reste paisible. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

L'inexistance de rangement ( armoire ou étagère ) dans les chambres.

位置没什么特别，也没什么缺点。但是所处环境 非常温馨。便捷。

服务员的态度不是很好，但也能忍啦！有蚂蚁。不给收拾房间。

Trycket och värmen i vattnet var sparsamt.

Proprietária rude e mal educada. Estão muito preocupados em "ditar" as regras da guesthouse e esquecem de receber os viajantes com mais cordialidade e sensibilidade. Os proprietários se recolhem por volta de 19/19:30hrs e deixam 3 garotos, que tem entre 10 e 14 anos, e não falam inglês, cuidando da pousada durante a noite toda. Qualquer pedido meu foi retrucado com uma resposta rude e grosseira sempre reforçando as "regras" da casa, suas necessiades ficam em segundo plano. Vc é interpelado para pagar seus custos o tempo todo, como se fosse fugir a qualquer momento não pagando suas contas. Chuveiro que molha todo o banheiro. Estadia desagradável em geral.
