Lovely Sauna and Steam with nice pool. Rooms great too with Jacuzzi bath

It was a nice hotel in a nice location. Rooms were clean and staff were very nice. Comfortable spacious rooms. Close to all the actions and bars and not too far from the beach and walking street.

rooms are abit older than other places we stayed at thus price was a little too high but acceptable

I think a little more imagination could be used for the breakfast.

No complaints. It was what I expected....great service.

Location. Good I got room in the back side with nice view otherwise, if you are in the street side, getting sleep become mission impossible because of the number of bars open may be till 2h or 3h.

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend. When I check it in your side the pictures were nice what has nothing with the reality. The hotel is rated 4 star but I think it deserve only 2 star.

The hotel is located close to the walking street and is a clean neat hotel.

The staffing is skeletal during off working hours, the hotel staff is non communicative and English can be a problem at times. Definitely the location not suitable for family people.

After travelling through the congested, hot and sweaty streets of Pattaya, you will find instant relief as you walk into the air conditioned luxury that is lk Renaissance. The public areas, lifts and guest corridors are all well lit and of high quality. The breakfast the best range of choice I have seen in Thailand. Serving both buffet and hot choices from the provided menus (which included cheese burger and fries!). A small but high quality pool on the 3rd floor which I did not have time to make use of unfortunately.

I felt the hotel was let down by the staff interaction with guests and potential customers. There was next to no acknowledgement of customer presence let alone any kind of pro-active engagement of anticipating customers needs.

No car parking! Have to park very far away from hotel.

Flott og stilig hotell....Bodde i en fin suite på 80 kvm....Det er et aldrende hotell og bærer noe preg av det....

Hotellet ligger i sentrum av utelivet i byen og ønsker man å sove før kl 0200, bør man velge et annet hotell....Støy fra karaoke og store barer tillater ikke å sove tidlig...

Отель находится на второй линии и в пешей доступности от торговых центров. Очень удобно для тех туристов кого привлекает жизнь в центре города с его шумным,ярким колоритом. Но попадая в отель всё смолкает в отличных номерах. Имеется красивый ,но не большой бассейн на 3 этаже ( при бассеине есть сауна) . В отеле есть массажный салон,массажистки очень профессиональны(советую) Мы прожили четыре дня и остались довольны.
