Lilac Relax-Residence  

El personal del hotel es muy amable te ayudan en todo,el desayuno muy bien y la habitacion limpia.

Lo unico malo es que esta alejado de bangkok, es un hotel ideal para estancias cortas cerca del aeropuerto

Cumple perfectamente su función de darte un tiempo de relax entre vuelos, las habitaciones son amplias, la cama muy cómoda, y el trato del personal es excelente. Buen desayuno. Te dejan un minipc si lo quieres usar. Muy cerca del aeropuerto, con servicio de ida y vuelta gratis. Lejos del centro, pero también puedes ir en taxi, ida y vuelta unos 600 baths. Minibar gratis. Puestecitos cerca para comer barato y un 7Eleven también muy cerca.

Hacía un poco de calor en el baño, pero lo arreglé abriendo las puertas y dejando que entrara el ac.

El hotel es muy bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto y todo el personal es muy , muy amable . Habitacion funcional con bebidas en el frigo gratis.

Lilac Relax-Residence is a cosy, clean, new and friendly hotel near to the Bangkok international airport. Six of us stayed there for a night to transit to Bhutan on an early morning flight. The hotel provided free airport-hotel-airport transfers. After dinner, the hotel sent the van to fetch us from a nearby mall at no charge. The hotel also let us have a mobile phone with local calling card so that we can call them if we are unable to communicate with the taxi driver. The staff is friendly, helpful and approachable.

The Lilac Relax-Residence was, for me, a very pleasant surprise and overnight stay. Tucked away in Bangkok suburbia and only a few minutes drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the staff at this small, boutique hotel gave outstanding service with a genuine warmth and friendliness that is sadly lacking from your average 5 Star experience. Whilst not luxurious, the lilac décor theme exudes a warm and subtle femininity that I found both agreeable and relaxing. The in-house airport transfer and the cooked breakfast were both excellent. For my one night stay, the short drive was well worth the effort to get away from the hustle and bustle that surrounds Suvarnabhumi Airport. I noticed that the Lilac as also quite close to Lat Krabang Railway station which is on the City to Airport Rail Link line and one stop from the Airport. This may suit guests wanting to stay longer and explore the City from a quiet, relaxing base.

Only cold water tap in bathroom basin. Air conditioning not strong enough.

The staff and services were very professional.

Very nice helpful people and the free shuttle to the shopping centre and airport was great.free snacks was a nice idea too.

excellent courteous caring taff for an urban near airport location with courteous and efficient airport meet and greet. Good value and hotel is well cared for.

For our needs it was great, ten minutes to airport, 30 minutes by train/tube to city centre Bangkok. The Lilac was very clean, well decorated, The Staff were very friendly and helpful, they picked us up from airport when we arrived, when we went to the city they took us to train station, picked us up when we arrived back they gave us a mobile phone to arrange the pick up or if we needed help, when we checked out they stored our bags until they took to airport all free We were very happy with the Lilac Bill & Ann Liverpool 3rd-5th Jan 2012

They were very friendly and we there when they said they would. The morning breakfast was very nice and it was nice to have drinks and snacks included in the room price. We'd recommend it to our friends for stopovers in and out of Bangkok airport. We were enroute to Nepal and it worked fine. Our son and friend also stayed here that night and on the way back and they were also complimentary.

From what we could see, it wasn't in the best area, but it was fine for our stay.

Chosen because of good reputation and proximity to BKK airport. Staff was excellent in every way - highly recommended.
