The room was enormous and very nice. Very good price for high season. Nice big pool

Little far away from main area but it did benefit from very little street noise.

My friends and i stayed in the family room with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 living rooms and 1 kitchen. They are excellent. It is such a great place to relax and hang out with friends in our own areas. Also, booking the room through booking.com has never disappointed me as we got a great deal. The staff is kind and willing to help us even though we checked in very late. This place is more like a condominium town.

Food is limited. The taste is average.

Very good facilities, very good size room, lovely pool, good service, nice quiet location. Very good layout. Could not fault much.

Breakfast was poor, did not cater sufficiently for Europeans. Eggs were always cold, lids on hot foods always left open allowing food to get cold and exposed to flies. Insufficient regard to supply of crockery and utensils, often no cups or cutlery.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was very nice. The hotel was in a quiet area.

Breakfast was poor and as the hotel was not in centre of town I feel they could have provided a free shuttle bus or taxi to the main area of Pattaya. I had to walk or get a taxi every day to go out.

wirefire was very slow and sometimes did not work When i arrived the room as asked for i did not get and the room i was given was dirty and was not a nice welcome after travelling 24hrs

It's still new..

The staff is very rude.. And they pretended not to speak any English!! Apparently the hotel is dedicated to guests who stay on a yearly bases.. They don’t have enough staff to cover the entire place, and the only thing that's keeping it in a good condition is that it's still brand new!! The breakfast is a disaster.. I don’t even know why they bother to prepare it in the first place!!.. Even the coffee tastes terrible ... and the serials are a hundred years old. The bed in not comfortable.. And they have a problem with the bathroom role paper!! They always leave only one role in the entire room to sustain you for the rest of the day, and they know that two adults and one child is using the room!! … no tissue either. The kitchen is sort of fully equipped… everything you need is there except for the stove!!!! “Dishes spoons etc. .. but no stove!!!” The pool is not that big.. And the hotel is located next to a prostitute street!! And they don’t even look desirable!!

Breakfast - you can choose style of food........I don't like buffet breakfast

Air-con and electricity supply.........failure for 2 times....

Hotel bardzo mi odpowiadał, bez zbędnego zadęcia. Cena odpowiada ła standardowi. Położony w spokojnej okolicy, tajskiej, daleko od tłoku i zgiełku. Duży basen i świetna siłownia wraz z sauną. Polecam!

換了2次房間淋浴的排水都不通 整個浴室地板都是濕的 早餐也要加強

อาหารเช้าไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร ค่อนข้างใส่ใจน้อยครับ

ห้องนอนกว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างครบ ที่ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวก

โกโก้ครั้น เหนียว ไม่กรอบ ทิชชู่ในห้องนอนน้อยไปหน่อย

Rappusia- hankalat lastenrattaiden kanssa Henkilökunta laiskaa- aamupala-astiat lojuu pöydissä, ja henkilökunta vain katselee tv:tä... Henkilökunnalta ei tule edes Thaimaasta kuuluisaa hymyä saati tervehdyksiä. Parveke pieni ja ilmalämpöpumpun ulkoyksikkö kuumentaa sen saunaksi ja pitää kovaa meteliä

חדרים נעימים ומרווחים ומאובזרים. ארוחת בוקר טובה. שרות אדיב.

קליטת וויפי נמוכה. מים חמים באמבטיה באים והולכים לסרוגין. רחוק מהמרכז.

마음에 드는 점 하나도 없음.

모든 시설의 유지 보수를 전혀 하지않는 향편없는 여관수준의 호텔. 화장실 조명 나가고,샤워부스 문 안닫혀 물 밖으로 다 새고, 환풍기 덜덜거리며 돌아가는 소리. 마치 폐업준비중인 호텔같았음. 인터넷 예약에 완전히 속았음. 여행 완전히 망쳤음. 절대 이용하면 안됨.

Das Frühstück, das Personal im Frühstücksbereich wirkte demotiviert und Unaufmerksam. Oft wurden verbrauchte Frühstüchsdetails (Kaffee, Aufschniitt etc.) spät wieder aufgefüllt, Pfeffer und Salzstreuer auf den Tischen scheint auch ein Problem zu sein.

Le personnel n est pas assez disponible. Le personnel n est pas à la hauteur de l établissements. Il y a un gros manque d attention du personnel vis à vis du client. C est dommage car sinon je trouve que c est un bon hotel. Manque d animation bar de la piscine ( un bon barman, musique...). Lors de mon arrivée il pleuvait j ai du traverser l hôtel avec mes valises pour pouvoir arriver au lobby, personne n est venu m aider pour m acceullir c est bien dommage.

We hadden een zeer ruim appartement, dus een zee aan ruimte!

We hadden een prachtige badkamer, alleen tijdens het douchen werd het water koud. Vier maal gemeld bij de receptie. De vierde keer was ik zo kwaad dat ik op de technische dienst heb gewacht. Het probleem zat in de elektriciteitkast. Er moest een handel overgehaald worden en dan had je weer warm water. Als ze dit nu de eerste maal gezegd hadden, dan had dit een hoop ergenis voorkomen. Bij het uitchecken heb ik aangegeven dat het een blijvend probleem was tijdens het douchen. Toen kwam de aap uit de mouw, want de receptie, wist van deze klachten af. Schandelig noem ik dit! Tijdens het lopend buffet, (ontbijt) liepen er meerdere malen kakkerlakken onder de warmhoudbakken.
