No es un hotel para estar muchos dias para visitar bangkok, es un hotel para estar en transito de un dia a otro.

We only stayed overnight between flights, but it was excellent for that purpose. Only 10-15 minutes from the airport. The shuttle pick up and return to the airport worked well. The breakfast was ok for us, people used to a large cooked breakfast may be looking for a double helping. The surrounds may be off putting to some but we felt quite safe.We will be staying for two nights on our return trip. I would rate it 9 Plus out of 10.

Very friendly and polite staff. Excelent service. Very clean and beautifully designed hotel.Free transport from and to the airport and to the train station. Even all things in minibar at the room were free of charge.

Environnement of the hotel was not good nor interesting.

I was only in Bangkok for an overnight stay near the airport and staff at Lilac Relax Residence took amazingly good care of me. Picked me up from the airport and took me back at no extra charge, had refreshments for me when I arrived, and the room was beautiful, clean and adorable in the lilac colors. If you're staying near the airport, I highly recommend this hotel!

Meeting at the airport, free transfers from the airport & to the airport early in the morning: all correct, perfect in time, helpful. Clean room; all I could need in the room; free beverages; no problem with the A/C; quiet. Perfect value for money. I stayed there for one night only before an early flight: that was a good choice.

The neighbourhood was really scaring at night: it would be better for me to have dinner at the airport . An axtremely strong smell came from some dried flowers in the bathroom: I had to take it off the room and to hand it to the receptionist.

We were absolutely amazed at the hotel, staff, room etc. Although it is not in the city centre, the hotel provides, free of charge, transport to the BTS, restaurants etc. The room was very comfortable, bed was not hard, and the staff were just amazing. Certainly the best value for money I have ever ever experienced in 50 years of travelling.

Very frendly staff ready to provide advice. Convenient location close to Suvarnabhumi Airport with available transfer. Comfortable spacious rooms with modern design.

This small hotel clearly exceeded our expectations of just one night stop before catching a morning flight back to Europe. We chose it due to the proximity of the airport, free shuttle and opinions of other people. And we were not disappointed. The rooms have all you need and even more for just a short overnight stay: the fridge with free soft drinks, tea- coffee facilities, very well operating and quiet aircon as well as a very functional bathroom. The wi-fi is free of charge as well as the breakfast. But we need not forget the helpful staff who not only drove us to a nearby, local restaurant but also picked us up once we were done with dinner. It is actually a shame that this little hotel is not anywhere closer to the center as I would definitely visit it on my next trip to Bangkok.

We had some initial problems finding the hotel representative in arrival lounge of the airport but once we called the person appeared and we were taken directly to the hotel.

it's close to the airport and the staff is really friendly, smiling, kidding and competent!

You can't open the window and the room was very hot, but there is air conditioner.
