It was a great place to stay for a layover night. The free Shuttle was a huge plus....nice not having to worry about transport and you save money. There was no window in the bathroom so a quite smelly.

The hotel provided airport pick up and drop off. Also provided drop off and pick up to the nearest city rail link and provided mobile phone to ring for pick up from the train station. The staff were excellent, breakfast was good,room clean. Value for money.

From the time I landed to the time Lilac Staff dropped me to the airport, the stay was perfect. Nice touch with the drink at check-in, polite friendly staff, awesome room, free mini-bar and free round trip transfer to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport. All in all, I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel for both short and long stays in Bangkok.

Really helpful staff, comfortable rooms, no extra charge for mini bar, great decor. Close to airport. The hotel across the road had a restaurant. Free airport connections. Bathroom water heater didn't heat water too well.

The staff. The owner. The breakfast. The massage persons that came to the room. The well stock refrigerator.The transportation from the airport ( very prompt). The bathroom smelled funny.

This was a good, close to the airport hotel that we needed for a one night layover in Bangkok. Clean, prompt and exactly what we needed. Not good for seeing Bangkok itself, but that is not what we needed for this night.

We got picked up from the Airport on the shuttle service from the hotel, the service was very prompt and we got taken straight to the hotel where we weregiven a cold drink whilst we checked in and then our bags were taken to the room. It is very close to the airport and also the Lat Krabang train station on the airport link line and the shuttle bus will take you to the station and pick you up if you require that service which is fantastic. As a stop over hotel it was perfect adn the staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely use this hotel again if staying for a couple of nights in Bangkok. Nothing.

Great service! Clean, efficient rooms. Love the free minibar (small selection, but hey, it's free). Airport shuttle in less than 10 minutes, very convenient. Great value for money Absolutely no food choices near hotel. Even delivery is a problem.

The people working at the hotel were very friendly, although sometimes communication was difficult because their english wasn't that good. They arrange transport to the rail link (sort of subway) at your request but this can only be done if there are no guests that want to go to the airport. Rooms are not noise proof, so you hear planes flying over and also guests from other rooms (eg if they were leaving in the middle of the night to catch their flight)

Really great staff. Upon reservation, they contacted us about the airport transfer. We emailed back and forth a few times. They always respond to the emails quickly. The rooms and the decor is cute. Lots of purple, lots of flowers, very girlie, which is great for my travel group of four girls. When we checked in, the staff immediately provided some type of iced fruit tea for us. Also, all the snacks and drinks in the mini fridge are free. As a whole, it was a very pleasant experience staying there.

We stayed overnight in this hotel as we arrived late at night in Bangkok and had an early morning flight to Singapore the next day so didn't want to spend a lot of money for only a few hours rest. The hotel is close to the airport, they offer free pickup and drop-off, the staff are very friendly, basic items in mini bar are free and the rooms are basic but very clean. Great value for money.
