The Room was comfortable, and luxury The bathroom was dirty when I first arrived there and it was old not like the rest of the room. In addidition I saw big bugs in the room and when I told it the staff, they didnt do anything. The staff is the worst staff in Thailand. They did not help for anything.

Great staff, will immediately attend your every request. 6 stars for staff performance! This hotel is also very guest friendly and secure, it's Pattaya after all. Very clean too. Nothing negative, maybe the wi-fi is a bit slow, and sometimes disconnects at night.

Location is amazing, in the heart of every thing and you are a walking distance from all attractions, staff are very friendly and nice, rooms are clean and comfortable. I loved this hotel and if I go back I will stay in this hotel again for sure.

Location. Good I got room in the back side with nice view otherwise, if you are in the street side, getting sleep become mission impossible because of the number of bars open may be till 2h or 3h. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend. When I check it in your side the pictures were nice what has nothing with the reality. The hotel is rated 4 star but I think it deserve only 2 star.

Good location of the hotel, close enough to the city center. Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Jacuzzi bathtub was a pleasant surprise. Didn't manage to try the breakfast. Excellent inhouse massage. Room size slightly smaller than I expected, but still comfortable enough.

The hotel is located close to the walking street and is a clean neat hotel. The staffing is skeletal during off working hours, the hotel staff is non communicative and English can be a problem at times. Definitely the location not suitable for family people.

It was right next to second rd. opposite to mike's shopping mall. Since there was no public transportation, except taxis, walking was the only option to get to all the areas on second and beach rd. All the major attractions in pattaya were easy to get to and the staff was very generous in booking a few tours over the telephone. Overall a very pleasant hotel to stay in. The breakfast buffett menu was little lacking.....but the kitchen was kind enough to cook a meal every morning from the main menu.

Good Hotel, nice room plenty of facilties to keep you entertained on the bad weather days, relaxed ambience. Perfectly located to all you may need, athough you still may hear this when in your room but nothing to loud, all in all a good stay. Had to pay for an unberella which apparently is in every room but I can assure you we did not have one in ours!! so I suggest you check upon arrival to save the unnessary hassle we had when checking out which just spoilt our pleasant stay.

After travelling through the congested, hot and sweaty streets of Pattaya, you will find instant relief as you walk into the air conditioned luxury that is lk Renaissance. The public areas, lifts and guest corridors are all well lit and of high quality. The breakfast the best range of choice I have seen in Thailand. Serving both buffet and hot choices from the provided menus (which included cheese burger and fries!). A small but high quality pool on the 3rd floor which I did not have time to make use of unfortunately. I felt the hotel was let down by the staff interaction with guests and potential customers. There was next to no acknowledgement of customer presence let alone any kind of pro-active engagement of anticipating customers needs.

Good interior, decorated with old English style fixtures. There is no maintenance plan I think. Insects and cockroaches found at least six times in three days stay I.E. in toilet, bedroom and even in buffet breakfast table. Smelly towels in washrooms. Overall, hotel needs a lot of maintenance and renovation. Poor housekeeping.
