The staff at log home were absolutely amazing. They helped us get around the old city, gave advice, and stored our bags for us when we went on a 3 day trip. The rooms are beautiful, as is the garden and pool areas. I would definitely go back again next time I am in Chaing Mai.
Kindness of staff Triple bedroom are very well and comfortable
Double bedroom are quite small Soundproofing is almost zero
Friendly staff, room comfort and pool. Also the location in Chiang Mai is ideal.
The rooms are a bit noisy, but well you know that when you make a reservation for a wooden room.
Location within walking distance of major attractions and travel services, the pool, friendly helpful staff, good breakfasts
For two people the cabins are abit crammed
Location great. Staff were fantastic without being "in your face of false". I loved a of them to bits and after 5 days some of my party and some staff were crying. That says it all. 5 star at 2 star prices.
You can here everything from the next door, so if u are going to be romantic, check your time. But not a complaint.
The staff are brilliant. They attend to your every need. I couldn't fault them.
The rooms are obviously wooden. You can hear your neighbour but this is only a small snag.
All staff are super friendly and helpful. I couldn't wish for a better service. Great breakfast! The rooms are spacious and very clean.
The wifi was a bit temperamental but the staff very quickly resolved the issue. It was due to the heavy rain. The rooms are obviously made of wood so they are very thin. Our neighbours talked quite loudly and could hear every word. I wouldn't let this put you off though!
The staff were brilliant, really helpful and really friendly! They definitely go out of their way to help and organised us a driver for the day and a taxi to the airport. The pool was amazing also! It was in the perfect location for the night market and Sunday walking market!
Very helpful and friendly staff. We did a lot of day trips and Jack was very helpful with rides and directions.Front desk was always smiling and accommodating.
The food was expensive compared to other spots in the area.
it was nice to have a pool and a green garden for the hot hours of the day. We also enjoyed the short distance to the sunday market
Well situated. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Beautiful hôtel with bungalows in wood
Mosquitoes. A little but noisy depending on your neighbours (bungalows in wood)
climatisation turned off and uneficient, staff barely speaks english
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Honest independent advice when asked about travel etc. Lady on reception is second to none :) Great location near bars, restaurants and walking distance to main Wat's. Nice pool, an Oasis :)
Mosquito's, jeez, little buggers must love the poolside and greenery cos no way sitting outside room without them feasting :)
Staff, location and the hotels setting were superb!! Very peaceful setting.
There is only one down side to this place, you can hear everything happening in the next room and beyond. If your feeling amorous then this is far from ideal. I really hope that the hotel can find a way to add even a little sound proofing to the rooms, as it would then be a perfect hotel!
Too much expensive for the standing and not really clean.
This hotel environment is very beautiful, very fine building. Very near Sunday market street. The staff speak English very well. There is also a restaurant. Not noisy at night.
1.The room next to me is live 4 woman from the northeast of China, They often out of the balcony, chatting and smoking, there will be noise from them. 2. there are no desk in the room.
Convenient, food good and friendly people
Although walls thin fortunately our various neighbours did not keep us awake
the position is easy to find and convenient.the environment of the Boutique is good, trees, swiming pool, beach chairs...
the price is a little higher, compared with other places.the facilities in the room are just soso.
Nice quiet family style place. Very relaxed and clean
Paper thin walls. You could literally hear the people in the next room breathing at night
The location was great, and was within walking distance to everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also decent. The grounds are maintained nicely, and our room was very clean.
The rooms are pretty small, which we could get over. The part we struggled with was the walls being so incredibly thin. We could hear almost everything our neighbor said. Our first night there, one of our neighbors decided to engage in some "activity" with a couple of locals. It didn't seem to end well, and kept us up for hours after we had just arrived from our 26-hour journey from the U.S.. Thankfully, that was the only night we dealt with him. But, the next few nights, we had to listen to another neighbor, and his terrible snoring problem. We're typically not light sleepers, but this was enough to keep you up.
Staff were nice. Good location
Very pricey for such small rooms. The pool was ridiculously cold. Unusable, even for an Irish person .....and that is saying something. The room were very tightly packed and one smoker is enough to send everyone indoors.
Very friendly and ready to help staff, good location
Swimming pool is cold Can hear neighbors and street noise through the walls
Location Sweet Thai lady staff at front
Rude male owner Blocked shower Very poor cleaning of room No hot water
Excellent location for exploring Chiang Mai. Cute place, nice pool.
Paper thin walls, you could clearly hear normal conversations from both of you neighbors. We were lucky to have quiet neighbors, but it would be bad if they were at all loud.
Excellent location (in the middle of the city center), very helping staff, scooter shop just in front, swimming pool, nice bungalows
bad insonorisation of the room
